The article analyzes the autopsy data of children who died from pneumonia at the age of one year. Of 82 cases, 8.5% were diagnosed with congenital hypoplasia of the thymus, 14.6% had an accidental transformation of grade 3, 56.1% had an accidental transformation of 4-5 degrees, and 20.7% had acquired atrophy of the thymus gland. In morphological examination, the thymus fragments are sharply reduced, wrinkled, the cortical layer is occupied by reticuloepithelial, reticulocyt, fibrocyt and fat cells, coarse fibrous connective tissue.
Injuries to the upper urinary tract occur in 63–84% of shoulder injuries. In terms of the incidence of rotator cuff injuries, it ranks third (16%) after diseases of the spine (23%) and knee joint (19%). In the Samarkand Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics, 66 patients (41 men, 25 women) were operated openly (from 2014 to 2020) with a diagnosis of chronic damage to the tendons of the rotator cuff of the shoulder, combined contracture of the shoulder joint. The average age of the patients was 58 years. In 16 patients (24.2%), the causes of damage to the rotator cuff were injuries of various mechanisms, and in 50 patients (75.8%). Excellent results were obtained in 38 patients (57.5%). A good result was obtained in 25 patients (37.8%). An unsatisfactory result was obtained in 3 patients (4.7%)
This scientific article presents the pathomorphological specific changes in viral atypical pneumonia that develop in children with immunodeficiency. Histological examination of lung tissue in 36 patients with atypical pneumonia, carried out by autopsy in April-November 2020 at ROAC RUz. The results of the morphological study showed that, first, there are strong dicirculatory and hemorrhagic changes in the lung tissue, then pathomorphological changes in the pulmonary epithelium, if the process continues for a long time, the development of proliferative inflammation in the lungs. The proliferation of fibroblasts in the bronchi, blood vessels and interstitial tissue.
The lifestyle and works of Kalabadi Bukhari, who lived and worked in Bukhara in the X century, have not yet been studied extensively and systematically. Accordingly, this article focuses on medieval sources, providing accurate and complete information about Kalobodi’s full name, date of birth and death, place of burial, subjects learned, mentors, students, fields of activity and works he created.
In this article there is an attempt to determine a place of this work among other works of the author through comparison of such ones as “Tadzkirat al-Auliya” and “Sharh al-Ta‘arruf”. And, in order to determine the significance of this work “Sharh al-Ta‘arruf” among these two others, certain samples are given from two works of the author “Kashf ul-Mahjoob” and “Al-Risala al-Qushayriyya”.
This article examines the methods of budget financing and their specifics. Their mutual similarities and differences are structured. An independent author's approach to them has been formed, as well as the advantages of result-oriented budgeting have been theoretically and legally assessed.
