Целью этого национального исследования было определение распространенности кариеса, опыта кариеса и индекса значительного кариеса (SiC) у 12-летних детей в Узбекистане.
Dental implantation is currently one of the most promising areas in the rehabilitation of dental patients. Despite the success achieved, dental implantation, like other surgical methods of treatment, is accompanied by various kinds of complications. The most common complications are of an inflammatory nature. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk factors for early and late complications of dental implantation. It is considered that a well-established and integrated dental implant should function for at least 10 years, satisfy the patient in aesthetic and functional terms, have clinical stability, and be biocompatible with respect to the surrounding tissues.
The tutorial provides brief information about various implant systems, their advantages and disadvantages, methods of surgical intervention, mechanisms for integrating implants in tissues. Modern views on the mechanisms of reparative bone regeneration, the structure and main characteristics of bone tissue are briefly presented. Describes possible complications of odontoplasty, techniques of their elimination and prevention. Biomechanical principles of orthopedic treatment of dental defects using implants are considered. The manual is prepared in accordance with the training program for specialists in the discipline "Surgical dentistry". The textbook contains the main questions of dental implantology. It at the present level presents the fundamental topics of dental implantology including osseointegration, of the morphological basis of dental implantation. Indications, contraindications, planning and surgical stages of installing plate and screw implants, complications arising during and after dental implantation, as well as their prevention and treatment are described in detail. The tutorial contains test tasks and situational tasks for monitoring the development of knowledge with reference standards of answers, as well as illustrative materials. The text of the manual contains illustrative material, final questions for each of the sections.
The feasibility and effectiveness of complex treatment in patients with secondary adentia and past Covid-19 was assessed. The planning of dental implantation in patients who have undergone Cavid-19 should be carried out with the most complete use of diagnostic procedures, including clinical, laboratory and functional examination of the patient. A systematic analysis of the studies conducted at all stages of dental treatment allows us to conclude that there are relative contraindications to dental implantation in patients with underlying pathology and who have undergone Cavid-19.
The popularity of orthopedic treatment using the method of dental implantation causes the interest of researchers to study the integration of implants in bone tissue. Analysis of the literature shows that the improvement of research technology and interdisciplinary approach to the study of the phenomenon of osteointegration of dental implants has led to a change in traditional concept in recent years. This article summarizes information about the physiological processes and cellular interactions occurring on the border "implant-bone tissue" in various stages of integration. The results of studies indicate the need for revision notions of bio inertness of titanium implants and consideration of the integration process in the immunological aspect.

According to the Protocol of intraoperative direct prosthetics (IDP), the immediate functional load is provided by temporary orthopedic structures. The Protocol significantly reduces the treatment time and the need for preliminary pre-prosthetic reconstructive surgery-bone transplantation methods and allows you to bypass areas where transplants are ineffective. The orthopedic Protocol is simplified as much as possible. The possibility of prosthetics without the use of cement fixation of prostheses is realized. Protocols of intraoperative direct prosthetics for implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of patients require prototyping and designing of treatment results.

Dental membrane-a special film that is used in dental practice as a barrier and fixing material in procedures for dental implants. The use of the membrane can successfully fight bone atrophy, preventing its loss, which in turn creates favorable conditions for dental implants.
This article considers that the study of dental anxiety in relation to demographic indicators before patients visit the dentist is necessary for the study. This study examined demographic indicators (age, gender) and dental visiting habits of patients using a questionnaire method.
The purpose of this study was to determine how dental anxiety, demographic factors, and the nature of dental visits are interrelated. This cross-sectional study involved 100 patients who independently completed a questionnaire that included a modified indicator of dental anxiety (MDAS). In addition, demographic information was collected. According to regression analysis (p<05), anxiety about dental problems leads to improper dental treatment. According to the latest analysis, children between the ages of 9 and 15 and those who have never seen a professional dentist are more likely to experience dental anxiety. Boys are more likely than girls to experience anxiety about their teeth. With age, anxiety about teeth decreases. Poor oral hygiene is caused by high dental anxiety, and dental anxiety is increased in people who have never visited a dentist. The results of this study have implications for oral health and can be applied in healthcare programs to improve the effectiveness of care.
The rural population, in comparison with the urban population, has even fewer opportunities to receive dental care, since dental institutions, where the most qualified personnel and the latest equipment are concentrated, are located mainly in cities. Diversity of geographical and economic conditions of rural population, state of communications, accessibility of transport, etc. they aggravate the inequality of residents of different localities in the possibilities of obtaining dental care, so the specifics of the forms and methods of its provision in rural areas is primarily in the approximation of General dental care to the entire rural population.
The development and implementation of new therapeutic measures in the field of dentistry as a level of work on "Reform of the medical field and the application of modern technologies and methods of treatment" is a pressing issue today. Nowadays, prosthetics of secondary adenomas present in the upper and lower jaws are one of the current problems facing dentists. One of the modern ways to overcome this problem i.e. dental floss defects is dental implantology.
In recent years, research has been carried out to study the problems of improving the organization of dental care for both the General population and individual categories of industrial workers4,6.
However, to date not carried out in-depth studies on the problems of improvement of dental care to employees of the chemical industry in the new socio-economic conditions of development of industrial complex and reform of the health system, there is no comprehensive study of the current status of dental service medical-sanitary unit (MSCH) large enterprises, comparison of availability and quality of dental care to employees at the place of residence and place of work.
The purpose of this review is to study the dental morbidity of chemical workers, develop measures to improve their dental health and improve the quality of life.
At the present stage of development of the industrial complex of our country, a number of large enterprises have the opportunity to organize dental care for employees, primarily with harmful working conditions, at a higher level. At the same time, the implementation of the preventive orientation in dental care for the working population remains an unsolved problem2,3.
The successful functioning of any medical service in modern conditions is possible only with the optimal interaction of all parts, all elements of the health system depends largely on the level of organization and management of medical institutions to optimize their work7,8.
Keywords: Condition of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, the hard tissues of teeth and paradontium, taste analyzer, unfavorable factors of production.
Material And Methods Of Research: It is planned to conduct a study of 120 workers of JSC "samarkandkime" - the main group, as well as 115 patients who applied to polyclinic No. 10 and are not related to the chemical industry - the control group.
The data that was received was subjected to statistical processing using the Microsoft Excel application package. The reliability of the difference in parameters was determined by the student's criterion.
Results and discussion.Currently, the issues of dental health for workers in various industries are relevant.
Various harmful factors of production can have a negative impact on human health, including on the tissues of the teeth, periodontal, oral and lip mucosa.
