Today, in many countries of the world, along with the sharp demographic situation the level of urbanization is also increasing. The right of citizens to live is closely related to the provision of their right to land use, which is usually ensured in the process of land use within the administrative-territorial boundaries of states, where urban, rural and other types of settlements are located. The state of the environment in settlements is inextricably linked with the ecologization of the construction industry. For this reason, in this research work the issues of compliance with environmental requirements in the field of construction were studied in terms of urban planning and ecology. Thus, international legal documents, foreign experience and the national legislative base of the Republic of Uzbekistan were analyzed comparatively. The article also discusses the tasks of maintaining environmental quality in the construction industry, especially in the implementation of construction work in settlements. The author studied from a scientific and legal point of view the tasks of government agencies in the organization of green construction in urban, rural and other areas, public participation in governance, the benefits of developing a "green" economy, the introduction of low-waste technologies, as well as build an energy-efficient buildings and houses. This article also analyses scientific researches in the field of ecologization of the construction process. As a result of systematic studying the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of construction, the author scientifically and theoretically systematized the procedures for the ecologization of this field. Also, considered prospects for harmonization of national urban planning norms and rules with international norms and standards. In addition, developed a scientific and theoretical basis for achieving following the objectives, like the introduction of environmentally friendly innovative technologies to achieve the strategic goals of the Concept of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, prevention and reduction of negative impact on the environment, ensuring the growth of environmentally oriented economy, application of "green" standards in construction activities, increasing the volume of construction of certified buildings and structures in the system of voluntary environmental certification of real estate.
The results of the study revealed that the mismatch intensity rain rate of water absorption into the soil formation of a surface relief and soil erosion, uneven and shallow soaking imperfection open irrigation system at a superficial irrigation, the need for different irrigation methods in the growing and not growing periods, low coefficient land utilization, high cost of irrigation and other features are, to a certain extent in conflict with the requirements of watering cultivated with techniques for / of crops in an area at the deep groundwater. The necessity of different methods of irrigation in different periods of the growing season of plants has been substantiated. Low land utilization rate, high cost of irrigation and other features that contradict the requirements of irrigation cultivated using methods of growing crops in the area of deep groundwater are indicated.
Ensuring the right of citizens to favorable natural environment depends, first of all, on compliance with environmental standards in usage of land, water, subsoil and other natural resources in the areas of habitat - cities and other settlements, greening construction processes and rational zoning. Issues of legal protection of urban environment were considered at the UN Stockholm Conference on Human Environment (1972), the UN Habitat III Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (October 17-20, 2016, Kyoto, Ecuador). A new urban planning program was adopted as part of the Habitat-III conference [1]. This study considers main environmental problems in cities were in connection with construction processes. At the same time, we also studied organizational legal measures and scientific-theoretical bases of construction activities. In addition, legal assessment and review of zoning issues, greening of construction processes, benefits of developing “green economy”, introduction of waste-free technologies, as well as construction of energy-efficient buildings and housing was carried out. In the context of achieving goals set by the Concept of the Republic of Uzbekistan on environmental protection till 2030, introduction of environmentally friendly innovative technologies, prevention and reduction of negative impact on the environment, ensuring growth of environmentally oriented economy, “green” standards in construction sphere as well as application of scientific principles are considered essential.

The results achieved and their novelty:
- the mathematical model of calculation of the carcass of the cabin of the tractor on durability is made;
- the design procedure of the protective carcass of the cabin of the tractor on durability taking into account process of distribution of a zone of plastic deformation on length and height of cross-section section of elements of the construction of the carcass;
- Dependences strength properties of rod elements of the construction of the carcass from the bend and curvature moment.
Practical value: the cabin design procedure on the durability is developed, allowing at a design stage and operational development of a design with high degree of reliability to receive demanded strengthening characteristics (the Patent for the computer program № DGU 01583). The multiple analysis of the construction of the cabin of tractor TTZ 80.20 is carried out and the new carcass of the cabin of the tractor (the Patent for utility model № 1'AP 00563) is offered.
Degree of embed and economic effectiveness: Results of work are transferred to special design engineering bureau “Tractor” for practical use at carrying out of developmental works on modernization and construction development of new carcass of cabins of tractors.
Sphere of usage: automobile construction and tractor construction.
The construction industry is a context in which diverse teams are common, as construction projects require collaboration between professionals from various disciplines. However, the impact of diversity on team effectiveness in the construction industry has been the subject of much debate in the literature. This study aims to investigate the impact of diversity on team effectiveness in the construction industry in the Ashanti Region. Data were collected from 150 participants using a self-administered questionnaire. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between team diversity and team effectiveness. Specifically, teams with higher levels of diversity were perceived to be more effective in terms of communication, task completion, and overall satisfaction. However, the results also suggested that this relationship was moderated by certain factors, such as team size, task complexity, and project duration. These findings have practical implications for construction project managers and team leaders who need to manage diverse teams effectively.

Irrigation technology is an essential aspect of setting up and maintaining an attractive and healthy landscape alongside motorways the proper use of irrigation technology can ensure that the vegetation along the motorway remains green and lush, even during periods of drought or water restrictions. It can help to reduce erosion along the roadside and prevent soil compaction, which can have a negative impact on plant growth. Moreover, irrigation technology can be used to manage the runoff of rainwater and prevent it from draining directly into the motorway, which can cause flooding and other issues, vegetation, soil, and water supply in the area.
In this research paper provides analysis of compliance with the construction deadlines showed a violation of the construction duration for many objects. All this speaks of the unfavorable financial condition of the enterprise.
During the analysis, it was found that the increase in cost was associated with an increase in the cost of all production resources. Therefore, to reduce its level, it is necessary to take measures to strengthen control over the more efficient use of enterprise resources.

In the global aspect, problems associated with irrigation and land reclamation are being studied globally, especially in regions with arid and semiarid zones. Agriculture is based on irrigated agriculture in the arid and semiarid regions (Uzbekistan, Central Asian countries). There are many problems such as poor soil conditions and land quality, salinization and pollution of irrigated soils, groundwater and water sources. All these problems negatively affect the ecological environment, and one of the reasons for their appearance is the improper water management of irrigation systems. Soil salinization is considered from two sides, the first as a process that appeared for natural reasons and conditions. The second one is the intervention of people in the irrigation process. The highest salinity occurs when people intervene in the ecosystem. The biggest problem in Central Asia is the Aral Sea disaster, the depletion of its water resources. The consequences of this disaster were salinization in irrigated agriculture. This problem is common in Central Asia for over 8 thousand years.
The article provides information about the widely used sprinkler irrigation method for watering vegetables. Micro sprinklers which are used in this method, irrigate vegetables by receiving energy from solar panels. In this method, the experience of India was studied, the data was analyzed and a proposal was made for its use in the lands of Uzbekistan. The method of charging micro-sprinklers through solar panels and obtaining energy from them is an economical method, which not only saves energy, but also saves water through sprinkler irrigation and ensures that water reaches the roots of vegetables. This, in turn, has an effective result on the productivity of the obtained crop.
