Increasing global problems affects negatively to the economies of countries. In this situation, the effective use of natural conditions in the country requires work to increase the range of food products, work to increase their production capacity. It is important to achieve high economic efficiency by improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of food industry enterprises. The food industry is one of the developing industries in our country. It is important to ensure the competitiveness of the industry, increase the share of exports, and organize the production of by-products instead of imported ones. It is crucial to use effectively high-yielding intensive technologies in the natural and climatic conditions of Uzbekistan.
Textile industry wastewater contains various pollutants that require effective treatment before discharge. Aerobic biogranules have shown promise as a sustainable and efficient solution for wastewater treatment. This study investigates the effect of a static mixer on aerobic biogranules formation for textile industry wastewater treatment. The static mixer is introduced in the wastewater treatment process to enhance mixing and promote the formation of aerobic biogranules, which are dense microbial aggregates capable of degrading organic pollutants. Laboratory-scale experiments are conducted to compare the performance of aerobic bioreactors with and without the static mixer. Parameters such as pollutant removal efficiency, biogranule characteristics, and system stability are evaluated. The results demonstrate that the use of a static mixer significantly enhances the formation of aerobic biogranules, leading to improved wastewater treatment performance. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of the role of mixing in aerobic biogranule formation and provide insights for the optimization of textile industry wastewater treatment processes.
The development of the chemical industry in Uzbekistan after the Second World War is directly related to the cotton monopoly, the chemical testing of plant raw materials in the republic. Special attention was paid to their synthesis, application in medicine, food and agriculture, synthesis and implementation of defioland and pesticides for cotton, complex processing of cotton seeds and their use in the food industry. At the same time, special attention was paid to the cultivation of mineral fertilizers for the national economy. For this purpose, several industrial enterprises were included in the Department of Chemical Industry established under the National Economic Council of the Uzbek SSR. These enterprises have fully served the interests of the country’s economy and have become an industry that causes endless damage to the environment.
