The drug stabilizes blood flow and lymph flow in the area of the defect, stimulates increased production of mucus and a number of prostaglandins, these factors contribute to the regeneration of the mucosa. Interacting with receptors in the myocardium, the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and specific proteases decreases in cardiomyocytes, the process of glycogenesis increases, the concentration of catecholamines in the general blood flow normalizes, which improves hemodynamics and heart rate. Thus, these factors lead to accelerated scar healing.

The article deals with one of the important issues of modern language policy in Germany where the language and cultural integration of children from families of migrants and refugees are developed. Cultural integration will also be affected. Knowledge of German and possibilities of integration are in direct connection. In view of the migration crisis of 2015–2016, when about 1,139 million refugees arrived in Germany, this issue has become particularly relevant. A large number of refugees are also able to distort the real native German language. So the observations can be noted, that the indigenous Germans began to imitate their "brothers" from the Middle East. Young people in Germany, particularly Germans, tend to copy the accent of refugees, and the same refugees with great effort to copy the accent of the Germans. In addition to linguistic differences, there are differences in culture and religion. The specificity of cultures makes itself felt. The German government faces new problems affecting new spheres of life. The large influx of refugees undermines the country's economic, cultural and political stability. The main dissatisfaction is that the Germans increased the rate of income tax to provide refugees with all the necessary attributes for a comfortable stay in their country. At the same time, another problematic issue of the well-being of the Germans is the spread of the Islamic religion. Today in the information "ocean" there are many examples of how Islam is exposed under the wrong angle. This has a rather negative impact on the successful integration of refugees in new country. Language integration of adults and children who arrived in the country with their parents for permanent residence becomes a task of national scale. The concentration of attention in solving such disputes is explained by the fact that in a multinational country like Germany it is difficult to get along with several people at once. The article discusses the degree of effectiveness of solving the problem of language policy by the government of Germany in the post-crisis period.

To identify possible SUCNR1-mediated mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual in the skin. Material and methods: For the study, patients were selected who were hospitalized in the department of adult oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2017-2019, of which 14 women aged 27 to 40 years and 18 men aged 25 to 44 years. We used a succinate-containing preparation Hyalual (preparation for a course procedure, injectable form; concentration of hyaluronic acid 1.1%, 1.8%, 2.2%; succinate content 1.6%), diprospan (injectable form, 1 mg/ml), saline 0.9% 1 ml). Results: Morphological studies indicate the implementation of SUCNR1-dependent mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual. Conclusions: The drug Hyalual has great potential for solving numerous problems of reparative medicine, cosmetology and plastic surgery, trichology.
В данной статье исследовалось влияние содержания и природы ПАВ на процесс пенообразования в полимерных растворах. В результате эксперимента было установлено, что устойчивость пены в системе полимеров соответствует содержанию ПАВ и их пенообразующим свойствам. Кроме того, кинетика разрушения пены в полимерных буровых растворах с различными ПАВ может существенно варьировать в зависимости от структуры и природы используемых ПАВ. Также было выявлено, что концентрация ПАВ в растворе и наличие соли (CaCl 2 ) существенно влияют на кинетику образования и разрушения пены. В целом, результаты исследования позволяют более эффективно управлять процессом пенообразования в полимерных растворах и использовать полученные знания для оптимизации технологических процессов в различных областях промышленности.
