Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy jamiyatda, ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish

uchun zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanish, internet, raqamli texnologiyalarning

afzalliklari, virtual olam haqida tushunchalar keltirilgan.

1991-yil 31-avgust O’zbekiston tarixiga zarhal harflar bilan bitilgan kun. O’zbekiston

Respublikasi o’z Mustaqilligiga erishdi. Endi O’zbekiston buyuk kelajak yaratish uchun ham

ta’lim tizimiga ham yangiliklar kiritishi zarur edi. Mustaqillikka erishilgach yuzaga kelgan

ijtimoiy-siyosiy, adabiy va madaniy sohadagi tub o’zgarishlar ta’lim va tarbiya ishlarini yangicha

usulda tashkil qilish kerakligini talab qildi. Shu sababdan ham 1992-yil 2-iyulda “Ta’lim

to’g’risida”gi qonun qabul qilindi. Mazkur qonunda ta’lim olish shaxsning asosiy huquqlaridan

biri ekanligi ta’kidlangan edi. Ammo keyinchalik yetishmayotgan kadrlar tufayli mazkur qonun

o’zgartirish-larni ta’lab qildi va 1997-yil 29-avgust sanasida “Talim to’g’risidagi qonun” “kadrlar

tayyorlash milliy dasturi” deb e’lon qilindi. Bu qonun o’z ishini bajarayotgan, yosh kadrlarni

rivojlantirayotgan bir vaqtda XXI-asr kirib keldi va“AXBOROT TEXNOLOGIYALARI ASRI”

deb tan olindi va bu qonun yana o’zgartirishlarni va zamon talabiga moslashishni talab qildi. Shu

sababdan ham “Ta’lim to’g’risida”gi qonunga yana o’zgartirish kiritildi va 2020-yil 23-sentabrda

“Ta’lim to’g’risida”gi qonunning yangi tahriri qabul qilindi va unda ta’lim jarayonida AKT

vositalaridan foydalanish haqida buyruq berildi. “Internet asri”da zamonaviy texnologiyalar

globallashuvi shiddat bilan rivojlanib borayotgan davrda har bir soha zamon bilan birgalikda

hamnafas bo’lishni taqozo etmoqda. Hozirda ta’lim tizimini samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli

texnologiyalardan foydalanish ta’lim sifatini oshirishga va yoshlarni ijtimoiylashtirishga yordam

beradi desak hech adashmaymiz.

Ilgarigi ta’lim jarayoni an’anaviy usulda adabiy kitoblar, ma’ruzalar shaklida olib borilgan

edi va bu o’z vaqtida ta’lim sifatini yuqoriga olib chiqa olmadi va o’zini oqlamadi. Hozirda esa

ta’lim sifati samaradorligini oshirishda noan’anaviy usullardan, interfaol metodlardan va zamon

talabiga moslashgan holda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanilmoqda.

Bugun ta’lim oluvchiga an’anaviy darsdan ko’ra interfaol metodlar, noan’anaviy dars va

zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar bilan ta’lim olish ancha oson va tez o’sib bormoqda. Ushbu

texnologiyalar ta’lim oluv-chilarga ijtimoiylashishga yordam beradi va yangi bilimlarni egallashga

ko’maklashadi. O’rganilayotgan fanlarning mazmunini chuqirlashtirish, ma’lumotlarni tezlik

bilan yangilash, ta’lim olish imkoniyatini sezilarli darajada yuqorilashtirish imkonini beradi.

Raqamli texnologiya o’zi nima? Bu xo’jalik yuritishning zamonaviy shakli bo’lib, unda

ishlab chiqarish va boshqaruvning asosiy faktori sifatida raqamli katta ma’lumotlar majmui va

ularni qayta ishlash jarayoni xizmat qiladi. Bugungi kunning dolzarb globall muammolaridan biri

yoshlar ta’lim tarbiyasi bo’lmoqda. Chunki ana shu yoshlar jamiyatning kelajakini yaratishadi.

Bizning eng katta mas’uliyatimiz bu yoshlarga to’g’ri ta’lim tarbiya berishdir. Zamonaviy

texnologiyalar bular bugungi zamonning talabi bo’lgan bir davrda o’quvchi-yoshlarni internet

tarmoqlari, uyali aloqa vositalari, zamonaviy AKT lardan butkul cheklab qo’ya olmaymiz, shu

sababdan ham yoshlarga to’g’ri yo’nalish berib, mana shu internet vositalari va raqamli

texnologiyalardan to’g’ri foydalanishni va ularni ijtimoiy hayotga tayyorlab ijtimoiylashishlariga

ko’maklashish uchun ham ta’lim tizimida raqamli texnologiuyalardan foydalanish zarur.

Raqamli texnologiyalar bular: 3D texnologiyasi, bulutli texnologiyalar, masofaviy

meditsina xizmatlarini ko’rsatish, aqlli texnologiyalar yorda-mida mahsulot yetishtirish va uni

yetkazib berish va hokazo. Ta’lim tizi-mida zamonaviy AKT lar multimediyalar, kodoskop,

kompyuter, telefon, smart doska, liniyalar, proyektorlar, televizor, notbuk, kompyuterlar

bajarmoqda. Ta’lim beruvchilarga bunday vositalar orqali dars jarayon-larini tashkillashtirish

ta’lim sifatini oshiradi, yoshlarga internet tarmoq-laridan to’g’ri foydalanishni o’rgatadi. Onlayn

dars, masofaviy ta’limda raqamli texnologiyalar yaxshi samara berishi isbotlandi va o’zini oqladi.

Raqamli ta’limning foydalari:

-”raqamli dunyo”da yo’qolib qolmaslik;

-yaxshi ish topishda ustunliklarga ega bo’lish;

-yoshlarning ijtimoiy hayotda tezroq ijtimoiylashishlariga yordam berish;

-har bir ta’lim oluvchida internetdan to’g’ri foydalanish savodxonligi;

-istalgan vaqtda istalgan joyda ta’lim olish imkoni;

-ta’lim tizimini yangi bosqichga olib chiqish;

-”raqamli dunyo”da mediasavodxonlik; mana shular raqamli texnologiyalarning foydali

jihatlari bo’lmoqda.

Raqamli ta’limning yuksalishiga bugungi kundagi IT-parklar, shiddatli yangilanib

rivojlanayotgan Wi-fi zonalari katta xizmat qilmoqda. Ta’lim beruvchilarning internet orqali olib

borayotgan onlayn kurslar tashkil qilishlari, ta’lim oluvchilar esa o’z vaqtlari sarhisobidan kelib

chiqib internetda onlayn kurslarga qatnashishlariga imkoniyat tug’ulmoqda. Ko’payayotgan

onlayn kurslar ta’lim beruvchi pedagoglarga auditoriya-lariga talaba yig’ish uchun ham o’z

ustilarida ishlashni taqazo etmoqda, va bu muhit sog’lom raqobatni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Raqobat

bor joyda o’sish bo’lgani kabi ta’lim beruvchilarning o’z ustilarida tinimsiz ishlash-lari ta’lim

samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilmoqda.

Raqamli texnologiyalar yana soliqdan qochishlarni aniqlash, ma’lumotlarni tezkorlik bilan

tahlil etish,takrorlanuvchi jarayonlarni avtomatlashtirish, katta hajmli ma’lumotlar “Big” data

soliq organlariga keladigan ma’lumotlarni saqlash qaytadan ishlash, temir yo’l va aviabiletlarni

onlayn xarid qilish, onlayn navbat olish, katta miqdordagi mikrokreditlarni olish, sog’liqni saqlash

sohasida sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish, ilg’or texnologiyalar inson hayotini asrash, umr ko’rish

davomiyligini oshirish kabi imkoniyatlarni bermoqda. Yaqin 20 yil ichida insonlarda uyali aloqa

vositalari kam edi va internet tarmoqlari rivojlanmagan edi. Insoniyat tarixida raqamli

texnologiyalardan foydalanishda tarixda boshqa texnikalardan ko’ra shiddatli avj oldi.

Xulosa o’rnida ta’kidlash joizki ta’lim sohasida raqamli texno-logiyalardan foydalanish ta’lim

samaradorligini oshiradi va albatta har bir ta’lim oluvchida axborot mediasavodxonligini

shakllantiradi. Yaqin yillardan butun dunyo bo’ylab tarqalgan “ko’k kit” va undan oldinroq global

dolzarb masala “diniy ekstremizm va terrorizm” havfining oshib ketishi insonlarda, yoshlarda

axborot media savodxonligining yo’qligini va bu ojiz holatimiz ekanligini ko’rsatib berdi. Kelajak

avlodimiz yoshlarni to’g’ri tarbiyalash va jamiyat rivojiga hissa qo’shish uchun ham ta’lim

jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishni va har bir sinf xonalarida zamonaviy raqamli

texnologiyalar, AKT vositalaridan foydalanishni yo’lga qo’yishimiz zarur va bu albatta ta’lim

oluvchilarda zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanishni ham yo’lga qo’yadi va ta’lim

oluvchilarning kelajakda ishga joylashishlariga ham ko’mak beradi. Ta’lim oluvchilarga qiyin

tushunchalarni tushunishlariga uni tasavvur qilishlariga videoroliklar, slaydlar yordam beradi va

bu albatta ularda tassavur dunyolarini tezroq ishlashiga, tafakkurlarini rivojlanishiga turtki bo’ladi.

Raqamli texnologiyalarni hamma sohalarda rivojlantirish mamlakatda progressni keltiradi

va bu mamlakat albatta yuqoriga ko’tariladi. Zamonaviy jamiyatda yurtimizni rivojlantirish uchun

avvalo zamon talablaridan kelib chiqib yoshlarni zamonaviy texnologiyalardan cheklamagan

holda ularga to’g’ri tushuncha berib ularni to’g’ri yo’naltirish kerak.
