This article explores the lexico-semantic field of positive and negative emotions within video-verbal discourse, focusing on a comparative analysis of English and Uzbek TV series. Through a detailed examination of lexical and semantic features, the study reveals how different cultures express emotions in multimedia contexts. By analyzing a corpus of TV series, the article highlights both universal and culturally specific ways of expressing emotions in English and Uzbek, reflecting individualistic versus collectivist societal values. The findings contribute to the understanding of how emotional language functions in media and opens new pathways for future cross-cultural studies of emotion.

Interactive games have emerged as a transformative tool in the realm of education, offering an engaging, dynamic, and immersive approach to language learning. This thesis explores the role of interactive games in improving speaking skills, particularly among English language learners (ELLs). With communication being a critical component of language acquisition, interactive games present unique opportunities for learners to practice speaking in low-pressure environments, encourage active participation, and develop fluency through authentic language use. This study examines various types of interactive games, their impact on speaking proficiency, and how they address challenges such as anxiety, motivation, and the need for real-time feedback.

In the world, special attention is being paid to scientific research aimed at identifying changes in the general blood analysis in liver cirrhosis of viral etiology, as well as the characteristics of cytopenic syndrome and improving measures to develop these changes. In this regard, the study of the etiological factors of liver cirrhosis, that is, the study of the molecular genetic characteristics of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV), the identification of the pathogenetic development of the disease in patients with liver cirrhosis, the assessment of the level of features of cytopenic syndrome in these patients and their study of various stages of liver diseases and their relationship with etiology, early diagnosis of these changes and improvement of treatment requires implementation of a number of tasks, and conducting research in this direction is of particular importance.

The rapid growth of digital communication has influenced language use, particularly in how grammar is applied in informal written contexts. This study examines the grammatical changes in English caused by the proliferation of digital platforms, such as texting, social media, and online messaging. Using data from the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) and the Cambridge English Corpus (CEC), the research analyzes shifts in sentence structure, word order, and abbreviations in digital communication compared to traditional written forms. The findings reveal that while digital communication has led to more fragmented, informal, and concise language use, many core grammatical rules remain intact. These changes reflect the need for efficiency and immediacy in online communication, with implications for both language teaching and future grammatical norms.

The thesis presents a clinical case of successful conservative treatment of a premature newborn with simultaneously developed chylothorax, chylopericardium and chyloperitoneum. The nature of the effusion is confirmed by biochemical studies and the predominance of lymphocytes. Intensive care included long-term parenteral nutrition, octreotide with increasing doses, artificial ventilation and fasting.

The purpose of this article is to assert the syntactic and semantic characteristics of comparison in English and Uzbek. Comparative Typology, which dealt with comparing language units and languages that did not have a common root language, was crucial in the emergence and development of this field. The development of Comparative Typology was further aided by the comparison of minor structural languages.

The study aims to develop and implement comprehensive measures to reduce the risk of diabetes among vulnerable groups of the population. Increasing the incidence of diabetes requires the creation of effective prevention programs that take into account the characteristics of vulnerable groups, including the elderly, overweight people and people with hereditary predispositions. The paper suggests measures aimed at increasing the availability of information, regular screening, and the use of digital technologies for health monitoring. The results demonstrate that such approaches contribute to reducing the risk of diabetes and increasing public awareness.

In the spring - autumn of 2023, yearlings of common carp were grown in floating cages in the Tuyabuguz reservoir in Uzbekistan, fed with balanced high-protein feeds Aller Aqua, which caused rapid growth of carp and rapid maturation. Already in winter, 2-summerlings of both sexes reached their first sexual maturation with a standard body length of 41 - 46 cm (in pond fish hatcheries, carp reaches sexual maturation at the age of 3). Absolute fecundity in January was 1072.8 - 3008.4 (on average 1773.2) thousand eggs.

В работе представлены результаты исследования по разработке технологических параметров получения смесовой пряжи из хлопковых волокон и вторичных отходов натурального шелка. Приведены оценки качества смеси и методов смешивание существующих нескольких способов, подробно описанных в технических литературах, а также физико-механические и технологические показатели получаемой новой смесовой пряжи. Также приведены показатели, используя метод математической статистики, которые А.Г.Севостьянов разработал метод составления волокнистых смесей.
