Migratsiyadagi shaxslarni xalqaro darajada huquqiy himoya qilish migrantlarning zaif toifalaridan biri – bolalarga alohida e’tibor qaratishni talab etadi. Dissertatsiyaning ushbu paragrafi migratsiya sharoitidagi bolalarni xalqaro himoya qilishdagi yangi tendensiyalari, ularni himoya qilishda BMT organlarining roli, xalqaro huquqning amaldagi norma va tamoyillari tahliliga bag‘ishlangan.

The article deals with issues such as the formation of rationality, thrift, entrepreneurship, business acumen, innovation, foresight, development of professional skills and competences of entrepreneurs, and the social importance of creativity.

Multilevel osteosynthesis of the lower extremities by the Ilizarov method is an effective method of treating deformities and shortenings in children and adolescents. This approach allows you to correct both congenital and acquired pathologies, restoring the normal anatomy and function of the limbs. The study analyzed the clinical data of 50 patients aged 5-18 years who were treated using the Ilizarov method. Efficacy was evaluated based on radiographic data and clinical criteria such as pain level, limb function, and aesthetic outcome. The results showed that 85% of patients showed a significant improvement in the functionality and aesthetic condition of the lower extremities. The Ilizarov method has proven to be highly effective and safe, providing stable clinical results and minimal risk of complications.

The opinions expressed in the article are formulated in accordance with the requirements of the methodological principles and traditional methods of the Ḥanafī faith. Opinions on social welfare are observed on the basis of modern standards based on the book "Badā’i‘ al-ṣanā’i‘ fī tartīb al-sharā’i‘" written by the jurist of Samarkand, Abū Bakr al-Kāsānī, and based on the jurisprudence rules and legal arguments introduced in Central Asia in general, in particular in our Republic.

O`zbekistondagi organik va noorganik xom ashyolar asosida korroziyaga qarshi import o`rnini bosuvchi korroziyani yuvuvchi va zanglashdan himoyalovchi vositalar olish bo’yicha ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari olib borildi. Korroziya modifikatorlari olishning optimal sharoitlari o’rganildi. Sintez qilib olingan optimal tarkibning kimyoviy tarkibi, xossalari, turli muhitlarda korroziya tezligiga ta`sir mexanizmi o’rganildi.

According to the World Health Organization, "more than 1 million people are affected by echinococcosis in the world, while among various organs and tissues in 44-84% of cases the process is localized in the liver". Due to the absence of a downward trend in the number of patients and the existence of endemic regions where the incidence rate varies from 1.2 to 9.0 per 100,000 population, this parasitic disease continues to be a serious medical and social problem [1-5].

A variety of studies and meta-analyses indicate that there is no single standard that fully guarantees the successful treatment of complex rectal fistulas, especially in transsphincteric forms [2, 3, 5, 7]. Traditional surgeries, although usually leading to recovery in most patients, are often accompanied by traumatic effects on the anal sphincter, which stimulates the search for new methods of intervention [1, 4, 6].

In this article, based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 30, 2022 No. 02/35-30/05-49, effective methods and ways of independent education of students, functions of the process of independent learning activities are presented.

The scientific article deals with the problems of criminal liability for involving the minors in to illegal gambling industry. The differential approach is used depending on the role of the juvenile: as a crime participant or as a member of gambling. Based on a critical assessment of the available investigations on this problem different recommendations on improving criminal legal tools to combat the organization and conduct of gambling are worked out.

In this article, the adaptation of internal psychological factors that ensure the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity to specific social and psychological conditions, and their dependence on the individual’s primary motivations, have been studied using scientific methods. Additionally, based on the aforementioned factors, the role of social psychology in studying the real psychological mechanisms of entrepreneurial motivation among today’s youth is discussed.

Goji berries (Lycium barbarum) have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine and are gaining popularity as a "superfruit" due to their high antioxidant content and potential health benefits. This article reviews technologies for producing capsules containing concentrated extract from L. barbarum fruit. Methods of goji berry extraction using solvents like water, ethanol, and supercritical CO2 are discussed. Spray drying, freeze drying, and vacuum drying of extracts to produce powders suitable for encapsulation are covered.

This article analyzes the importance of preserving Uzbekistan's rich historical and cultural heritage from the perspective of conflicts between national values and mass culture. This article examines the clinical and laboratory profile of elderly and senile patients with a diagnosis of chronic heart failure. The study includes an analysis of clinical manifestations, laboratory data, and concomitant diseases specific to this age group. The aim of the study is to identify the features of the course of chronic heart failure in elderly patients, which will improve the diagnosis and optimize treatment approaches. The article provides data on the prevalence of various forms of heart failure, as well as on the frequency of complications and the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies used. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are formulated for the management of patients of this age category.

This article explores the image of the central female character, Jane Eyre, in Charlotte Brontë's 1847 novel of the same name. Through a close reading of the text and a review of scholarly literature, it examines how Jane is portrayed as a complex, nuanced character who defies traditional Victorian gender roles and expectations. The article argues that Jane emerges as a strong, independent woman who asserts her own worth and agency in a patriarchal society. Her character arc, relationships, and key scenes in the novel are analyzed to shed light on the proto-feminist elements in Brontë's portrayal.

В статье представлены результаты молекулярно-генетических исследований  полиморфизма G/А  гена F7  у 90 с неблагополучных ЭКО у женщин с тромбофилией. Результаты исследования показали, что что  аллель А и гетеро - G/A и гомозиготные нефункциональные А/А  генотипы полиморфизма  F7  являются одним из маркерами повышенного риска развития   тромбофилии у женщин узбекской популяции. А функциональный аллель G  и функционально благоприятный генотип   G/G  являются функциональными генотипами  в отношении развития патологии (χ²=15.48; p<0.0004; OR=0.03; 95%CI0.00 – 0.46 ).
