Aim of the inquiry: elaboration of effective methods of rationalization of diet for nutrition of studying-educational institutions with usage of biological active additions for food.
Methods of inquiry: hygienic, medical- biological, toxicological, biochemical, chemical and statistical.
The results achieved and their novelty: According to the results of hygienic and toxicological explorations of biological active addition “ Biovit” was selected as the most successful, which made compensation of the deficit of vitamin C, A, B6, B12; folium acid, calcium, magnesium; irreplaceable aminoacids in daily diet of children, who attends kindergardens. It was estimated the increase of biological value of nutritional diet, increase of nitrogen’s balance, secretion of nitrogen, assimilation of the protein and improvement of biochemical index of nitrogenical components of the urine and sufficiency in vitamin C among children. The methodological approach was established to the basis of using biological active additions and estimation their effect in kindergardens.
Practical value: The results of research, which was appvouba by Sanitary rules and norms Republik of Uzbekistan, 2 methodical recommendations, method of avaluation of nutrition’s condition was elaborated and approved for practical health care according to research works;
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the introduction on the Republic level has public cultural, general prophylactic, social and ecological hygienic role in the safety of the health of population.
Sphere of usage: in prophylactic medicine and hygienic practice, in study of medical Universities.

Today, with the development of the construction industry, the demand for cement is also increasing. In increasing the volume of construction, cement is one of the resources available at the price of finished objects is achieved through cost reduction due to the use in the construction of modern high-quality building materials and products with lower energy consumption and with improved characteristics. Of particular importance is the production of effective cements based on industrial waste. On a global scale, special attention is paid to the development of new compositions of cements that increase the fire resistance of building structures and the most important task of research in this direction is the development of compositions based on industrial waste for Portland cement. When developing composite additives and based on them new compositions of highly effective composite Portland cement, in this direction it is necessary to substantiate a number of the following scientific solutions, in particular: development of new methods for the production of effective types of building products based on composite additives; development of new compositions for the production of nanocements with the participation of secondary raw materials; increase of concrete strength indicators on sulfate-resistant cements; optimization of the composition of raw materials in obtaining energy saving clinkers and cements; modernization of production technologies for white and decorative Portland cement; to increase the production of auxiliary cements, the use of alternative sources of active mineral additives and filler additives.
The influence of dannonal on the functional condition of liver has been studied in toxic hepatitis. It was determined that dannonal improved detoxicational function of liver by decreasing activity of cytolitic enzymes ALT and AST, decreasing cholestatic markers - APh and GGT. Dannonal showing hepatoprotective action improves function of liver and do not resign to other hepatoprotector - LIV-52.

One of the vital minerals in the human body is calcium. This mineral takes part in more than 300 biologically active reactions. Medicinal products (PM), including calcium salts, have been used in medicine for many decades. In total, the body of an adult contains about 1000-1500 mg of Ca. In the body, calcium is in two forms - it is ionized (free) and associated with Ca proteins (mainly albumin). A decrease in the concentration of ionized calcium causes signs of hypocalcemia. The main way calcium enters the body is the alimentary route. By consuming milk, dairy products, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, greens, we take the daily intake of calcium. Sources of calcium for children at different stages are different. The intake of calcium to the fetus depends on the saturation of the mother's body with calcium, vitamin D. In the last trimester of pregnancy, the rate of calcium incorporation into the fetal body increases, which means that the state of bone mineralization will also depend on gestational age. After birth, the source of calcium is breast milk, and for formula-fed babies, an adapted milk formula. With breast milk, a child receives up to 300 mg of calcium, and in mixtures, an average of 400 mg of calcium.

On the other hand, the spectroscopy method is studied by exposing light to alkaloids. The chemical composition of alkaloids is studied by ultraviolet light and some reagents.
This article talks about low water requiring cements, which is practiced in scientific laboratories of leading scientific centers and higher educational institutions engaged in the research of mineral binders and materials based on them in the world, reducing the release of carbon dioxide gas into the environment during cement production, the use of local raw materials and industrial waste in cement production, chemical additives and mechanical a lot of scientific and research work is being carried out on the effective use of activation. In this regard, it is important to develop optimal compositions of energy-efficient building materials, low-water demanding binders that allow the economy of Portland cement clinker in cement production, using local raw materials and man-made waste, as well as surfactants, in the scientific research conducted in this regard.
