Glutation system in mechanisms of cardioprotection in immobilization stress of male and female rats with high and low-resistance to hypoxic hypoxiaThe effect of various modes of immobilization stress on changes in lipid peroxidation, oxidative modifi-cation of proteins, nitrogen oxide metabolite and glutathione system in high and low resistance to hypoxia (HR and LR) rats with different sexes was investigated. Periodical immobilization causes the development of oxida-tive, carbonic and nitrosative stress in the HR and LR animals, more expressed in males, in the case of a re-sistant strategy for adaptation to stress. At the same time, increases glutathione antioxidant defense in male-rats.

Purpose of work. In the fluid of echinococci parasitizing in humans, the following species of microorganisms were found: Staphylococus aureus, Staphylococus albus, Proteus vulgaris, Bacillis sereus, Escherichia coli, Escherichia freundii, Aerobacterae rogenes, Paracolobactrum coliformi, Enterococus faecium, Ent.liguefaciesvar. Zymogen, Corynobacterium pyogenes, Streptococus uberis, Bruceii amelitensis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Materials and methods of research. Of the 187 samples studied, 112 of them were examined in patients and assigned to the 1st age group, 15-to the 2nd and 32-to the 3rd age group, containing different microflora. The remaining 25 cchinococcal bladders were bactcriologically sterile. Research result. Of the 187 samples examined, the contents of cchinococcal cysts were infected in 112 cases. Of these, 52 bubbles were localized in the lungs; 22 bubbles localized in the lungs had aerobic bacteria, since the bacteria penetrated by airborne droplets, with weak immunity. With a single lesion of the liver alone, we identified 44 cases of infected echinococcal bladder. Bacterial infection depends on the modification of echinococcal bladders. Summary. In echinococcal cysts are also detected pathogenic protozoa, dangerous to the health of patients. Any Echinococcus in the patient's body is a potential focus of purulent infection. -

Practical recommendations on application of the developed biocompatible implant "geprotsel" for the prevention and treatment of disorders of aero - and hemostasis in surgery of the lungsVSU "RPMZ named Akad. V. Vakhidov street" together with NYSAFP Academy of Sciences of Uzbeki-stan developed a new aerial and hemostatic implant "Gabriel" which has passed preclinical testing. The article presents the results of clinical studies of the developed implant. Studies have shown that the use of a biological implant "Geprotsel" has reduced the need for additional single stitching lung tissue to ensure adequate Aero-and hemostasis from 38.2% to 11.4% and multiple strengthening seams from 29.4% to 5.7% (χ2=7,706; Df=2; P=0.021). The introduction of the domestic biological implant into lung surgery allowed to reduce the period to achieve Aero-and hemostasis from 32.8±2.5 to 12.5±1.2 minutes (P<0.001), the total duration of the operation from 135.6±6.1 to 107.2±4.7 minutes (P<0.001), as well as to reduce the duration of pleural drainage from 3.38±0.31 to 2.09±0.06 (P<0.001) and the entire period of hospitalization from 12.1±0.4 to 10.7±0.2 days (P<0.01)

Delivery device for the application of hemostatic implant geprocel in minimum-invasive surgeryDespite the achievement of modern surgery in nowadays, there is no special delivery device for laparo-scopic surgery in the minimally invasive surgery. This kind of device must meet the following characteristics: the ability to dispense a certain amount of powder in the target zone, safety and efficiency at the high pressure in the abdominal cavity. A new delivery device for the use of hemostatic powder Heprocel in minimally invasive surgery was developed by the developers of SI “RSSPMCS named after acad. V.Vakhidov”. The effectiveness of the delivery device was evaluated experimentally on 8 mongrel dogs weighing up to 7.5 kg. The developed de-livery device ensures an uniform distribution of the hemostatic implant Heprocel over the wound surface of the liver. The proposed device is an effective delivery system capable of transport a dosed amount of hemostatic powder to the target bleeding area during manipulations in laparoscopic surgery

Effects of sodium stearate on mineral exchange in the organism of white ratsExperiments were performed under the conditions of a subacute experiment on 28 white male rats weigh-ing 160-180 g, divided into 4 groups. The first group was the control. The following three doses were adminis-tered to the animals of the three following animals daily for 30 days: the 2nd group - 1/50 of LD 50 (200.0 mg / kg), the 3rd - 1/250 of LD 50 (40.0 mg / kg), the 4th, 1/2500 of LD 50 (4.0 mg / kg). The content of trace elements was determined on an atomic adsorption spectrophotometer using standard techniques. As a result of the ex-periment, it was found that the dynamics of changes in the concentration of potassium, sodium and calcium ions in the tissues of experimental animals was multidirectional and depended on the amount of sodium stea-rate in the body of animals. The substance in a dose of 1/50 from LD 50 (200.0 mg / kg) adversely affected the mineral metabolism in the body of experimental rats, as evidenced by a significant increase in calcium against the background of decreasing the amount of potassium and sodium in the kidney and brain tissue, as well as a decrease in calcium and growth of potassium and sodium in the liver tissue. These changes develop as a result of the influence of surfactants and are one of the causes and reflection of dismetabolic phenomena characteris-tic of the cells of the body under the toxic effects of xenobiotics.

For the purpose of early diagnosis of sepsis, the index of spontaneous agglomeration of leukocytes and the index of nuclear segmentation of neutrophils were studied in babies. It was found that in young children with sepsis these indices allow differentiating local infection from the septic process, on the one hand, and on the other hand, using the neutrophil nuclear segmentation index and the spontaneous agglomeration index of leukocytes in babies makes it possible to determine the effectiveness treatment and diagnose the progression of the pathological process. -
In babies with sepsis, there is a change in the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microbiota, manifested by an increase in the feces of oil and propionic acids, which indicates the activation of opportunistic flora and severe anaerobes. The displacement of the aerobic index in the region of sharply negative values and a sharp increase in the ratio of the level of iso-acids and the ratio of isovaleric acid to valeric acid, indicates an increase in the activity of aerobic microflora with proteolytic activity in the lumen of the intestine in patients with sepsis. The increase in agglomeration properties of leukocytes is associated with an increase in the content of butyric acid in the blood of patients with sepsis. -
By the purpose of work was the comparison of clinical efficiency bronchodilatation at children of early age. Carried out analyzing of clinical results at 48 patients. The received results have shown, that at the patients 1st of group (24) applications Salbutamol promoted faster reduction of tachiapnea, improvement of a common condition of the patient, reduction of cyanosis at nose lips triangle and cough, disappearance of bronchobstruction symptoms. Whereas at 2nd group (24) of children receiving euphillin positive dynamic is marked in later terms and in small quantity of the patients. For 2-3 days of treatment the patients with auphilin купирование обструкции it was marked only at 66, 6 % of the patients, at application Salbutamol the complete removal bronchobstruction was marked at 91 % of the patients. Thus, a good transforming of patient and the fast improvement of a clinical status of the patients, prove advantage assignment of Salbutamol of bronchobstruction treatment. -

Immunotoxic and endocrine-disrupting effects of pesticides on offspring in the conditions of their entry through the mother's organismThe aim of the study was to identify the toxic effect of intrauterine and early postnatal exposure to pesticides on the development of the endocrine and immune system of offspring. The experiments were performed on white adult male rats, who respectively received pesticides lambda-cyhalothrin or fipronil during pregnancy and lactation. Progeny from experimental and control animals was studied on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th days after birth using methods of morphology, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry and biochemistry. It has been shown that the toxic effect of pesticide exposure during pregnancy and lactation is manifested in the form of growth retardation and formation of the thymus, lymph nodes, spleen and thyroid glands of offspring. In the mechanism of toxic effect of pesticides on the immune-endocrine system, the leading role is played by the imbalance between proliferation and apoptosis of cells, caused both by direct toxic effects of drugs, both developing hypothyroidism and oxidative stress in mother and offspring. This causes the need for early detection of hypothyroidism and oxidative stress in pregnant women and newborns, followed by their pharmacological correction.

Cytokines mechanisms in a late period of experimental bacterial-immune periodontitis developmentThe article presents the results of research of the cytokine link of immune system in the experimental animals -white rats, which were determined by the level of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in blood serum of the intact animals and on the 30th day for experimental periodontitis development. For that characterised changes of the cytokine mechanism more expressed in a late stage of the experimental bacterial-immune periodontitis. In particular, in the period of chronic inflammatory response, on the 30th day of the study, were increased concentrations of IL-ip and TNF-a, while the IL-10, IL-4 content decreased in these conditions. At that, the ratio of pro- and antiinflammatory cytokines (IL-13 / IL-10) as an important indicator of the immune response was increased. Based on these results, it was proved that the formation of the pathological process in the periodontal complex is accompanied in a result of imbalance in the cytokinogenesis system for the late period of the inflammatory response development, that evidence their leading role in the regulation of the immune-inflammatory response in this modeled pathological process.

Influence of silicone dioxide nano-particles on prooxidic and proapoptotic effects of lead acetateThe established capability of nanoparticles to enhance the transport of chemicals and drugs into cells and through the barriers of the body makes the possibility of potentiating the toxic effects of chemical contami-nants when introducing into the body together with nanoparticles an urgent matter. In neutrophils of blood by means of cytophluorimetric method, the formation of active forms of oxygen was determined using dichloroflu-orescein diacetate, the intensity of apoptosis and necrosis – by the level of cells labeled with annexin V and propidium iodide, and also the number of cells with reduced mitochondrial transmembrane potential was eval-uated. Maximal changes in all indices were verified in the group of animals administered with SiO 2 nanoparti-cles and lead acetate. In this case, the active forms of oxygen output and the level of apoptotic and necrotic al-tered blood neutrophils of animals and the number of cells with decreased mitochondrial transmembrane po-tential increased significantly in the animals administered with nanoparticles and lead acetate compared to the animals administered with the toxicant only. The conclusion has been drawn that silicone dioxide nanoparticles enhance the capability of lead acetate to increase the production of intracellular active forms of oxygen, the level of apoptotic and necrotic altered blood neutrophils, and the number of cells with decreased mitochondrial transmembrane potential

Peculiarities of the processes of lipoperoxidation and energy exchange in rats of different age groups after the poisoning of their sodium by nitrite on the background of intoxication with tobacco smokeThe intoxication of rats with tobacco smoke triggers the activation of free radical processes, in particu-lar lipoperoxidation, which is confirmed by an increase in the content of TBA-active products in the blood se-rum, liver, lungs and myocardium of rats after injury. The use of sodium nitrite as an additional toxicant deep-ens the activity of lipid peroxidation processes, to which older animals are more sensitive. It was noted that in the conditions of poisoning of rats with both toxicants, the activity of succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase in the liver, lungs and myocardium is suppressed, which indicates a decrease in the activity of energy supply processes. The most pronounced decrease in the activity of these enzymes was observed in immature animals 72 hours after sodium nitrite entered the body against a background of 30-day intoxication with tobac-co smoke.

Dynamics of development of adrenaline-calcium heart damage in the male-ratsIt was investigated in the dynamics the development of necrotic and proliferate processes in the adrena-line-calcium models of heart injury in rats. It is accompanied by oxidative, carbonyl, nitrooxidative stress, in-creased oxidative modification of proteins and changes in antioxidant defense. Maximal increase of oxidative modification of protein products observed after 3 days, the nitrite anion – after 3 and 14 days, diene, triene conjugate and Schiff-base – after 7 days, TBA-active products – after 14 days. Antioxidant protection of the heart muscle increases significantly in the development of adrenaline and calcium models of heart damage and its individual links peak at different periods of research: activity of catalase – after 3 days, ceruloplasmin con-centration and peroxidase activity of blood – after 14 days, superoxide dismutase activity – after 21 days. The values of the glutathione system in all periods of the study are decreased

Evolution of bronchitis in young patients from the point of view of instrumental and bacterial examination methodsWe examined 128 patients with the age from 18 to 35 years. 20 individuals without preexisting lower respiratory tract diseases were chosen for comparison as a seperate group. They were clinically and endoscop-ically dignosed with a foreign body of the respiratory tract and underwent bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage for bacteriological analysis. 108 patients were diagnosed with recurrent bronchitis (ICD-10 J.40). These patients were further divided into 3 groups. We also performed the additional bacteriologic analysis of feces in order to determine the relationship between changes in the bronchial microbiocenosis under the influ-ence of the antibiotic therapy in comparison with the changes in the intestinal biocenosis. 80% of patients from the group III (no lactobacilli bacteria and bifidobacteria), who received antibiotics, demonstrated chages in bronchial microbiocenosis, which were statistically different (р 0,05) from the parameters of the microbioce-nosis in the group I (control), where antibiotics were administered in 47,5%. In the patients from the group II, where antibiotic therapy was used in 72,2% of patients, either lacto- or bifidobacteria were found. However these changes were not significantly different (p0,06) from the parameters of the group I, which may indicate the incompleteness of negative changes in the bronchial microbiocenosis. Based on the acquired data we found lactobacilli bacteria and bifidobacteria in bronchoalveolar lavage in 100% of examined individuals, who had no prior lower respiratory tract diseases

Morphology of the solid phase of biological liquids as method of diagnostics in medicineLaboratory diagnostic methods are of particular importance in scientific research and medical practice in conducting comparative diagnostics and facilitating the diagnosis. Contracture remodelling of lower limbs sceletal muscles among rats of before reproductive and reproductive age under conditions of experimental hyperuricemiaIn the experiment with white rats of before reproductive and reproductive age there were studied the features of lower limbs skeletal muscles remodeling under conditions of experimental hyperuricemia. It was defined that contracture remodeling during all terms of experiment had one-way and progressive character, which we associate with ischemia as the result of structural blood vessels reorganization due to the effect of uric acid. The contracture and cytolysis remodeling of skeletal muscles in conditions of hyperuricemia among animals of before reproductive age can be observed mainly in femoral-popliteal segment as hypertrophic thickening of intima and media, while among animals of reproductive age can be mostly seen in shin group of muscles where hypertrophic type of remodeling combines with inflammation and sclerotic changes - that can be considered the basis of sclerotic alternations in arteries
