This article discusses the English equivalents of Uzbek national proverbs and their lexical features within the framework of linguoculturological interpretation. In particular, taking into account the semantic and structural features, several types of classification of alternative variants of international proverbs in the Uzbek and English languages ​​have been developed, and an analysis of the semantic aspects of their lexical layer has been carried out. Through a comparative study of national proverbs relating to two different cultures and worldviews, their differential and isomorphic features are highlighted. Due to this, special attention is paid to the thematic diversity of Uzbek national proverbs, which cover the most complex problems of social life and detailed traditions of family life.

The article dwells on the etymologic, syntagmatic and paradigmatic analysis of concepts “masculinity” and “femininity” in Spanish language based on examples from Spanish fiction. 3 types of morphosyntax compatibility and the main lexical-semantical groups of researched concepts are revealed. Moreover, the synonymous line of concepts “masculinity” and “femininity” in Spanish is represented in this paper.

This article discusses the communicative-pragmatic characteristics of French imperative paremias and analyzes the interpretation of the category of imperativeness from the philosophical, logical and pragmatic points of view, as well as the types of imperative proverbs in relation to the communicative-semantic purpose of the speech. At the same time, their specific intentional forms are revealed through their communicative and structural-semantic aspects. French proverbs with a certain imperative purpose served as the main paremiological units in the disclosure of the scientific and practical purpose of this article.

When learning English as a foreign language and developing communicative competence, importance is given to the stage of learning phonetics. The process of gaining phonetical skills takes place in the early moments of language acquisition. The article discusses the hardships which occur during learning as well as the theoretical backgrounds of the methods for studying phonetics. There is also a discussion of phonetical units and acts used in speech production followed by their definitions and approaches to developing phonetical skills. The critical study of the advantages and disadvantages of the given approaches will be reviewed.    

The non-verbal component in interpretation activity as an object of study is a lacunar area. The three-way interaction of the speaker, interpreter, and listener is considered for the interpretation of their gestures, and the position of the body (and its parts), which are characterized as repetitive. The focus of attention is focused on the multi-channel information processed by the interpreter during work. In the process of translation, a synchrony occurs between the interpreter and the speaker, showing the degree of involvement in communication, which allows the speaker to verify the translation. This indicator gives an understanding of the adequacy of the transmitted meaning since the speaker has the opportunity to evaluate it at the level of non-verbal communication and the listener's response.

As far as we know, nowadays world standard of language teaching is focused on teaching four main aspects (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) of foreign languages including English. This article covers a number of definitions related to listening skills, and types of listening skills followed by the theory identifying listening skills as one of the receptive skills. At every stage of learning a foreign language, there is a significant role in listening which defines target learners’ interest and attitude towards the second language not only in the learning process but also while making a communication in real life. Because listening plays a vital role to avoid misunderstandings between people whose native languages are totally different. Above mentioned statements mean that all pedagogues should be aware of the theoretical information of listening such as types of listening, what listening is, and as well as teaching listening to learners effectively.

The research paper will discuss how speaking skills in differentiation classrooms or mixed-ability classes should be simultaneously improved. What comes to our mind when we hear “mixed ability classes”? How can we develop pupils’ speaking skills in such classes? All teachers want to find out appropriate solution to this problem. Teachers have to conduct their speaking lessons according to their learners’ needs and lack. What should they do if the lacks and needs differ from each other and the pupils have differentiated abilities? So, in such classes, pupils have different grammar knowledge, different receptive skills, and productive skills like speaking, and these kinds of classes are called mixed ability classes or multi-leveled classes. Teachers may have useful information from this piece about enhancing all pupils’ attendance in the teaching process, developing pupils’ speaking skills with the help of some useful methods, and how to motivate pupils for showing their existing speaking level.

The research show that digital platforms are found as a useful tool in teaching progress.  Therefore, teachers should determine the right educational digital platforms in order to improve teaching quality. Especially when teaching preschool and elementary school students, animations have a great power to catch their interest in learning a new language. In this article, essential features of digital platforms will be revealed with facts and experiments.

The article deals with the study of the problem of spirituality in the world literature, the study of the phenomenon of psychologicalism as a scientific-theoretical problem, the expression of psychologicalism in literary works, their literary purposes in the discovery of the character, the writer's personal spiritual worldview, philosophical views on the world and the man in the literary image, identifying specific features of literary psychology in the works of Ray Bradbury and Khojiakbar Shaykhov, to reveal the skills of writers in describing the hero's psyche on the basis of the comparative-typological method.

The article analyzes the poetry of the poet Matnazar Abdulhakim, the possibilities of symbolic and figurative images, artistic skills. The poet's poems such as "Quince", "Sirtqi sabok", "Soghin bir hamlada...", "Darakhtzor" show a deep look and original allusions and symbols, and the priority of comprehensive poetic expression. The original style of the poet's lyrics, the use of unique words, and the ability to discover metaphors and symbols will be demonstrated.

The branching and specialization of sciences in the 21st century requires a unique knowledge and approach from researchers in understanding and interpreting the content of events. One such approach is hermeneutics, which is considered a theory of text interpretation. The ability to understand, interpret and react to the literary text, which is considered an object of social science, is related to the acquisition of hermeneutic knowledge by researchers. Hermeneutics, as a theory of understanding and interpretation of meaning, has a special place in the fields of social and humanities. In this article, we will try to reveal the importance of the hermeneutic approach in understanding and interpreting the content of works of art. In it, phenomena such as the sociology of art, aesthetic taste, and expressive incompleteness are interpreted in a philosophical-philological context.

The article reveals the stylistic features of the connecting structures in A.T. Tvardovsky's poem "Far far away". The most common connecting constructions with predicates are described, which show the narration the greatest dynamism. The non-union connecting sentences of nominal composition with a peculiar semantic capacity are analyzed.
