In the article Non-drug care is aimed at ensuring adequate oral hygiene in order to prevent the development and progression of the carious process, it includes three main components: oral hygiene training, controlled dental cleaning and professional oral and dental hygiene.
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in developing personalized training materials for blind people. Despite the availability of different formats of training materials, blind people often face challenges in accessing and using them effectively. To address this issue, we developed personalized audio-based training materials using NLP techniques that adapt to the individual needs and preferences of blind users. In this study, we describe the design and development of the personalized training materials and evaluate their effectiveness through user feedback. Our results indicate that the personalized audio- based training materials are effective in improving the accessibility and effectiveness of training for blind people. The study highlights the potential of NLP to enhance the accessibility of training materials and improve the educational outcomes of blind people. The implications of the study for future research and practice are discussed.
The article covers the issues of students' use of innovative simulators with the help of computer tools (computer virtual technologies) during training. In this methodical system, innovative simulators are used in practical training during the educational process. It includes a description of the principles of choosing and using simulators, as well as methods of organizing practical training. The main goal is to increase the efficiency of personnel training and to increase the quality of training of students in the chosen specialty. For this, it is proposed to use innovative simulators that allow students to simulate real situations related to their professional activities. Simulators are used in practical training as part of courses in the chosen specialty. This allows to increase the efficiency of personnel training and improve the quality of training of students, as well as to form the skills of working with innovative technologies, which are an important factor in the modern world.

Under our supervision, there were 92 patients with included and terminal defects of the dentition, who underwent prosthetics based on dental implants of the “DIO” system at the Department of Orthopedic Direction FPK TGSI Control group (13) of the patient, “manual toothbrush” - during the entire study period, patients used only a manual toothbrush to clean the crowns on implants; The second group (30) of patients who were prescribed a “manual toothbrush + interdental brush”, corresponding to the size of the proximal space of the orthopedic construction; The third group (49) of patients who were prescribed a “manual toothbrush + interdental brush + irrigator”, in addition to a manual toothbrush, were prescribed an interdental brush and an oral irrigator, an irrigator Waterpik WP-660 (Aquarius) was prescribed for the oral cavity after brushing teeth twice per day for 3-5 minutes, the power of the water jet of the irrigator corresponded to mode 2. An index assessment of the amount of plaque in the area of a fixed structure on implants was carried out using a simplified index of oral hygiene (IGR-U) (J. R. Vermillion, 1964) The condition of the gums in the area of dental implants was assessed based on the Gingival Index (GI) - Loe & Silness, 1963. Thus, at the beginning of the study in all three groups, the HI was low and corresponded to good implant hygiene. After 3 and 6 months, the values of those indices were significantly worse, and corresponded to the unsatisfactory hygiene of the implants. In groups 2 and 3, throughout the entire study, HI indices were optimal and corresponded to good and satisfactory implant hygiene. The indicators of the 3rd group, in which the whole complex of individual and professional methods was applied, were the most positive throughout the study, in comparison with other groups. Analysis of the results of the Gingival Index study showed that the indicator increased in all observation groups. In group 2 patients using manual dental and interdental brushes for cleaning the structure, by the end of the study period the index value increased to 0.95 ± 0.05 points, which corresponded to mild gingivitis of the gums in the area of implants, i.e. there was slight hyperemia and individual punctate bleeding of the gums at the probing sites. Patients of the 3rd group, using an irrigator, had minimal index values at all periods of the study, and the index values were interpreted as “normal gums”, that is, no signs of gingivitis were recorded.
The health of younger generations is an important factor and a precondition for the well-being of society and its progressive development. It has long been known how health affects the quality of human life. Korczak Janusz (outstanding Polish teacher, writer, doctor and public figure.) wrote: "Health is the main good of life." The state of the oral cavity is very closely related to the well-being of the human body as a whole. Dental caries and diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity reduce the quality of life, negatively affect the condition of the digestive system, impair the appearance and overall health of the person. Prevention of oral diseases and training in proper hygiene is the first step towards a beautiful smile and the improvement of the whole body.
Lichenoid form of lichen erythematosus is one of the manifest diseases of the oral mucosa. The degree of violation of the periodontal status of the oral mucosa with the development of erosive and ulcerative lesions and chronic course determines the aggressiveness of the clinical course of this disease. The purpose of this study was to study the periodontal status of patients with lichen planus of the oral mucosa. There were 287 patients under observation: 187 patients with lichen planus of the oral mucosa and 100 patients with periodontitis without lichen planus as a control group. The results showed that lichenoid lichen and periodontitis mutually burden each other.
This article presents an exploratory study that investigates the effects of weight training exercises on the improvement of leg strength in football players. Leg strength plays a crucial role in the performance of football players, as it directly impacts their ability to sprint, jump, tackle, and execute powerful kicks. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of weight training exercises in enhancing leg strength and examines the potential benefits for football players. A pre- and post-intervention design is employed, where football players undergo a structured weight training program targeting the lower body. The study's findings provide insights into the effectiveness of weight training exercises in improving leg strength, contributing to the understanding of strength training interventions for football players.
