In Uzbek and English literature, drabbles are a relatively new genre in modern literature. This article discusses the significance, purpose, and history of this genre. We all know that the study of literature is a fascinating and expanding field. As a result, there have been numerous advancements and changes in this field. It can be asserted that the development of drabbles is not an ancient history. The article focuses on deep an analysis of drabbles, which are short stories of less than 100 words that date back to 1980. According to the analysis of drabbles in both languages’ literature, drabbles originated in English literature, moved to Uzbek literature, and still evolving today. The drabble genre demands more effort from the writer due to its intricacy compared to the narrative genre. The reason is that a writer only needs story writing skill to convey a story in just 100 words. Nevertheless, well-known authors of stories in both Uzbek and English eventually experimented with drabble and gained success.  In addition, this article examines well-known drabble authors and their creations.

The article evaluates the importance of personnel in the management of the innovative activity of the enterprise and the development indicators of the innovative management of the enterprise. Also, the organizational and economic mechanism of implementing innovative management in enterprises was analyzed, its specific features and existing problems were identified. In the long-term perspective, scientific proposals and practical recommendations have been developed regarding the possibilities of creative use of advanced foreign experience in improving the efficiency of innovative management of our country's personnel.

This article gives information about  assessment refers to the deliberate gathering of evidence of student learning to allow both teachers and learners to measure progress in a course. Therefore, assessments provide us with an opportunity to improve student learning, as well as to enhance our teaching through critical reflection on the results of the assessments.
