All historical-scientific, literary-artistic sources created in Central Asia from the 7th century to the beginning of the 20th century were written in Arabic script. The contribution of thinkers who lived and created in Central Asia to the development of science is still important today. For example, Abu Nasr Farabi also developed the following classification of educational tools. He divided them into practical and theoretical tools, approved the ideas of the practical direction of teaching and its connection with people's lives and daily activities. The scientist paid particular attention to experiential, inductive and deductive, practical means of teaching. All tools are combined based on the student's life experience and logical thinking. When developing the requirements for the organization of the educational process, giving priority to the didactic tool, what to pay attention to when explaining the material to the students, the most important things to be covered with evidence that gives reliable knowledge of science and does not doubt it, and studies on examples has provided valuable recommendations for readers. Farobi developed the principles of scientific, instructiveness, comprehensibility and consistency of teaching based on the science of mathematics. We should mention that the creation of the algebra tool by al-Khwarizmi is one of the examples of the unity of induction and deduction in mathematics. Because it would not be possible to create any kind of equations without induction. Also, the general solution rule of the given type of equations is a practical expression of the method of deduction of particular problems. Al-Khwarizmi's second work on mathematics - "Kitab al jam wa tafriq bi lis al-Hind" ("The Book of Addition and Subtraction on the Calculation of Indian Arithmetic") also plays an important role in the history of mathematics. The work described a tool for Indian decimal-position addition systems. The discovery of this decimal system was a real revolution in the number system. Numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 are still called "Arabic numbers" in the world.

Anna Akhmatova is regarded as one of Russia’s greatest poets. In addition to poetry, she wrote prose including memoirs, autobiographical pieces, and literary scholarship on Russian writers such as Aleksandr Sergeevich Pushkin. She also translated Italian, French, Armenian, and Korean poetry. In her lifetime Akhmatova experienced both prerevolutionary and Soviet Russia, yet her verse extended and preserved classical Russian culture during periods of avant-garde radicalism and formal experimentation, as well as the suffocating ideological strictures of socialist realism. Akhmatova shared the fate that befell many of her brilliant contemporaries, including Osip Emil’evich Mandel’shtam, Boris Leonidovich Pasternak, and Marina Ivanovna Tsvetaeva. Although she lived a long life, it was darkened disproportionately by calamitous moments.

4-Hydroxybenzoic acid has antibacterial (against Gram+ve and Gram-ve bacteria), antimicrobial, antimutagenic, blood clot prevention and estrogenic activity. In addition, it is used as a "trap" to study the formation of hydroxyl radicals during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion (restoration of blood flow) and is widely used as a preservative in drugs, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages [1, 2528 p.]. It was found that p-hydroxybenzoic acid increases the resistance of winter wheat (Tritisum aestivum) to external abiotic stress under drought conditions [1, 2528 p.]. Its coordination compounds have been studied for their stimulating properties [2, 588p.].

EVALUATING THE EFFICACY OF TARGET PXT IN METASTATIC LIVER TUMORS

The goal of assessing tumour response on imaging is to identify patients who are likely to benefit — or not — from anticancer treatment, especially in relation to survival. The World Health Organization was the first to develop assessment criteria. This early score, which assessed tumour burden by standardising lesion size measurements, laid the groundwork for many of the criteria that followed. This was then improved by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours (RECIST) which was quickly adopted by the oncology community. At the same time, many interventional oncology treatments were developed to target specific features of liver tumours that result in significant changes in tumours but have little effect on tumour size. New criteria focusing on the viable part of tumours were therefore designed to provide more appropriate feedback to guide patient management. Targeted therapy has resulted in a breakthrough that challenges conventional response criteria due to the non-linear relationship between response and tumour size, requiring the development of methods that emphasize the appearance of tumours. More recently, research into functional and quantitative imaging has created new opportunities in liver imaging. These results have suggested that certain parameters could serve as early predictors of response or could predict later tumour response at baseline. These approaches have now been extended by machine learning and deep learning. This clinical review focuses on the progress made in the evaluation of liver tumours on imaging, discussing the rationale for this approach, addressing challenges and controversies in the field, and suggesting possible future developments.
