This article discusses the development of a model for the development of creative competence in non-philological students in the process of teaching English. Through this model, the results and stages of developing creative competence in teaching English in the educational process are discussed.

Also this article helps learners who are interested in religious and social situation in 19^th century and their impact on literature. Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter explores the deep interplay between religious doctrine and social norms in Puritan New England. The novel critiques the rigid moral codes imposed by Puritan society, highlighting themes of sin, guilt, and redemption.

State-owned enterprises (SOEs) play a crucial role in Uzbekistan’s economy, contributing significantly to GDP, employment, and public services. Despite ongoing reforms, the financial performance of SOEs remains a pressing concern, with a substantial number experiencing operational inefficiencies, losses, and reliance on state support. This study analyzes SOE trends from 2019 to 2023, focusing on their financial health, sectoral performance, and the extent of government interventions. While some SOEs, particularly in the mining and metallurgy sectors, have remained profitable, others, especially in the energy sector, have struggled due to inefficiencies and state-mandated social obligations.

Thе usе оf music thеrapy in еducatiоnal practicе allоws childrеn nоt оnly tо dеvеlоp crеativе abilitiеs, but alsо tо incrеasе thе lеvеl оf sоcial adaptatiоn, imprоvе intеrpеrsоnal intеractiоns and еxpand thе hоrizоns оf pеrcеptiоn оf thе surrоunding wоrld. Thus, thе intеgratiоn оf music thеrapy and еducatiоnal tеchnоlоgiеs оpеns up nеw оppоrtunitiеs fоr thе crеativе dеvеlоpmеnt оf childrеn, strеngthеning thеir psychо-еmоtiоnal hеalth and succеssful sоcializatiоn in mоdеrn sоciеty.

The linguistic traits and structural intricacies of medical terminology in Uzbek and Russian are examined in this article. It examines the morphological changes, meaning shifts, and etymology that occur when medical terminology are borrowed from one language to another. Due to historical and sociopolitical considerations, special attention is paid to how Russian has influenced Uzbek medical terminology, as well as how modern changes have seen the opposite effect.

This article identified systems designed to automatically process, store, and transport containers. Proposals were made for the establishment and improvement of container terminals. These proposals set out the necessary measures to improve the efficiency of the container shipping system, reduce environmental damage and ensure economic stability.
