Objects of research: educational process in the Institute of Pedagogy in the conditions of innovation changes in teaching based on the person-oriented paradigm.
Subject of research: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training as a complex of knowledge, conditions, and methods for realization of technology of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Objective of the work: comprehensive theoretical and practical study of the pedagogical monitoring as a scientific event and development of the system for its implementation in the paradigm of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Methods of research: study and analysis of the literature on the problem; questionnaire design and ranking, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
Obtained results and their novelty: has been developed and introduced: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training in the Pedagogical Institution; designed organizational model of the pedagogical monitorinr system; phenomenon of the pedagogical monitorinr has been considered in the context of the person-oriented educational process paradigm.
Practical significance: have been developed methodical guidelines for pedagogical monitorinr; individual curriculums, diagnostic methodic, and lesson scenarios; have been demonstrated ways, forms and methods of introduction of the pedagogical monitoring during person-oriented educational process in the Pedagogical Institution.
Degree of introduction: research findings have been reflected in 12 publications; basic conclusions and provisions have been discussed at the International, Republican and Inter institutional conferences.
Sphere of application: secondary school of general education, secondary specialized school, vocational schools (colleges and academic lyceums), and higher school.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of humans resources development on employees performance, (2) to determine the effect of information technology on performance, and (3) to determine the effect of job promotion on employee performance of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler Indonesia . This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all employees of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler , totaling 52 people and the sample used is taken from the entire population. The sampling technique used the census sampling method. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the development of human resources had a significant effect on the performance of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler . Partially, information technology has a significant effect on the performance of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler . Partially, promotion has a significant effect on the performance of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler Indonesia .

With the development of computer technology and the deepening of teaching reform, information technology has being used in physical education teaching and training. In order to promote the reform of table tennis teaching, enrich the teaching content and improve the scientific training, this work studied the application of information technology in table tennis teaching. Based on the author's learning and teaching experience, this work first analyzed the relevant meaning of information technology, and then studied the application value of information technology in the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities. Finally, taking virtual reality as a case study, the application of information technology in the teaching method of table tennis in colleges and universities was proposed.

When the term pedagogical language contact is read in a broad sense, the function of a means of communication is performed not only by two independent languages, but also by two dialects within the same language. That is, the speaker-addressee and the listener-addressees are persons belonging to different dialects of the national language. In addition, the pedagogical communication of the pedagogue through literary language or a dialect related to this pedagogical language is also an example of pedagogical language contact in a broad sense.
