Nowadays, as the number of cars in the world is growing rapidly, their malfunctions are also increasing and new problems are arising. This article explores these problems, provides new solutions, and shows the reasons for their origin. This article was written as a result of a practical study of local and foreign service centers and car dealerships in our country.
Today Internet has been serving not only to exchange information, but it is a place of offering different services. Hosting service providers can be categorized as one type of online intermediaries, which provide a huge amount of information through their websites. However, they do not know which information is illegal until someone notifies them about illegal content on their website. In another word, hosting service providers should have “actual knowledge” to take action against illegal content. If they do not have actual knowledge, they should not be liable for illegal content, which they host.
This article explains how notice and action procedure works in the EU and shows some main issues of its legal framework. In first section, it analyzes the different ways of interpretation of “actual knowledge” and its horizontal application to all illegal contents. Then it discusses how fast illegal contents should be removed or disabled regarding with different types of illegal contents. Finally, it recommends some future reforms to EU legislation in order to make this procedure more transparent and fair.

Notaries are public officials who play a crucial role in the legal system by attesting to the authenticity of documents and administering oaths. However, their position of trust also comes with certain duties and liabilities, especially in the context of criminal law.One of the primary duties of notaries in criminal law is to verify the identity of the parties involved in the transaction and ensure that they are acting of their own free will. They must also ensure that the documents being notarized are legal and do not violate any laws or regulations. Failure to perform these duties can result in criminal liability for the notary.Notaries may also be held criminally liable for knowingly or recklessly notarizing false or fraudulent documents, or for intentionally falsifying information in a document. In some cases, notaries may be held liable for aiding and abetting criminal activities, such as fraud or money laundering, if they are found to have knowingly assisted in the commission of such crimes.
The standards for the content of enterococci (Str. Faecalis) in the water of water bodies of household and drinking water use at the level of 100 mt have been scientifically substantiated in 1dm3 of water and staphylococci (St. Aureus) - at the level of 500 mt. in 1 dm3 in the water of recreational reservoirs. The presence of these microorganisms in water exceeding the permissible values indicates a restriction or prohibition of further use of the water body. The use of such reservoirs is possible only after their appropriate treatment with disinfectants and control sanitary and bacteriological analyzes of water according to the recommended indicators. To assess the water quality of water bodies according to sanitary and bacteriological indicators, along with the mandatory microbiological tests for the presence of LCP and E. Coli, we also recommend the determination of enterococci and staphylococci in water.

Road traffic accidents (RTAs) are a public health problem worldwide, representing the leading cause of death in the 5-29 age group and the eighth leading cause of death in all age groups. It also accounts for 12% of all deaths on the planet and 20 to 50 million individuals with some kind of sequelae, whether osteoarticular or not. This is a literature review study, in addition to a cross-sectional data collection from 2018 to 2022 from the SUS Hospital Information System (SIH-SUS) by the SUS IT Department (DATASUS) and also by calculating data on the Compulsory Insurance for Personal Injury Caused by Land Vehicles platform. For this reason, public strategies for effective enforcement, strengthening mobility and accessibility policies, improving roads, implementing and improving traffic legislation and investing in safe and sustainable public transportation are necessary.
