This report presents an analysis of the results of reconstructive and reconstructive surgery in 106 patients previously operated on for colorectal diseases from 2015 to 2020 at the Department of FUV Surgery of the Andijan State Medical Institute. During the study it was found that 12 (27.9%) patients in the control group developed various postoperative complications. The problem of isolation and preparation of the rectal stump also remains an important problem.
The monograph presents the main theoretical issues of diagnosis and treatment of early biliary complications after cholecystectomy surgery. In the postoperative period, during the operation and after the operation, biliary asphyxia is diagnosed, surgical interventions and their prevention are performed. The authors pointed out that after cholecystectomy of the gallbladder of the I-II degree of the gallbladder, the results and taxonomy improve, transduodenal endoscopic interventions and ultrasound examination of osteomyelitis indications for puncture methods and the technical application of Dustures according to the waste paper algorithm leads to a decrease in biliary asociality. The best results were obtained using precision technical methods.
Surgeons have prepared monographs for masters, clinical residents and students of the Tibetan Institute.
On the first day, the PBP circadian rhythm mesors did not differ from the normative indicators in all age groups. During the period of toxemia, changes in the mesor of the circadian rhythm of PBP occurred in a wave-like manner with a period of fluctuations in group 1 – 9,6,5,5,6 days, in group 2 – 8,4 days, in group 3 - 5,4,4,5,6,5 days. Daily changes in the PBP circadian rhythm prevailed at a later date (in group 1 after 14 days, in group 2 - on day 8, in group 3 - after 14 days of toxemia), which suggests that one of the factors leading to hemodynamic disturbances is insufficiently effective anti-inflammatory, correcting hemodynamic function therapy. The most active compensatory hemodynamic reactions were revealed at the age of up to 40 years. The most pronounced tendency to destabilize hemodynamics was found in patients over 61 years of age at a later date (3-4 weeks) of the period of burn disease toxemia.
The problem of treatment of pyoinflammatory diseases (PID) of the face and neck is relevant for both dentists of polyclinics and maxillofacial surgeons in hospitals. About 50% of those in maxillofacial hospitals, and about 20% of those who seek help from a dentist and a surgeon of polyclinics, are patients with inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region (MFO), among them - 60-80% of patients with abscesses and phlegmons, the frequency of which has increased by 1.5–2.0 times over the past decade. There has been a steady growth of atypical and severely flowing progressive phlegmon, spreading simultaneously in several cellular spaces, with the development of such formidable complications as sepsis, contact mediastinitis, and thrombosis of the cavernous sinus of the dura mater. Low-symptom “erased” forms of phlegmon are found among 13.4–22% of patients, are characterized by a long course and are difficult to diagnose, which contributes to late hospitalization and untimely treatment started. Microbial etiology of HVZ CLO is due to the localization of the primary process (connection with the oral cavity, teeth).
The aim of the work is to systematize the data of special literature for the clearest definition of the directions of studying the modern approach to the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of pyoinflammatory processes in the maxillofacial region and neck. As a result of the analysis of the data of special literature, it becomes obvious that in recent decades the idea of the etiology and pathogenesis of pyoinflammatory processes in the maxillofacial region and neck has changed, which determines the need for further search for new informative methods of diagnosis, prognosis, as well as the most effective methods of treatment and prevention of complications for this pathology.
The Cold War was not only traditional in international relations next phase of the struggle for world domination, but also an ideological war aimed to impose on the opposing powers a certain value system, social structure, political regime, etc. As a result the ideological conflict of the opposing powers became an important component of the Cold War. With the end of the Cold War the problems of «end of history» and the “end of ideologies” were actualized on the West. It became about an axiom that the world politics lost its ideological dimension. In fact, however, ideological component is deeply integrated into the emerging «new» world order. Even the dominance of Western countries in the emerging system of international relations was legitimated by the postulates of neo-liberalism. The coming to power in the USA of president D. Trump and changes in American foreign policy stress a deep transformation in the modern system of international 51 relations. Unconditional dominance of the liberal paradigm in global scale is gradually coming to an end. This process is accelerated due to the completion of the «unipolar moment» in world politics and process of step by step formation of a polycentric world order. The world is entering to a turbulent era. And one of its main features will probably be decline of ideology influence and the strengthening of political realism as an intellectual dominant in making decisions in dynamic and unclear international environment.

In recent years, approaches have been used to treat diaphyseal fractures in children and adolescents, which make it possible to shorten immobilization and hospitalization time as soon as possible, as well as return to normal life as soon as possible. In a retrospective study, the conservative treatment of diaphyseal hip fractures was compared with the closed elastic method of rod fixation. In the period from 2014 to 2019. In our clinic, 11 diaphyseal fractures of the femur and 16 tibia were treated. In all cases, elastic rod osteosynthesis was used. Conservative treatment gave more complications (difference in limb length and inaccurate reduction). In case of the closed fracture fixation with the help of flexible rods the consolidation and fast mobilization with small number of complications was achieved.
The most prominent representative of the doctors of Central Asia was Abu Ali Ibn-Sina (known in Europe as Avicenna), the largest doctor of the Middle Ages and one of the most prominent doctors in world history. He was born in 980 in the village of Afshana near the city of Bukhara. At the age of five, his parents transported him to Bukhara, where his studies began. From the teachers and from the books of the rich Bukhara library of the Samanids, Ibn-Sina received all the knowledge known by that time. However, Ibn Sina studied medicine deeper and most thoroughly. In his autobiography dictated by him, he said: "I took up the study of medicine, replenishing my reading with observations of patients, which taught me many methods of treatment that cannot be found in books."
