THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PRINCIPLE OF LABOR FREEDOM AND THE PROHIBITION OF FORCED LABOR IN THE LABOR LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This thesis analyzes the legal and social significance of the principles of labor freedom and the prohibition of forced labor in the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Labor freedom is recognized as one of the fundamental constitutional rights, and the mechanisms for its practical implementation, particularly its compliance with the Labor Code and international labor standards, are highlighted. Furthermore, the study examines the state policies aimed at combating forced labor, cooperation with international organizations, as well as the achievements and existing challenges in this area. The research results are of significant theoretical and practical importance for improving labor law, protecting human rights, and promoting fair labor relations.

Abstract
