Since the last decades of the 20th century, the attention of researchers has been attracted to peculiar deviations in the psycho-emotional sphere among workers in a number of professions, which were subsequently combined into one syndrome, called professional burnout syndrome or burnout-syndrome. In the International Classification of Diseases of the X-revision, this disease appears under the heading Z.73.0 as a "state of complete exhaustion." Most often, service sector personnel, including medical ones, are subject to it, it proceeds in the form of 3 options - emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduction of personal achievements. Among the risk factors are frequent stress, hard work, high responsibility for the result of work, irregular working hours, etc. Therefore, among doctors of various specialties, its prevalence is not the same - for example, if among surgeons it occurs in 57%, then among anesthesiologists-resuscitators - up to 82 % (Lovchev A.Yu., Koryachkin V.A. 2009).
The monograph describes the pollution of soil with heavy metals due to automotive waste in Samarkand in 2019-2021, their soil components, the process of interaction with organic matter, methods for determining the amount of copper, local and modern methods of extraction of heavy metals from the soil. In addition, the risk of chemical contamination of the soil has been assessed from an ecological and hygienic point of view, and the presence of hazardous classes, mainly specific to 2-3-4 classes, has been identified. Heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, nickel, mercury, etc. are found in the landfill and the importance of plants in their emergence from the soil has been studied in detail. This monograph is recommended for medical prophylaxis, ecology, biology specialties, staff of the Committee for Nature Protection, researchers, educators, masters and students.

This article focuses on the importance of the attention paid by the educational staff of the preschool educational organization and parents to the child in determining the talent of preschool children. Due to the fact that the pedagogues working in the preschool educational organization are lazy in identifying the child's hidden talent, the talent of some children remains hidden. For this reason, in this article, several views about the personal activity of a gifted child, as well as the information of his individual talent and the psychological mechanisms used in the process of self-development of the child's personality are put forward. This article is based on the opinions of pedagogic scientists who have worked on the issue of determining a child's talent. The methods used by scientists conducting research in this regard are of great importance in revealing the child's hidden abilities.
The article gives interpretations of international labor standards, as well as norms relating to the working conditions of employees in the system of national labor legislation of Uzbekistan, the foundations for organizing safe and decent working conditions are laid down in the state policy in the field of labor relations, safety and labor protection issues in workplaces, ensuring the health of citizens in the Republic of Uzbekistan, issues such as the priorities of state social policy were studied.
Few past study has highlighted gendered labor challenges, issues and made recommendations for organizations to promote gender equality in the tourism and hospitality industries. Nevertheless, little is known about how academic research has been put into practice by travel organizations. Traditional values in many cultural locales may obstruct female's engagement as a staff in the tourist business and may represent an important role in the production and reproduction of gender discrimination. Gender equality is regarded as one of the key measures of socio-cultural sustainability in tourism destinations. As a result, interviews were used to assess the situation of women's equality is one of the key role in this study. Data were collected from different travel agencies at (Samarkand) Uzbekistan.
