Статья посвящена постановке и конкретизации проблемы становления компетентностного подхода к обучению русскому языку в школах с узбекским языком обучения. В статье сопоставлены традиционный подход, который ориентирован на привитие знаний, умений и навыков по русскому языку, и компетентностный подход, который направлен на формирование у учащихся соответствующих компетенций по русскому языку. Совмещение на практике двух различных стратегий обучения русскому языку как неродному происходит из-за широко распространенного среди учителей русского языка заблуждения, согласно которому компетенции отождествляются с суммой знаний, умений и навыков. При этом предлагается следующее разграничение: компетенции – это знания в действии, способность осознанно применять умения и навыки при решении конкретных коммуникативных задач. По итогам исследования констатируется необходимость кардинального изменения педагогического мышления работающих в школах Узбекистана учителей русского языка как неродного.
Под наблюдением находился 21 больной с тяжёлым течением COVID-19. Исследование проводилось в специализированном стационаре для лечения больных коронавирусной инфекцией. При анализе ЭКГ учитывали следующие параметры: продолжительность интервала QT корригированного, дисперсию интервала QT, интервал Tp-Te и отношение TpTe/QT. Установлено, что удлинение показателей реполяризации является предиктором неблагоприятного исхода COVID-19.
В данной статье усовершенствованы содержание обучения, методическое обеспечение, методы повышения активности учебной деятельности студентов по формированию информационной культуры у обучающихся, средства использования педагогических и информационных технологий в процессе обучения. В процессе преподавания «Информационные технологии в образовании» в формировании информационной культуры у студентов, основанной на освещении содержания информации, относящейся к теме, демонстрации в них теоретических и практических знаний и умений, обработке новой информации, самостоятельном реагировании к направлениям, инструкциям, рекомендациям разработаны такие характеристики, как отношение, практическое применение полученных знаний, творческий подход к проблемам. Учащиеся учатся вербализировать информацию, запоминать, восстанавливать ее, усваивать на высоком уровне, читать технические средства, техническую учебную литературу, информационные технологии, проектировать учебный процесс, вопросы и ответы, дискуссию и обсуждение информации, создание условий для совершенствовались навыки самопрезентации, подготовки к самостоятельному получению информации и оценивания их результатов.
