Hozirgi zamonda o‘rganiladigan bilimlar miqdori

shunchalik ko‘pki, ularni darslikka to‘liq sig‘dirib
bo‘lmaydi. O‘qituvchi ham dars jarayonida barcha
ma’lumotlarni

bevosita

tushuntirib

berish

imkoniyatiga ega emas. Shuning uchun o‘quvchilarni
mustaqil bilim olishga, ijodiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini
shakllantirishga, fikrlarini erkin bayon etishga,
mustaqil raqishda xulosalar chiqarishga o‘rgatadigan
o‘qitishning yangicha texnalogiyalarini ta’lim
jarayoniga joriy etish zaruriyati tug‘ilmoqda. Ilg‘or
yangi

pedagogik

texnalogiya

“O‘qituvchi-

ta’limo‘quvchi” tamoyiliga asoslanib unda o‘quvchi
sub’ektga,

ya’ni

ta’lim

jarayonining

faol

ishtirokchisiga aylanib, uning izlanishiga, mushohada
yuritishiga sharoit yaratib beriladi.

Bunda o‘quv dasturi va darslik shu jarayonning

bevosita tashkilotchisi, o‘qituvchi esa mazkur
murakkab jarayonni mohirlik va idrok bilan
boshqarishi kerak. Umumiy o‘rta ta’limning Davlat
ta’lim standartlarida belgilangan talabalarning barcha
o‘quvchilar tomonidan to‘lato‘kis bajarilishiga, ta’lim
samaradorligini oshirishga erishish uchun yangi
texnologiyalarni izlash, yangiliklarni yaratish va
amaliyotga jorish etish lozim.

Bilim maskanlarining moddiy texnika bazasi

mustahkamlanib,

kompyuter

texnologiyasi,

laboratoriya jihozlari bilan to‘liq ta’minlanmoqda.
Ta’lim mazmuni ham tubdan yangilanib bormoqda.
Tajriba-sinovdan o‘tib takomillashtirilgan darslar,
ta’lim standartlari, modernizatsiya qilingan o‘quv
dasturlari ta’lim jarayoniga kirib keldi. O‘qituvchilarni
ma’naviy va moddiy rag‘batlantirish ishlari kundan-
kunga yaxshilanib bormoqda. Bu esa, tabiiyki,
boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilari zimmasiga katta
mas’uliyat

yuklaydi.

Buning

uchun

ularga

mutaxassislar tomonidan yo‘l yo‘riqlar ko‘rsatish,
yo‘nalish berish (albatta, ommaviy axborot vositalar
yordamida ham), bir so‘z bilan aytganda,
o‘qituvchilarning ijobiy mustaqilligini rivojlantirish
va ularni innovatsion faoliyatga tayyorlash muhim
vazifalardan sanaladi. Bu masala bugungi kunda
alohida ahamiyat kasb etmoqda.

Kadrlar tayyorlash milliy dasturida ta’kidlaganidek,

barcha

o‘qituvchilar

o‘zlarining

individual

innovatsion faoliyatini boshqarish borasida yetarli
nazariy bilimga ega bo‘lishlari kerak.

Darslarni yangicha tashkil etish, kundalik darslarga

yangicha, ijodiy yondashishni, o‘quvchilarning shu
faoliyatda faol ishtiroklarini tashkil etishni taqozo
etmoqda. Qisqacha qilib aytganda, maktabda ijodiy
muhitni yaratish orqaligina ta’limning sifat va
samaradorligini oshirish mumkin. Kuzatuvlarimizdan
ma’lumki, ko‘pgina o‘qituvchilar darslarni umuman
yangicha tashkil etish yoki innovatsiya asosida olib
borishni istaydilar, ammo, ishni qanday va nimadan
boshlamoq kerakligini aniqlaganda qiynaladilar.

Innovatsion faoliyat tushunchasiga:

1.

Innovatsiyalash – yangilash, yangilik kiritish.

Jumladan, ta’lim mazmuniga yangilik kiritish
integratsiya tushunchasi bilan belgilanadi. Bunda
«integr» (lotincha integre – bog‘lash) ta’lim
mazmunida ba’zi fanlarni bir biriga bog‘lash.
Yunoncha esa, integratsiya - moslashish, aloqa
yaratish.

2.

Ta’lim usul, vosita, uslubiy jarayonga

yangilik kiritish texnologiya tushunchasi bilan
belgilanadi. Demak, o‘qituvchilarning innovatsion
faoliyatga

tayyorgarlikni

ta’minlash

ularni

integratsiyalashgan va texnologiyalashgan darslarni
o‘tkazishga tayyorlash tizimi sanaladi. Boshlang‘ich
sinf o‘qituvchilarini innovatsion faoliyatga tayyorlash
tizimi bizning fikrimiz bo‘yicha uchta bo‘limdan
iborat bo‘lishi kerak.

Mazkur tizimning yo‘nalishlarini ko‘rib chiqamiz:
1-yo‘nalishi: talabalarni – bo‘lajak pedagoglarni

o‘qitish jarayoniga innovatsion fanlarni kiritishni talab
qiladi.

2-yo‘nalish: oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta’lim muassasalarni

bitirib, yosh o‘qituvchilar mustaqil ishlayotgan
paytida innovatsion faoliyatni tashkillaydilar.

3-yo‘nalishi:

malaka

oshirish

institutlarda

o‘qituvchilar uchun an’anaviy o‘qish tizimiga maxsus
mavzularni kiritish; ya’ni innovatsion faoliyatining
mohiyati,

yo‘nalishlari,

jumladan

ta’limni

integratsiyalash va texnologiyalashtirish masalalarni
o‘rganishni, tajribalar almashuvini tashkillash.

Xulosa qilib aytganda, 4 ta ta’riflangan ish

yo‘nalishlari: 1-bo‘lajak pedagoglarni nazariy jihatdan
