Ushbu maqolada XVIII-XX asrlarda Buxoro amirligida ayollarning

jamiyatdagi tutgan o’rni, diniy ta’limga asoslangan madrasalarda ta’lim olishi, hamda amir
haramidagi ahvol va turmush tarzini bayon qiladi.

Tarix — bu o'tmishning hikoyasi emas, balki kelajak uchun saboqdir, u xalqning yutug‘i

ham, xatosi ham orqali yangi avlodga yo‘l ko‘rsatadi. O‘rta Osiyo tarixida Buxoro amirligi
o‘zining maktab va madrasalari soni ko‘pligi bilan alohida o‘rinni egallagan. Buxoro amirlikning
poytaxti bo‘lib qolmaygina u jahon tarixida “Buxoroi sharif” kabi nomlar bilan manbalarda
uchraydi. Buxoroning sekin astalik bilan O‘rta Osiyoda islom olamining markaziga aylantira
bordi. Buxoroda ko‘plab maktablar, masjid-u madrasalar ochila boshladi.

Buxoro madrasalarida dunyoviy ilmlar bilan bir qatorda diniy bilimlar ham berila boshladi.
Bular tafsir (Qur’on sharhlari), hadis, fiqh kabi sohalardir. Buxoro ilm-ma’rifat tarqatish

bilan bir qatorda mamlakatning siyosiy boshqaruvida ham muhum o‘rin egallar edi. Shaharda
tasvvuf pirlari, shayxlari faoliyat yurgizar va orqalaridan ergashuvchi muridlari bilan birgalikda
komillikka erishish, allohga do‘st bo‘lish va yaqinlashishning so‘fiylik usullari orqali xalqni islom
shariat ahkomlaridan xabardor qilib turar edilar.

Buxoroda ta’lim XVIII asrning birinchi yarmi XIX asrda ham o‘tmishdagi nufuzini saqlab

qola olgan. Buxoro amirlari bir necha asrlar davomida savodxonlik va ta’lim, marifatga katta
e’tibor qaratganlar. Madrasada ta’lim ayniqsa amirlar Shohmurod va Haydar davrida rivojlangan.

Ahmad Donish ta’kidlaganidek, Haydar davrida “Buxoroga yer yuzining turli

burchaklaridan va barcha aholi punktlaridan odamlar o‘qish uchun kelardi. Shariat ilmlari va
hukmlari shu qadar ravnaq topdiki, islom davrida avvalgi padoshalarning birortasi olimlari ilm-
fanda bunchalik muvaffaqiyatga erisha olmadilar.”

XIX asrning birinchi yarmida O’rta Osiyo xonliklari va Buxoro amirligining xalq ta’limi

hamda siyosiy hayotining hamma sohalarida islom dini g’oyasi markaziy o’rinni egallagan. XX
asr boshlarida Buxoro amirligidagi fan va maorif tizimi o’ziga xos tarzda shakllangan edi. Buxoro
shahrida bir necha yuzlab masjidlar bo’lgan. Masjidlar bir qavatli, ikki qavatli va ko’shkli qilib
qurilgan. Buxoro shahrida 170 ga yaqin katta va kichik madrasalar bo’lgan. Madrasalarda ular
arab alifbosi va yozuvini, Qur’onning tafsirini va diniy bilimlar- huquqshunoslik va tarixdan ta’lim
olishgan. XIX asrning o’rtalarida Buxoroda madrasa talabalari soni 9 mingdan 10 ming nafargacha
yetgan edi. Madrasa va masjidlar katta vaqf mulkiga ega bo’lib, undan tushadigan foydadan
o’qituvchilarga maosh va talabalarga stipendiya to’lanar edi. Madrasalar musulmon oliy oʻquv
yurtlari hisoblangan.

Maktablar masjidlar qoshida va xususiy uylarda tashkil etilgan. Odatda, maktablarda

asosan oʻqish va yozish, arifmetika va adabiyot oʻqitilar edi. Maktablar qizlar uchun alohida, oʻgʻli
bolalar uchun alohida boʻlgan. Maktablar ko’pincha bir sinf xonasidan iborat bo’lganligi uchun
ham maktabxona deb atashgan. Musulmon qoidalaridan kelib chiqgan holda o’g’il va qiz bolalar
alohida – alohida maktabxonalarda o’qitilgan. O’g’il bolalar maktabxonalari aksariyati masjidlar,
madrasalar, qorixonalar yoki xususiy maktabdorlar xonadonlarida, qiz bolalar maktabxonalari otin
ayollar uylarida yoki badavlat kishilarning maktab yoshidagi qizlari uchun ularning uylarida
tashkil etilgan.

Sadriddin Ayniyning Buxorodagi maktabning o‘z yozuvlariga ko‘ra, ko‘rinishi

quyidagicha bo‘lgan: “Maktab kichik xonadan (hujradan) iborat bo‘lib, uning ikkita eshigi bo‘lib,
bir eshik odatda yopiq edi. Ikkinchi eshik yog'ochdan yasalgan bo'lib, uning uzunligi uch kalibrli
va eni yarim kalibrli. Bu darchaning oldida domla (maktab mudiri) o‘tiradigan joy bor. Ayvonlar
parda bilan qoplangan (deraza qog'oz bilan qoplangan), qor va yomg'irdan himoya qilish uchun
qog'ozga zig'ir moyi surtilgan. Shuningdek, maktab derazasidan sinfga yorug‘lik tushmagan. Har
ikki tomonda bir-biriga qarama-qarshi ochilgan ikkita teshik bo'lsa ham, kamera shifti devor
shiftiga yaqinlashgan bo'lsa ham, ulardan kiruvchi yorug'lik pastga tushmasdan, kamera
devorlarida qoladi. Bu xonaning kengligi o‘n olti gaz murabba (kvadrat) bo‘lib, unda bir-birining
ustiga to‘rtta sinch qo‘yilgan va shu bilan xona to‘qqiz qismga bo‘lingan, xuddi maktab xonasining
ichida to‘qqiz nafar o‘quvchi bor ekan. adavlat kishilarning maktab yoshidagi qizlari uchun
ularning uylarida tashkil etilgan.

Buxoro amirligida ayollari liboslarining tashqi koʻrinishi boshqa hududlarga qaraganda

koʻproq shariat meʼyorlari bilan belgilangan. Unga koʻra, libos tana tuzilishini yaqqol namoyon
etishi kerak emas edi. Ayollar-barang shoyidan keng liboslari, turfa rangli roʻmollari, zargarlik
buyumlari bilan yorqin taassurot qoldirgan. Aslzoda ayollar va amirning xotinlari libosi zardoʻzi
kashta bilan bejirim bezatilar edi. Buxorolik ayollar yorqin rangli matolardan foydalanish,
qimmatbaho buyumlar bilan zeb berishni, qoshini boʻyash va koʻziga surma tortishni, yuzni
oqartirish va qizartirishni xush koʻrgan. A. Borns Buxoroda ayollar tishlarini qora boʻyoq bilan
boʻyashi, sochini oʻrib, kokillarini yelkaga tashlab yurishini qayd etgan.

Kaltapushak va telpak — nafaqat chiroyli, balki XIX asr oxiridagi ayollar javonining

ramziy buyumlari ham sanalardi. Ushbu bosh kiyimlari orqali Buxoro shahri ayollarining boyligini
aniqlash mumkin edi.

Qunduz mo‘yna tasmali telpak noyob sanalgan. Uning baland va uchli yoki

yumaloq yuqori qismi rangli barqutdan ishlangan bo‘lib, ayol qiyofasiga nafosat va latofat
bag‘ishlar edi. Zamindo‘zi texnikasida zarhal ip bilan islimiy naqshlar tushirilgan bu kabi bosh
kiyimlari haqiqiy sanʼat asarlariga aylanar edi. Har bir detal, har bir naqsh faqatgina egasining
maqomini ko‘rsatibgina qolmay, uning shaxsiy uslubini ham namoyon qilardi. Kaltapushak esa
nisbatan oddiyroq, ammo ahamiyatli bosh kiyimlardan hisoblangan. Bu bosh kiyimi baʼzan
maxsus qo‘ng‘iroqli bo‘lar, baʼzan esa undan xoli bo‘lib, yoshlik va beg‘uborlik ramzi sanalgan.

Kaltapushak ham ko‘pincha yoqimli naqshlar va bezaklar bilan bezatilgan bo‘lib, uning

jozibasini yana-da oshirgan. U anʼanaviy kiyimning muhim qismi bo‘lib, turli bayram va
marosimlarda ishlatilgan. Ikki bosh kiyimi ham nafaqat sovuqdan himoya qilish vazifasini o‘tagan,
balki o‘ziga xos madaniy xususiyatlar va o‘sha davr anʼanalarini anglatgan. Ular zamonaviy
dizaynerlar va sanʼat ixlosmandlarini ilhomlantirayotgan merosning muhim qismi hisoblanadi.

Buxoro amirining haramida faqat musulmon ayol xotin bo'lishi mumkin edi. Boshqa millat

vakilalari esa haramda kanizaklik qila olishardi. Ularning aksariyati ozod qiz-juvonlar
hisoblangan. Kanizaklikka qadar Buxoro amirligi hududida yashagan. Kanizak sifatida qizlarni 13
yoshdan haramga olish uchun izn berilgan. Haramga tushishning o’zi esa qizlar uchun shon-sharaf
hisoblanardi. Amir uchun eng go’zal qizni topish katta haram og’a va boshqa yaqin ayyonlar
zimmasida bo’lgan. Aynan ular go’zal deb topilgan qizning ota-onasi bilan kelishgan,
savdolashgan. Albatta, ota-onalar so’zsiz rozi bo’lishgan. Chunki amir haramiga qizini topshirish
faqat sharaf bo’lib qolmasdan, amirga qarshi borish qaltis ekani ham ayon edi. Haramda rosmana
qul qizlar ham bor edi. Ularni o’zga yurtlarni bosib olgach, kishanlagan holda Buxoroga olib
kelishardi. Ular ham o’zga millat, din vakilalari hisoblanishgan. Faqat haramdagi ozod
kanizaklardan huquqlari cheklangani bilan farqlanishardi. Unday qizlarni qul bozorlarda,
karvonsaroylarda sotishardi. Boyvachchalar ham qul bozorlaridan o’zlari uchun go’zal qizlarni
sotib olishi mumkin edi. Faqat ularning o’zi bozorga kelmasdi. Boyvachchaning o’rniga qo’lida
ishlaydigan tabiblar va boshqa yaqinlari kelib qul qizning salomatligini obdon tekshirgach, sotib
olardi. Qul bozorda yosh qizlar turmush ko’rganlarga nisbatan ikki barobar qimmatroq sotilardi.

Amir saroyiga olib kelingan qul kanizaklar umuman huquqqa ega emasdi. Ular asosan

amirning xotinlariga xizmat qilardi. Amirga biror xotini yoki kanizagi yoqmay qolsa, u bilan
ajrashish imkoniga ega edi. Amir ajrashgan xotin yoki kanizakni «iste’fodagi xotin» deb atashardi.

Ularni amir hurmat qiladigan biror ayyonga uzatishardi. Unday ayyonning esa amir

ajrashgan xotin, kanizakka uylanishi bilan lavozimi oshirilar, katta boylikka ham ega bo’lardi.
Kanizaklar ham, xotinlar ham amirlik saroyida yashagan. Faqat amirning xotinlari birinchi,
kanizaklar ikkinchi qavatda yashardi. Hech narsadan kamlik ko’rishmasdi. Faqat erkinlik
chegaralab qo’yilgandi xolos. Haramni amirning onasi boshqargan. Uning ruxsatisiz na xotinlar,
na kanizaklar saroydan chiqa olgan. So’roqsiz faqat saroydagi bog’ga chiqib aylanishi mumkin
edi. Shunda ham albatta hijobda bo’lishlari, yuzlarini ot yungidan tayyorlangan maxsus to’r bilan
to’sib olishlari talab etilardi. Faqat shuni aytib o’tish kerakki, ot yungidan tayyorlangan to’r taqib
yurishning o’zi mushkul edi. Taqqan odam nafas olishga qiynalar, quyosh nuri deyarli tushmasdi.

Shuning uchun amirning xotinlari ko’pincha organizmida D vitamini yetishmasligidan

qiynalardi. Haramga begona ayollardan faqat savdogar ayollar kira olardi. Ularning aksariyati
juhud ayollar bo’lgan. Amirning xotini va kanizaklari saroydagi begona erkak bilan gaplashsa,
o’rtada qora to’siq turishi, yuzlari to’silgan bo’lishi shart edi. Haramga musiqachi, muallim,
xonanda erkaklar ham tez-tez tashrif buyurardi. Ammo amir farmoniga ko’ra bu kasb egalarining
faqat so’qirlarigina taklif etilardi. Biror begona erkak amirning xotini yo kanizagini ko’rmasligi
shart edi. Agar shunday hodisa sodir bo’lsa, ayol ham, erkak ham qatl etilardi. Cheklangan, yopiq
tarzdagi hayot kechirishlariga qaramay, haramdagi kanizaklar, amirning xotinlari eriga, xojasiga
yoqish uchun kun bo’yi o’ziga oro berar, ayrimlari esa bu ishni zerikib o’lmaslik uchun qilardi.

O'rta Osiyo xalqlari hayoti, ayniqsa, oilalar yoki ularning shakllanishida bog‘langan to‘y,

marosim va urf-odatlar, ularning milliy qadriyatlariga mos. Buxoro vohasi azaldan o‘ziga xos
an’analar asosida yashayotgan xalqlar maskani bo‘lib kelgan. Bu borada Buxorodagi to‘ylar tilga
olinadi. Shunday qilib, to'y - bu bir qator qadimiy urf-odat va an'analarni o'z ichiga olgan
marosimdir. Yosh yigit va qizning nikohi bilan bog'liq. Shuningdek, dunyoviy mamlakatlarda
nikoh - bu muayyan hujjatlarga asoslangan shartnoma.

Bunga alohida yondashuv bor edi. Mangʻitlar sulolasining soʻnggi vakillari davrida Buxoro

amirligidagi nikoh davomida mangʻitlar hukmronligi, oilaviy munosabatlar islom huquqi
tamoyillari asosida edi. Shariat va boshqa islom davlatlaridan deyarli farq qilmas edi. Nikoh
alohida bir qancha marosimlarni o'z ichiga olgan marosim. Har biri bu marosimlar, albatta, alohida
belgi va bor. Oʻzbeklar va tojiklarning tinch-totuv yashashi nomlanishida ham Buxoro vohasi o‘z
aksini topgan marosimlar. Ular orasida “sindirish” marosimlari bor non” (“non shikanon”),
“shirinixuri”, “oqliq” (“safedi”), “ro‘mol berdi” (ro‘mol tarqatish). Garchi to‘y biz uchun to‘ydek
tuyulsa-da, shunday aslida beshta to'y. Chunki "Non shikanon", “Fotiha”, “Nikoh”, “Ruy binon”
(“Yuz ochildi”) va “Domod talabon” (“Kuyov chaqirdi”) har biri alohida nikoh marosimi.

Har biriga qisqacha tushuntirish berish e'tiborga loyiqdir bu marosimlardan. Nikoh

marosimi birinchi navbatda boshlanadi.Odatda shaharlarda, o'g'il bolalarniki onasi, xolasi yoki
xolalaridan biri yoki boshqa ayol tashrif buyurgan.

XIX asr oxiri va XX asr boshlarida, ko'p hollarda qizning roziligi olinmagan va u turmush

qurishga roziligi haqida fikrini so'ramagan. Bu bor ba'zi mutaassib otalar tomonidan o'z qizlarini
sotishga ham sabab bo'lgan. Shuni ta'kidlash kerakki, bu, albatta, o'tgan sahifalarimizdagi qayg'uli
holat. Bunday marosimlardan so'ng, to'y sanasi belgilanadi, olinadi. To'y marosimlarning eng
kattasi hisoblangan hamma qarindoshlar, do'stlar, qo'shnilar va tanishlar kelin-kuyov yig‘ilib, katta
ziyofat uyushtirishadi. Shundan so‘ng bir-biriga begona bo‘lgan ikki tomon, nikoh
munosabatlariga kirgan. “Ro’y binon” yoki (“Yuz ochdi”) marosimiga ko'ra, marosim to'yning
ertasiga yangi kelin birinchi bo'lib, qaynotasi bilan salomlashadi. Bu marosim ham bo'lishi
mumkin boshqa keksa qarindoshlarida amalga oshiriladi. Ular kelinga sovg'alar berib, yaxshi
niyatlar bilan duo qildilar. Ro'y binon marosimida barcha kelinning qarindoshlari o'z sovg'alarini
taqdim etishadi.

Xulosa qilib aytganda, XIX asr oxiri va XX asr boshlarida Buxoro amirligida mang’itlar

hukumronligi davrida oila va oilaviy munosabatlar Islom va shariat hukumronligiga asoslangan.

Ayollarning amirlig davrida ta’lim olishi uchun maxsus maktab va madrasalar ochiladi.
Amirlik davrida ayollarning oʻrni asosan an'anaviy islomiy qadriyatlar asosida

shakllangan. An'analar va ming yillar davomida shakllangan marosimlar ham bo'lgan odamlar
hayotining ajralmas qismi. Har bir marosim ko‘plab timsollar, ma’nolar, ezgu intilishlarni o‘zida
mujassam etgan va harakatlar. Shuning uchun bu marosimlar avloddan avlodga shu kungacha
yetib kelgan.
