Annotatsiya. Maqolada o‘quvchilarining jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishda xalq milliy

o‘yinlarining tutgan o‘rni harakatli o‘yinlari metodik jihatidan to‘g‘ri o‘tkazishda bolalar
rivojlanishiga ta’siri ayrim harakatlarda u yoki boshqa mashqlarni bajarishda elementar harakat
malakalarini egallashlari to‘g‘risida fikr yuritilgan. 11-12 yoshli bolalar uchun qanday milliy
harakatli o’yinlardan foydalanish haqida bilimlar bayon etilgan.

QUALITIES OF 11-12-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN

Abstract. In the article, the role of national games in the development of the physical

qualities of students, the influence of the movement games on the development of children in the

НАРОДНЫЕ ПОДВИЖНЫЕ ИГРЫ ДЛЯ РАЗВИТИЯ ФИЗИЧЕСКИХ

КАЧЕСТВ ДЕТЕЙ 11-12 ЛЕТ

Аннотация. В статье рассматривается роль народных игр в развитии физических

качеств учащихся, влияние двигательных игр на развитие детей в выполнении
определенных движений и приобретение элементарных двигательных навыков при
выполнении одного. или другое упражнение, обдуманное. Описаны знания по использованию
национальных игр-действий для детей 11-12 лет.

Kirish

11-12 yoshli bolalar yoshiga mos o‘yinlarni jismoniy sifatlarni rivojlantirishiga ko‘ra

quyidagi guruhlarga ajratish mumkin:

1. Tezkorlikni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar;
2. Kuchni oshiruvchi o‘yinlar.
3. Chaqqonlikni rivojlantiruvchi o‘yinlar.
4. Chidamlilikni rivojlantiruvchi o‘yinlar.
5. Egiluvchanlikni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar;
Ayrim o‘yin turlari bolalarning barcha bo‘g‘inlariga mos kelishi mumkin, ya’ni jismoniy

sifatlarni yaxlit holda tarbiyalashga qaratilgan o‘yinlar ko‘pchilikni tashkil etadi, ularda turli
jismoniy sifatlar ketma-ket rivojlanishi mumkin. O‘yinlardagi bunday izchillik bolaning bilim

saviyasi, turmush tajribasi kengayishi, katta yoshdagi odamlar turmushiga chuqurroq kirib borishi
bilan bog‘liqdir. Darhaqiqat, o‘yinlarning oddiydan murakkabga tomon o‘sishi turmushning
tobora yangi qirralarini aks ettirish bilan cheklanib qolmay, muayyan o‘yinning o‘ziga xos boshqa
ko‘rinishlari bilan boyishi sababli amalga oshadi.

1. Tezkorlikni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar.

Tezkorlikni tarbiyalash uchun mashqlar maksimal

suratda bajarilishi lozim. Signalga binoan tezlikda javob berilishini muayyan vaqt birligi ichida
ko‘p harakatlar bajarilishini hamda butun tana yoki uning bir qismini fazoda tezlik bilan harakat
qilishini talab qiladigan o‘yinlar o‘quvchida tezkorlik sifatini rivojlantiradi. Bunda ko‘proq ikki
guruhning faol musobaqalashishiga olib keladigan o‘yinlar o‘tkazishga e’tibor qaratiladi.

Harakatdagi ob’ektga nisbatan bo‘lgan reaksiyani tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar bu o‘rinda yaxshi

natija beradi. Bunday o‘yinlarga «Do‘ppi kiyishda kim g‘olib?», «To‘rt muyush», «Bo‘sh joy»,
«Kim tez o‘ynaydi» kabilarni kiritish mumkin.

Masalan, «Do‘ppi kiyishda kim g‘olib» o‘yini qadimgi o‘zbek xalqining milliy harakatli

o‘yinlaridan hisoblanib, bolani tezkorlik, chaqqonlikka o‘rgatadi. O‘yinda o‘quvchilar ikki
guruhga bo‘linadi. 30 metr masofani ikkita do‘ppi bilan belgilash kerak. Har ikkala guruhdan ikki
bola shu masofaga yugurib borib kelishi va o‘yinni bajarishi-do‘ppi boshidan tushmasligi kerak.

O‘yin guruhdagi bolalarning hammasining boshiga do‘ppi kiygizilgunga qadar davom

etadi. qaysi guruh shartni tez bajarsa, o‘sha g‘olib sanaladi.

2. Kuchni rivojlantiruvchi o‘yinlar.

Bunda o‘qituvchi kerakli mushak guruhlarining

rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan o‘yinlarni tanlashi lozim. Kuchni rivojlantiruvchi
o‘yinlarda o‘quvchi o‘z tana og‘irligini, bironta tashqi og‘irlikni yoki raqib og‘irligini(
qarshiligini) yengadi. Kuchni rivojlantirish uchun quyidagi o‘yinlar tavsiya etiladi: «Xo‘roz-
xo‘roz» o‘yini, «Uloq», «Otdan ag‘darish» , «Oqsoq bo‘ri va qo‘ylar», «Chuqurga tushir» kabilar.

Chunonchi, «Xo‘roz-xo‘roz» o‘yinida bolalar soni qancha ko‘p bo‘lsa, o‘yin shuncha

qiziqarli bo‘ladi. Bu o‘yinda asosan o‘g‘il bolalar qatnashadi. Bolalar ikkiga bo‘linib o‘ynaydilar.

Ikki tomonda guruh sardorlari saylanadi. O‘qituvchi sinf o‘quvchilarini ikki jamoaga

bo‘ladi. Ular bir-birlariga yuzma-yuz qarab turadilar. O‘rtaga ikki jamoadan bittadan o‘quvchi
chiqadi. Ular qo‘llarini orqaga tutib bir oyoqlab sakrashib, yelkalari bilan bir-birlarini itara
boshlaydilar. Bunda birorta bola oldin oyog‘ini yerga qo‘yishi yoki orqasidagi qo‘lini bo‘shatib,
o‘ynashi mumkin emas. O‘yinning asosiy maqsadi, o‘quvchilarning kuchini sinash, chidamlilikni
oshirishdan iborat.

Bu o‘yinning yana bir boshqacha ko‘rinishi ham bor. Bunda ikkita o‘g‘il bola qatnashadi.
Dastlab yerga doira shakli chiziladi. Shu doira ichida har ikkala bola ham qo‘llari orqasida,

bir oyog‘ini ko‘tarib, ikkinchi oyog‘ida sakrab-sakrab bir-birini yelkasi bilan turtib, doira ichidan
chiqib ketgan yoki ko‘tarilgan oyog‘ini yerga qo‘ygan bola yutqazgan hisoblanadi.

Tezkorlik va kuchni rivojlantiruvchi o‘yinlar ma’lum bir vazifani hal etishda katta yordam

beradi.

3. Chaqqonlikni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar.

Aniq harakat qilish zarur bo‘lgan, bajarish

sharoitlari o‘zgaruvchan milliy o‘yinlarda chaqqonlik yaxshi rivojlangan bo‘lishi kerak. Shunga
tayangan holda chaqqonlikni tarbiyalash uchun «Almash qadamlar», «Tiriltirishma», «Urdi-
qochdi», «Olacha tovuq», «Kim chaqqon» kabi o‘yinlarni tavsiya etish mumkin.

Misol uchun

«Almash qadamlar» o‘yinini ko‘rib o‘tish mumkin. O‘yinni butun sinf

o‘quvchilari ikkiga bo‘lib o‘ynashi mumkin. O‘yinning qoidasi: bolalar uzunasiga saflanadilar,
so‘ngra tartib bilan tortilgach, chiziq ustidan qadamlarini chillak qilib (ketma-ket) qo‘yib o‘tadilar.

O‘yinning uch xilidan foydalanish mumkin:

1.

Chiziq ustidan qo‘llarini yon tomonga uzatgan holda.

2.

Qo‘llarni orqaga qilgan holda.

3.

Qo‘llar bilan boshning orqasini ushlagan holda.

Kim shu o‘yinni chaqqon va xatosiz bajarsa, o‘sha g‘olib sanaladi. Chiziq ustidan yurishda

harakatda kim muvozanatni buzsa, xato qilgan hisoblanadi va o‘yindan chiqadi. O‘yin shu zaylda
davom etadi. O‘yinni dars vaqtida ham, tanaffusda ham bajarish mumkin. Bu o‘yinning tarbiyaviy
ahamiyati shundaki, u bolani ruhan sezgirlikka chaqiradi.

Jismoniy jihatdan chaqqonlikni (o‘yin ma’lum muddatda bajarilishi ya’ni qaysi guruh

chiziqni tezda birinchi bo‘lib bosib o‘tishi kerakligi bunda bolalar o‘yinlarining ruhi, tabiati,
xarakteri, ishtirokchilarning hatti-harakatlari v.h. kabi tomonlariga e’tibor berish kerakligi nazarga
tutilayapti) tarbiyalaydi, qomatni tik, to‘g‘ri tutishga o‘rgatadi. Bu o‘yinni guruhlarga bo‘lib
o‘ynash bolada jismoniy tarbiyaga bo‘lgan qiziqishni oshiradi. Bu o‘yindan qadimda ota-
bobolarimiz juda ko‘p foydalanishgan.

4. Chidamlilikni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlar.

Ko‘pchilik milliy xalq harakatli o‘yinlarida

nihoyatda jadal bajariladigan mashqlar tufayli tezkorlik va chidamlilik kabi jismoniy sifatlar
tarbiyalanadi. Bunday o‘yinlarda jismoniy yuk (nagruzka) ham asta-sekin oshirib boriladi.
Masalan, maydonni kattalashtirish; maydonni kichraytirmay turib o‘yinchlarning sonini
kamaytirish; o‘yin jihozlari sonini ko‘paytirish (tayoqcha, ro‘molcha, do‘ppi, chopon, to‘p v.h.)
yugurish masofasini uzaytirish; to‘siqlar sonini oshirish; murakkab mashqlarni qo‘llash va
ularning sonini ko‘paytirish va hokazo.

Ko‘rsatilgan bu usullar izchillik bilan qo‘llanilganda maqsadga tezroq erishiladi. Mazkur

jismoniy sifatni tarbiyalovchi o‘yinlarga «Oqsoq qarg‘a», «Lanka», «Podachi» kabilarni misol
qilib ko‘rsatish mumkin. Masalan, «Oqsoq qarg‘a»-estafeta tarzidagi harakatli o‘yin.

O‘yinchilarning miqdori teng bo‘ladi, ikkita jamoada bir-biriga ro‘para turib, saf tortadi.
O‘yinchilardan har biri navbat bilan o‘zining bitta oyog‘i bog‘ich ( ro‘molcha yoki tasma)

bilan boldiridan sonigacha bog‘laydi.

Har ikkala komandaning o‘yinchilari "Tayyorlan -Bajar!" buyrug‘i berilishi bilan qarshi

jamoaning chizig‘iga qadar bir oyoqlab irg‘ishlab boradilar, undan keyin esa oyoqlaridagi
bog‘ichni yechib olib, orqalariga qarab yuguradilar va uni o‘z jamoalaridagi navbatdagi o‘yinchiga
beradilar. O‘yin bog‘ichini o‘qituvchiga keltirib beradigan so‘nggi o‘yinchiga qadar shu tariqa
davom ettiriladi. Bog‘ichni birinchi bo‘lib o‘qituvchiga keltirib bergan jamoa g‘olib bo‘ladi.

5. Egiluvchanlikni tarbiyalash.

11-12 yoshli bolalarda egiluvchanlikni tarbiyalashga

alohida e’tibor qaratish lozim, chunki yuqorida aytganimizdek, bu yoshdagi bolalarning
egiluvchanlik sifatining o‘sishi sekinlashadi. Egiluvchanlikni tarbiyalash maqsadida ayrim
mushak guruh va bo‘g‘inlariga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi o‘yinlar tanlab olinadi. Bu o‘yinlar asosan
maxsus sport jihozlari yordamida o‘tkaziladi. Og‘irliklar o‘rnida shug‘ullanuvchilarning o‘zlari
ham qatnashishlari mumkin.

Faol egiluvchanlik mushaklarning kuchiga bog‘liq. Mushaklarning cho‘ziluvchanlik

xususiyatlari esa markaziy nerv tizimining ta’sirida o‘zgaradi. Shuning uchun bu o‘yinlarga
o‘quvchilar zavq-shavq bilan qatnashganda egiluvchanlik yuqori bo‘ladi. Egiluvchanlikni talab
qiladigan o‘yinlardan oldin tegishli yengil jismoniy mashqlar bajarilishi lozim.

Egiluvchanlikni tarbiyalash uchun «Tizza ostida ro‘molcha», «Tayoqni davraga irg‘itish»,

«To‘siqdan sakrab o‘tish», «Tosh o‘yin» kabi o‘yinlar tavsiya etiladi. Masalan, biz 11-12 yoshli
o‘quvchilar uchun qiziqarli va egiluvchanlik sifatini samarali ravishda oshiradigan «Tosh o‘yin»
o‘yinini tavsiya etamiz. O‘yinda ishtirok etuvchilar doira bo‘ylab turadilar. Ularning har biri, bir
o‘yinchidan tashqari, qo‘llariga beshtadan toshcha ushlab oladi.

O‘yinning qoidasi:

O‘qituvchining birinchi signaliga binoan o‘ynovchilar o‘z toshlarini

oldilariga tashlaydilar va doira markaziga orqa o‘girib turadilar. Ikkinchi signalga muvofiq keskin
ravishda dastlabki holatga buriladilar va har bir o‘yinchi o‘z toshini olishga harakat qiladi. Toshni
olib ulgurmagan o‘yinchi yutqazgan hisoblanadi va o‘yin boshqatdan boshlanadi. Eng epchil,
chaqqon va tez harakat qiladigan, o‘z toshini vaqtida oladigan o‘yinchi g‘olib sanaladi.

O‘yinchilarning toshni bekitishga yoki ularni bosib olishlariga ruxsat etilmaydi. O‘yinning

boshlanishida sanash yo‘li bilan tosh berilmaydigan o‘quvchi aniqlaniladi.

O‘yin boshlangandan keyin toshni olishga ulgurmaydigan va toshsiz qoladigan o‘yinchi

paydo bo‘ladi. O‘yin bolalarda egiluvchanlik sifatini rivojlantiribgina qolmay, ularni uyushib
harakat qilishga da’vat etadi, demakki, uyushqoqlik, bahamjihatlik ruhida tarbiyalashga ham
xizmat qiladi.

Xalq milliy o‘yinlarini bolalar jinsiga qarab tasnif etishning o‘ziga xos sabablari mavjud.
Chunki kichik maktab yoshidagi o‘g‘il va qiz bolalar jismoniy rivojlanishida ba’zi bir

farqlar kuzatiladi. O‘g‘il bolalarning bo‘yi va og‘irligi o‘rtacha olganda ortiqroq, ko‘krak qafasi
kengroq va o‘pkaning faoliyat hajmi kattaroq bo‘ladi. O‘g‘il bolalarda muskul kuchi yaxshiroq
rivojlanadi. Shunga bog‘liq ravishda ularning harakat qobiliyatlari farqlanadi. O‘g‘il bolalar tezroq
yugurishadi, uzoqroq va balandroqqa sakrashadi. Yaxshiroq uloqtirishadi, ular kuchliroq va
chidamliroq bo‘ladilar.

Ularga yukni ko‘tarish va bir joydan ikkinchi joyga ko‘chirish, qarshilikni yengish,

uzoqroq muddat yugurish, sakrash balandligini oshirish, shuningdek, uloqtirishda nishon orasidagi
masofani uzaytirishdan iborat. Qizlarga mayin, ritmik raqs harakatlariga asoslangan xalq harakatli
o‘yinlarini o‘g‘il bolalarga qaraganda ko‘proq o‘rgatish kerak. Xalq harakatli o‘yinlarini mana shu
xususiyatlarga qarab tanlash lozim. Shu jihatdan qaraganda milliy xalq harakatli o‘yinlarini ikki
guruhga bo‘lib, o‘rganish mumkin:

1. O‘g‘il bolalarga mo‘ljallangan o‘yinlar-o‘g‘illar o‘yini
2. Qiz bolalarga mo‘ljallangan o‘yinlar -qizlar o‘yini
3. Ham o‘g‘il bolalar, ham qizlar o‘ynaydigan o‘yinlar, qo‘shma o‘yinlar.
O‘g‘il bolalarning fiziologik va jismoniy xususiyatlaridan kelib chiqib, ularga «Xo‘roz-

xo‘roz», «Chopon ko‘l», «Otdan ag‘darish», «Tayoqni davraga irg‘itish», «Lanka»,
«Qilichbozlar» kabi o‘yinlarni tavsiya etish mumkin. Qiz bolalarning o‘yinlari nisbatan
kamchilikni tashkil etadi, shunday bo‘lsa-da, ularga «Tosh terish», «Chumchuqcha»,

«

Kim

chaqqon», «Doira ichida raqs» v.h. Qo‘shma o‘yinlarga «Almash qadamlar», «Ona tovuq va
hakka», «Tiriltirishma», «Urdi- qochdi», «Do‘ppi kiyishda kim g‘olib?», «To‘rt muyush»,

Milliy harakatli o‘yinlar tasnifidan ko‘rinadiki, ko‘pchilik o‘yinlar qo‘shma o‘yinlar

hisoblanadi. Shuning uchun ularni o‘g‘il va qiz bolalar birgalikda bajaradilar. Kurash elementini
o‘z ichiga olgan mashqlar bajarilayotganda qizlar sherigi - dugonalari bilan birgalikda birmuncha
osonroq o‘yinlarni bajaradilar yoki o‘qituvchining topshirig‘iga binoan boshqa guruhda
shug‘ullanadilar.
