Abstract. In ischemic heart disease (CHD), progressive disorders of the hemostasis system are corrected with shorter and longer antiplatelet therapy. However, recent studies have consistently demonstrated the development of up to 25% of all possible side effects and complications of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy.
Purpose of the study: to study the effect and complication of anticoagulant therapy on the state of the gastroduodenal zone in patients with ischemic heart disease.
Material and methods: 146 patients with ischemic heart disease (CHD), were examined, among them there were 12 (8.22%) patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI), 68 (46.57%) with progressive intense angina pectoris (PNS), intense angina pectoris (NS , functional class III-IV) - 66 (45.20%) people. The average age of the patients was 56.3 ± 2.4 years.
Results and its discussion: in the present study, the “ulcerative” history was assessed and whether there was a complication (bleeding, penetration or perforation). Detailing the data of the anamnesis made it possible to establish that the "ulcerative" anamnesis was detected only in 22.60% of cases. In other cases, as the duration of the course of the disease increases and, accordingly, the duration of the use of antiplatelet agents and anticoagulants, there is a directly proportional relationship to the increase in the frequency of gastropathy.
Objects of research: 92 immature rats with term of 30-40 days. 108 patients with asiderotic an anemia: men - 13 (12%), women - 95 (88%); middle age - 39,9 years. The control group was made by 17 healthy persons.
The purpose of work: Increase of efficiency of treatment of patients asiderotic [iron-deficiency] anemia by an induction of synthesis and a metabolism a theme in a liver.
Methods of research: clinical, biochemical, morphological, tool.
The received results and their novelty: Activization of the initial stages of synthesis is established on models alimentary asiderotic [iron-deficiency] anemia in mitochondrial and microsomal-cytosol fractions of a liver a theme, on a background to inhibit its final stage. Correction of a level malonic dialdehyde and activity of enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) is revealed as a result of application of a combination of preparations maltofcr and neosclcn in mitochondrial and microsomal-cytosol fractions of a liver of experimental animals. For the first time we analyse parameters of ions of tri valent, bivalent iron both dif-feritin in mitochondrial and microsomal-cytosol fractions of a liver of experimental animals. The morphological picture of a liver at alimentary iron deficiency is submitted an anemia and correction of the revealed infringements by preparations maltofcr and ncosclcn. For the first time on the big clinico-expcrimcntal material efficiency of application of a combination of preparations maltofer and neoselen is shown.
The practical importance: Application of a combination of preparations maltofer and neoselen on a clinico-experimental material restores activity of enzymes of synthesis and disintegration a theme in hepatocyte’s, improves ferroki-nctic, hematologic parameters and promotes improvement of a functional condition of a liver. The received positive results in clinical researches have found acknowledgement (confirmation) on an experimental material that allows to recommend the given circuit of treatment железодефицитной to an anemia in clinical and outpatient conditions.

Purpose of the study. Study of the activity and topography of enteral enzymes in rats of mixed, non-aggressive and aggressive groups under conditions of immobilization stress.
Material and methods. The experiments were carried out on adult outbred rats weighing 180-200 g. Animals were tested for aggressiveness. Immobilization stress was induced by forced immobilization for 24 hours. The activity of digestive enzymes was determined. Statistical data processing was carried out according to the Student-Fisher method. Results. Depending on the behavioral characteristics of animals, there are variations in the activity and topography of enzymes throughout the small intestine. These parameters are close to each other in rats from the mixed and non-aggressive groups, while in aggressive individuals there is a different picture, sharply different from the two groups described above: the activity of enteral enzymes, except for lactase, is higher and the topography of enzymes is different.
