The article analyses the use and influence of electric current on the human body. The electrolytic action is expressed in the decomposition of blood and other organic liquids, causing significant violations of their physic-chemical compositions. The biological effect is manifested in irritation and excitation of the living tissues of the body, which may be accompanied by involuntary convulsive muscle contraction, including the muscles of the heart and lungs.
Daily effects on growing rats with a high external temperature led to phase changes in the activity of alpha-amylase in pancreatic tissue, the severity of which was different in animals receiving a particular diet. The task of the authors was to identify the specific features of the effect of hyperthermia on the activity of pancreatic enzymes.

This present study shows that this approach when administered in Hypertensive patients, they were able to significantly decrease the systolic as well as diastolic blood pressure without any toxic- or side effect. We were able to minimize the dose of antihypertensive modern molecules gradually when these polyherbal formulations were used along with Shirodhara and Heartdhara. With the help of this Ayurveda protocol hypertensive patients can be treated successfully by providing strength to the heart muscles.
While inspecting our medical clinic mortality record, we discovered higher careful mortality in
the long periods of summer season which enlivened us to investigate the effect of blistering
atmosphere in old careful sufferer. Meteorological elements, quiet attributes, careful hazard
factors and other related information were noted. Information was dissected utilizing
student's't' and z-test for factual noteworthiness. Results: There were factually critical
entanglements and delayed emergency clinic remain in bunch II when contrasted with I
(13.21±6.44 Versus 9.81±3.54 days, P esteem =0.01) on univariate examination. High
hazard sufferer had more complexities in blistering climate. Stepwise multivariate relapse
investigation indicated higher unfavorable effect of poor physical and cardiovascular status
than hot atmosphere.
A pre-clinical study of the general toxicity of the medication “Fitin-S” has shown that it is referred to class IV of low toxic compounds. The medication “Fitin-S” does not have aaccumulative and local irritant action. At multiple intramuscular administration to rats and rabbits it does not influence the behavior and the dynamics of animals growth, does not cause a toxic effect on the composition of peripheral blood, kidneys’ and liver’s function as well as on the pathomorphology of animals organs and tissues. There is a slowdown in the process of blood coagulation in rabbits at doses of 16 and 32 mg/kg during the whole study period. In 1 month of a recovery period all the indicators have been changing within physiological norm. All the aforementioned data allows us to make a conclusion that the medication does not cause a toxic effect on the organism of animals.
Zinc deficiency is a major health concern in many developing countries, and rice is a staple food for millions of people worldwide. This study aimed to investigate the effect of zinc biofortification on nutrient concentration in rice grain. Two rice cultivars were grown under zinc-sufficient and zinc-deficient conditions, with and without zinc fertilization. Zinc biofortification significantly increased zinc concentration in rice grain and improved the bioavailability of other micronutrients, such as iron and manganese. However, there was no significant effect of zinc biofortification on the macronutrient concentration of rice grain. These findings suggest that zinc biofortification can be an effective strategy to address micronutrient malnutrition in rice-consuming populations.
Abstract. In ischemic heart disease (CHD), progressive disorders of the hemostasis system are corrected with shorter and longer antiplatelet therapy. However, recent studies have consistently demonstrated the development of up to 25% of all possible side effects and complications of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy.
Purpose of the study: to study the effect and complication of anticoagulant therapy on the state of the gastroduodenal zone in patients with ischemic heart disease.
Material and methods: 146 patients with ischemic heart disease (CHD), were examined, among them there were 12 (8.22%) patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI), 68 (46.57%) with progressive intense angina pectoris (PNS), intense angina pectoris (NS , functional class III-IV) - 66 (45.20%) people. The average age of the patients was 56.3 ± 2.4 years.
Results and its discussion: in the present study, the “ulcerative” history was assessed and whether there was a complication (bleeding, penetration or perforation). Detailing the data of the anamnesis made it possible to establish that the "ulcerative" anamnesis was detected only in 22.60% of cases. In other cases, as the duration of the course of the disease increases and, accordingly, the duration of the use of antiplatelet agents and anticoagulants, there is a directly proportional relationship to the increase in the frequency of gastropathy.
