The article clarifies the main approaches and trends in global bioethics. The methodological and theoretical aspects of the implementation of the principles of bioethics and biopolitics are considered. A conclusion is made about global bioethics and the prospects for further expansion and theoretical substantiation of bioethics.
Objective of the study: to identify electrolyte disturbances in patients with chronic stable asthma and patients with exacerbated asthma, and to assess the relationship between serum electrolyte levels, pulmonary function parameters, and taken medications. Methodology: TMA based prospective crossover study. Department: pulmonology department of the 1st clinic of TMA. Conclusion: Hypomagnesemia and hypocalcemia were found to be the two most common electrolyte disturbances in patients with stable asthma as well as in patients with exacerbated asthma. The drugs used to treat chronic asthma patients have also been found to have an effect on electrolyte levels.
The hepatoprotective activity of Ferula asafoetida resin gum in comparison with legalon was investigated in paracetamol hepatitis experimentally. It has been established that the gum of Ferula asafoetida resin prevents the development of cholestatistic and cytolytic syndromes, hyperbilirubinemia, hypoproteinemia. In terms of its pharmacological activity, the gum of Ferula asafoetida resin is not inferior to legalon. Obtained results recommend further studies of the pharmacological properties of the gum resin of Ferula asafoetida and the development of its officinal drug form
