Целью системы общей безопасности, включая экологической безопасности является своевременное выявление и предотвращение как внешних, так и внутренних опасностей, и угроз, обеспечение защищенности деятельности предприятия и достижения им целей бизнеса. Разработка системы экологической безопасности предприятия и организация ее успешного функционирования должны опираться на методологические основы научной теории безопасности.

The new legislation in the field of environment law, relating to the issues protecting natural environment and using natural resources that will serve the further development in the next ten years o will be held in the following areas: Firstly, the legal circumstances of genetic engineering issues in the field of environment, secondly the energy efficiency (solar, wind, water, heat energy) and the environmental protection issues, thirdly development of ecological tourism activities in the priorities of attracting foreign and internal investment resources and technologies. Fourthly, the use of trans-boundary waters, along with transboundary waste issues.
The article deals with the issues of improving the environment of residential development in calm conditions of cities. The research is aimed at creating the thermophysical and thermal engineering foundations for the formation of the thermophysical regime of multi-storey, modern high-density residential buildings, taking into account sanitary and hygienic requirements. The results of experimental studies, data on the formation of the thermophysical regime of the environment of modern and traditional residential urban development are presented. Recommendations are proposed that allow choosing the optimal means for the formation of a comfortable thermophysical regime of the building environment, as well as heat and wind zoning of the city territory for the purpose of local regulation of the thermophysical regime of individual building sites. The results of the research can be used to develop regulatory documents on the improvement of the urban environment.
This article focuses on the concept and essence of environmental planning based on analysis of content of the concept of planning, which is the most important structural element of the economical-legal mechanism of environmental policy, and author's definition was developed. The article analyzes the legal basis for planning in the sphere of ecology and has developed practical proposals for improving the current legislation.
This article analyzes the scientific and methodological aspects of the indicators for calculating and assessing the attractiveness of the investment environment and provides recommendations on how to increase investment attractiveness and create a favorable investment climate in the region using the Navoi FEZ as an example.

on protection of an environment are stated. In the basic part questions of protection of an environment are considered at use agrochemicals. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion, that it is necessary to improve the national legislation in a direction of protection of the nature.
