This article provides the development of an experimental microbiological model that estimates the effectiveness of the quality of cleaning of the infected titanium surface when using traditional methods of processing and the PERIO-FLOW system. This article is devoted to the study of the essence and effectiveness of the credit-modular system of education in medical education. The article discusses the main principles and advantages of this system, as well as analyzes the results of its use in medical schools. The study shows that the credit-modular system of education can significantly improve the quality of medical education. It allows students to plan their studies more flexibly and choose subjects that suit their interests and needs. In addition, this system allows teachers to more effectively organize the learning process and evaluate students’ knowledge.

The entry of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the world market, the expansion of international relations necessitate the formation of a language culture of students in foreign languages, especially world ones, which include the Russian language. This article reveals the issues of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Factors affecting the effectiveness of training are considered, among which are: a concrete definition of the goals and objectives of training; taking into account the native language, the level of basic knowledge, the stages of education; selection and presentation of lexical and grammatical material; visibility; selection of textbooks and teaching aids, etc. The author highlights the difficulties encountered in learning a foreign language, due to several factors. Among them, differences in the systems of the native and Russian languages are indicated: the absence of certain grammatical categories, the mismatch of their functions, various ways of expressing certain grammatical meanings, as well as the irregularity of a number of linguistic phenomena in the Russian language itself. The author separately dwells on the categories of gender, case, time and species. Particular attention is paid to innovative teaching methods and technologies. Based on examples, the possibilities of their use in the teaching process are revealed.
The article presents the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program providing exclusively breastfeeding, early administration of antioxidants and metabolic drugs at 1 year of life and a personalized approach to rehabilitation with exercise therapy, massage and speech development classes at 1-3 years of life contributed to improving physical development indicators, motor development milestones, strengthening children's health and improving somatic pathology indicators: reduction of anemia, rickets, functional diarrhea, ARI by 2-2.5 times.

This paper focuses on the emergence of the theory of neoliberalism. Neoliberalism is a relatively new trend, which is a form in the theory of liberalism. The main ideas of liberalism include the protection by the state of the rights and freedoms of citizens, an increase in the role of individuals in the main spheres of public life through public institutions. Nevertheless, due to the ongoing changes in the system of international relations, this theory has also undergone some changes. The increase in the number of non-traditional actors on the world stage, the regulation of relations, the solution of issues and problems at the regional and global levels through international institutions contributed to the development of a new trend - neoliberalism. The article discusses the issues and reasons for the emergence of neoliberal theory. The comparative method of development and application of neoliberal and neorealist theories in the system of international relations is carried out. The main ideas of the representatives of both theories are considered. Globalization is directly related to the theory of neoliberalism. The globalization process, which began largely after the end of the Cold War, has fueled a renewed interest in the study of transnational relations and the influence of non-state actors on foreign policy. However, as with all theories and processes, globalization also has its supporters and opponents. The paper considers the opinions of experts who express their position on the effectiveness of regional and global forms of cooperation. The institutionalisation process is also a subject of controversy between representatives of neoliberal and neorealist theories. Nevertheless, the process has begun. From the point of view of representatives of neoliberal theory, the effectiveness of institutional development of relations is a demanded form of cooperation. However, we can observe changes in the system of international relations, which have recently shown the insufficient effectiveness of institutional associations in influencing certain challenges and threats. The coordinated and thoughtful actions of the subjects of neoliberal theory can have a beneficial effect on the further demand for this theory.

As the chemical industry continues to evolve and strive for increased efficiency and sustainability, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has emerged as a promising avenue to optimize the operation and performance of these heat exchangers. This paper explores the current state of shell and tube heat exchangers in the chemical industry and investigates the pivotal role that AI plays in improving their efficiency, reliability, and overall effectiveness. We delve into the applications of AI in the design, monitoring, and control of heat exchangers, highlighting key benefits and challenges associated with its implementation.
The article provides an analysis of the concept of a national innovation system (NIS), scientific and theoretical views and approaches to it. In addition, by using the DEA model, the efficiency of the Japanese NIS was evaluated, as well as a comparative analysis was conducted with several developed countries, on the basis of which proposals for innovative development of the economy of Uzbekistan were developed. There are several software types of our selected model (DEA-Solver-Pro, Frontier Analyst, OnFront, Warwick DEA, EffiVision, KonSi DEA Analysis, etc.), and our analysis is presented in Excel program. For analysis, we used materials from international organizations such as the World Bank, OECD, the World Intellectual Property Organization, all research, and others.
Subjects of research: Object are vehicles for transportation of mineral oil through pass « Kamchik », a subject - increase of their reliability.
Purpose of work: Increase of efficiency of technical operation of vehicles by transportation mineral oil through pass « Kamchik » at the expense of perfection of a design and increase of operational reliability.
Methods of research: Researches are based on theoretical and experimental methods of the analysis of operational properties of a rolling stock and indicators of properties of reliability. Experimental researches were spent in real conditions of operation with use of methods of under control operation of cars and the mathematical statistics at processing of results.
The results obtained and their novelty: On the basis of the executed researches the scientifically-practical problem on perfection of a design and increase of operational reliability of autotractors is solved.

- Are defined indicators of properties of reliability and the card of reliability of autotractors Ford Cargo - 1827 and MAZ-642208-020 is developed;
- The rolling stock design is improved at operation in mountain conditions.
