Недавно представители ООН опубликовали достаточно оптимистичный прогноз, касающийся роста численности населения на планете, выводом которого стало постановление о том, что население постоянно будет возрастать. Согласно последним данным как ожидается, к 2050 году численность населения мира увеличится на 2 миллиарда человек — с 7,7 миллиарда до 9,7 миллиарда, а к концу столетия, несмотря на продолжающееся снижение уровня рождаемости, достигнет пиковой отметки — почти 11 миллиардов человек. Согласно прогнозам, в течение этого периода все больше людей по всему миру будут выбирать в качестве места проживания города, и число детей в возрасте до 5 лет будет уступать числу лиц в возрасте 65 лет и старше.

Monitoring the use of agricultural land is a time consuming and it it is a process which needs amount of money. For that reason, now one of its modern technologies is the use of unmanned aerial vihicles to control and monitor the planted agricultural lands. For that point of view, in this context the article hasdeveloped recommendations on the benefits of using unmanned aerial vihicles in order to monitor complete crop rotation and to regularly monitor crop conditions

Maqolada o‘rmon fondi yerlarini kadastr baholash metodologiyasini takomillashtirish va tamoyillarini o‘zgartirish zarurligi asoslab berilgan, shu asosda kelgusida ushbu yerlardan foydalanganlik uchun ijara haqi belgilanadi. O'rmon fondi yerlarining kadastr qiymatini ularning infratuzilmasining rivojlanish darajasini hisobga olgan holda aniqlash metodologiyasi keltirilgan. O‘rmon fondi yerlarining infratuzilmasi ko‘rib chiqilib, geoaxborot modellashtirish yordamida bunday infratuzilmani baholash algoritmi ko‘rsatilgan. In the global aspect, problems associated with irrigation and land reclamation are being studied globally, especially in regions with arid and semiarid zones. Agriculture is based on irrigated agriculture in the arid and semiarid regions (Uzbekistan, Central Asian countries). There are many problems such as poor soil conditions and land quality, salinization and pollution of irrigated soils, groundwater and water sources. All these problems negatively affect the ecological environment, and one of the reasons for their appearance is the improper water management of irrigation systems. Soil salinization is considered from two sides, the first as a process that appeared for natural reasons and conditions. The second one is the intervention of people in the irrigation process. The highest salinity occurs when people intervene in the ecosystem. The biggest problem in Central Asia is the Aral Sea disaster, the depletion of its water resources. The consequences of this disaster were salinization in irrigated agriculture. This problem is common in Central Asia for over 8 thousand years.

The article presents the need for reclamation of disturbed lands and the role of land management in the implementation of this measure.

The article identifies the impact of anthropogenic factors on the example of Ahangaran district of Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the mountain and foothill areas. In Ahangaron district of Tashkent region, the total area of pastures is 84,725 hectares, which 18,115 hectares (21%) of total area are degraded to varying degrees. It is provided a number of scientific and practical suggestions and recommendations for the improvement, restoration and efficient use of pastures.

The article provides information on the density, specific gravity and porosity of irrigated light serozem soils in the Central region – Syrdarya and Samarkand oasis and the Southern region – Surkhandarya valley. The «pile heel» formed in the subsoil of these soils - the compacted layer every 3-4 years, at the end of the growing season – once in the autumn to carry out deep loosening, to improve not only the general physical, water-physical and physicomechanical properties of the soil, rather, it has a more positive effect on plant growth and development.

In the article consideration of the need for more rational use of limited use of land and improve its protection, the role of land management in the implementation of this work.

The article presents the results of an experiment to study the effect of surfactant concentration and type on foam formation in clay suspensions. As a result of the study, it was found that the addition of surfactants to the system leads to an increase in the volume of foam, and the most significant effect is observed when using surfactants of the type OP-10. With an increase in the concentration of surfactants to a specific value (0.3%), a sharp increase in the height of the foam is observed; however, a further increase in the concentration does not have a significant effect on the
amount of the formed foam. The study also showed that the height of the foam in the system with surfactant type OP-10 is higher than in the system with surfactant type GKJ-11, which indicates greater foam adsorption at the liquid-air interface. The study of the surface tension of surfactant solutions showed that the surfactant type OP-10 has more significant properties of the surfactant than the surfactant type GKJ-11. These results may be useful to improve the foaming in slurry drilling fluids using various types and concentrations of surfactants.
