The promotion and protection of employee mental health at work is an extremely important factor for the scientific management of modern organizations. The advancement of positive mental health can lead to an improved workplace atmosphere and has been linked to positive work-related outcomes, at an employee-level. Especially during period of sudden change and forced reorganizations, as in the case of the latest COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of ensuring positive mental health in the workplace is becoming increasingly important. Until the pandemic broke out, remote work was mainly carried out by highly skilled and highly autonomous workers. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, working from home has been adopted by millions of workers in the EU and around the world. These changes may highlight the importance of understanding the concept of employment relations. The concept may have always been extremely important, but in today's world a deep consideration of its influencing factors is necessary, through the understanding of the ways of strengthening industrial relations in different circumstances (such as in the context of teleworking, hybrid models of physical presence in the office and remote working, etc.). In order for the above to be done, there has to be a deeper comprehension of the ways of strengthening relationships, in different reference contexts and conditions (which requires an increased understanding of the “deep” nature of the concept under study). As a result of the changes brought about by the pandemic, employee stress has increased significantly. This stress was caused by many factors, such as health threats, numerous constraints, isolation, lack of social support, disrupted work-life balance at home, etc.
По данным специалистов, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) являются одним из ключевых факторов риска тяжелого течения и серьезных осложнений в случае заражения коронавирусом: ранее перенесенный инсульт в 2,5 раза увеличивает риск реанимации и искусственной вентиляции легких. ССЗ – самая частая сопутствующая патология при коронавирусной инфекции: она встречается у 1/3 пациентов с COVID-19, повышает риск госпитализации в 6 раз и риск летального исхода в 12 раз. У 67% умерших от COVID пациентов с сопутствующими заболеваниями страдали именно проблемами с сердцем и сосудами [6,10,13].
TED University, Ankara, The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to the field of education, particularly for teacher educators who are responsible for preparing future teachers. This paper proposes a remote collaborative reflection model for teacher educators to navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic and transform them into opportunities for growth and innovation. The model emphasizes the importance of reflection and collaboration among teacher educators to adapt teaching practices, enhance professional development, and promote student-centered learning in a remote teaching environment. Through virtual platforms and online tools, teacher educators can engage in collective reflection, share experiences, and co-create knowledge to improve their teaching practices and support the learning needs of pre-service and in-service teachers. This paper discusses the key components of the remote collaborative reflection model and its potential impact on teacher education during the pandemic and beyond.
In order to ensure the stability and development of its economy, the state constantly changes the priorities of fiscal policy depending on the socio-economic situation. As a result, the state creates conditions for the development of economic entities that determine measures to support activities. At the same time, the State is taking measures to ensure a stable flow of funds that will be concentrated in the budget to fulfill the function of the State. In the article, the author studied crises, their causes, their features, as well as patterns in their occurrence. In addition, the author, studying the economic crisis and its consequences that occurred in all countries of the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic, assessed its impact on the state of the economies of countries and sectors of the economy. The fact that during the pandemic, the state fiscal policy will change and its goal will be aimed at overcoming the economic crisis. The society has studied the views on the economic crises that have occurred.

Последствия коронавируса на организм человека и его стоматологическое здоровье в среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективе пока досконально не изучены по объективным причинам.
На протяжении длительного времени считалось, что вирусные респираторные инфекции повышают риск бактериальных инфекций у пациентов, и что такие сопутствующие инфекции имеют более тяжелое течение, чем инфекция, возникшая самостоятельно. Однако до сих пор остаётся неясным, какую роль играют коинфекции и/или суперинфекции у пациентов с COVID-19.
С каждым годом отмечается рост числа заболеваний органов дыхания среди взрослого населения сопровождающиеся развитием бронхообструктивного синдрома (БОС). Хотя по статистическим данным отмечается рост рецидивирования при выше указанных заболеваниях из-за инфекции COVID – 19. В связи с тем, что патологический процесс в первую очередь развивается в дыхательных путях, вызывая нарушения дыхательной системы организма.
Цифровая трансформация имеет огромный потенциал для дальнейшей модернизации общества и интеграции национальной экономики в глобальные процессы. Особенно с началом глобальной пандемии COVID-19 роль цифровых технологий и важность эффективной политики информатизации значительно актуализировались. В этом контексте, Узбекистан в рамках проводимых реформ, а также Стратегии «Узбекистан-2030», намерен улучшить свой цифровой потенциал и провести реформы в данной сфере, чтобы справиться с текущими и будущими вызовами. В связи с этим в статье проанализированы текущие процессы цифровой трансформации и достижения страны с акцентом на национальную стратегию цифровизациии стратегии развития Узбекистана.
