THE CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE RIGHT OF CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN TO FREEDOM OF LABOR

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the constitutional foundations of the right of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to freedom of labor. Labor freedom is recognized as one of the fundamental constitutional rights of individuals, and the study highlights its legal guarantees, mechanisms for practical implementation, and consistency with the Labor Code and other normative legal acts. In addition, the legal responsibilities and practical roles of state authorities, employers, and citizens in ensuring labor freedom are examined. The research findings have significant theoretical and practical relevance for the development of labor law, protection of human rights, and promotion of social justice.
