The late complications of the DM are one of the basic reasons of premature physical inability and lethality of the DM patients, which puts essential harm to the health of the population and the economy as a whole (2). Proceeding from it in the foreground the problem of prophylaxis of the given DM complications is put forward.

Xenografts (sheep pericard) were placed into the suprachoroidal space in 44 patients with age-related macular degeneration. Patients were examined before and 6 months following the treatment. Direct revascularization of the chorioidea with the xenograft placed into the suprachorioidal space was effective at all stages of age-related macular degeneration improving visual functions and stabilizing the process. At the scar stage, the operation was a method of choice to treat these patients.

В процессе коррекции ортодонтической патологии с помощью брекет-систем необходимо особое внимание уделять профилактике и лечению воспалительных заболеваний тканей периодонта. Ухудшение гигиены полости рта и повышение микробной активности на начальных этапах лечения способствуют развитию воспалительных заболеваний тканей периодонта. Поэтому помимо мероприятий по коррекции индивидуальной гигиены полости рта и профессионального гигиенического ухода целесообразно проводить адекватную местную антибактериальную терапию. Большинство авторов в таких клинических ситуациях рекомендуют использовать препараты, обладающие антимикробной активностью и стимулирующие естественную местную иммунную защиту слизистой оболочки полости рта.

Task-based learning (TBL) encourages language learners to complete meaningful interactive tasks which, in turn, encourages communication between learners and between the learner and the teacher (Wills and Willis, 2007).
TBL requires learners to use the target language with a specific objective in mind, for example writing a letter, planning a trip to a specific destination or designing a project in a team-based situation (Wills and Willis, 2007).
