In this article, the family relations, system in society and the social condition of the common layer in Abdulla Kadiri's work "Mehrobdan Chayon" are analyzed through the method of sociological analysis of literature. We can see that the writer sometimes follows a certain character according to the requirements of the time and space, and in some cases it is against these laws. In the excerpts from the work, the social and political situation of the society is aimed at delivering to the reader.

ISSUES OF TRANSLATING NATIONAL COLORING WORDS - REALIAS IN THE NOVEL “NAVOI” BY OYBEK
Translation is considered to be almost on the same level as artistic creation in terms of its complexity and difficulty. This article deals with the issues of translating national coloring words and its classification. The practical importance of this study is giving the analysis of realias through the English translation of Uzbek historical novels. Data of the research is collected through qualitative method. Materials are analyzed analytically and comparatively. The object of the paper is English translation of historical novel of Oybek “Navoi” by I.M.Tukhtasinov and O.M.Muminov. The findings of the research show that translating culture words (realia) is one of the challenging tasks for translators. Furthermore, transcription, transliteration and translating through descriptive way are considered the appropriate solution to solve this issue.

TRANSLATIONAL SPECIFICITY OF OXYMORON RENDERING IN ENGLISH-UZBEK LITERARY TRANSLATION
The main objective of this article is to explore the challenges and strategies involved in translating oxymorons from English to Uzbek while maintaining the intended meaning, style, and impact of the original text. Oxymorons are literary devices that use two contradictory terms together to create a unique effect. They are commonly used in English literature to convey complex meanings and emotions. However, translating them into another language can be challenging because the contradictory terms may not have equivalent counterparts in the target language. The objective of this study is to identify the difficulties and specificities of translating oxymorons from English into Uzbek, and to develop effective strategies to overcome them. The study will analyze a variety of English literary texts that contain oxymorons, and their translations into Uzbek, to identify common patterns and challenges. The study will also examine the impact of different translation strategies on the overall meaning and style of the translated text. This will involve analyzing the translations in terms of their accuracy, fluency, and style, as well as their ability to convey the intended meaning and effect of the original text.
