In the introductory part of the article the author characterizes concept of the term the international private law and its functions. In the basic part of the article the place of the international private law in modern legal system are considered. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion, that the international private law plays a high role in national systems of the right which should be developed on the basis of the international norms.

After independence focused on Uzbekistan, attention began to be paid to Uzbek football at the state level. In each region of our republic, consistent measures were taken to develop football infrastructure, raise the level of teams, and support young talents. In the years of our country's independence, a number of decrees and decisions were adopted in order to further develop the football type of sport and strengthen the legal foundations of the field. According to the implementation of these decrees and decisions, promising changes were made in the football of our country. Special attention was paid to the training of football players, improvement of training systems and ensuring their effectiveness. As a result of this, together with our clubs, our national teams have been taking part in continental and international competitions. In this article, in the years of independence, the creation of regulatory and legal bases for the promotion of football, which has a large number of fans among popular sports in our country, as well as the achievements and results of Uzbek football in this period are analyzed in detail.
The socio-political activity of youth is an indicator of the processes taking place in modern society. Since the young generation is the main mobilization resource of society, which determines the future of the state. This article is devoted to youth policy, international legal documents developed by the UN, the growing relevance of this issue in connection with the deepening of globalization processes and the ensuing dangers and challenges covering all countries, the solutions of which are impossible without the active participation of young people, a question that is always one of the priority tasks of the international community and in particular the UN. The international legal documents regulating the youth sphere are considered, since this issue has been an object of state policy in more than 130 countries of the world since the middle of the 20th century. In the way in which the state organizes its youth policy, two models stand out - European and Anglo-Saxon. The European model is based on the leading role of the state in the field of youth policy. This model also clearly defines priorities, goals, objectives and expected results. The Anglo-Saxon model is characterized by an approach to support exclusively voluntary activity and youth organizations without the systematic participation of government bodies in the implementation of youth policy. The article analyzes the experience of youth policy in Japan and Uzbekistan, notes the similarities and features of approaches to solving problems and problems of this topic. It is noted that the socio-political system of Japan, unlike most developed countries of the world, for decades allows the government of this country to avoid major social upheavals and crises of social institutions. This, in turn, proves the effectiveness of government measures aimed at solving youth problems in Japanese society. Japan’s policy in this area has its own specifics, based on a combination of traditional preventive measures with innovative ones, which allows us to consider about its universality. The article comprehensively surveys the new course taken by Uzbekistan to increase the role of youth in the socio-political life of society. In this regard, emphasis is placed on the comprehensive support of youth initiatives, both from the state and from youth organizations. Based on this, it can be argued that an open dialogue with youth has become a strategic direction at a new stage in the development of Uzbekistan. In this strategy, a key place is given to increasing the social activity of youth, their involvement in the processes of formation of a modern, democratic state.
This article is devoted to some features of the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China on ensuring the stability of social and political processes in the states of Central Asia and promoting economic prosperity of the region. In particular, the essence of the Belt and Road Initiative, aimed at the consistent development of constructive, good-neighborly relations between China and the Central Asian states, as well as raising them to a new level by increasing the region’s potential, is revealed.
The article is dedicated to some contemporary methods of studying political situations and processes such as content analysis, event research, cognitive mapping. Considering these methods, the author demonstrates strong and weak aspects of using them in scientific practice.
This article analyzes the priority directions of social development at the present stage based on proposals, initiatives and conceptual ideas put forward in the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Oliy Majlis in 2018. As noted in the article, the Strategy of Action on the five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017–2021 contributes to the improvement of the strategic framework to ensure the vital needs and legitimate interests of the population and strengthen the foundations of a decent and comfortable life. In this regard, as noted in the article, the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Oliy Majlis on December 28, 2018, and the fact that 2019 was proclaimed the “Year of Active Investments and Social Development” became the logical continuation of the years of “Dialogue with the people and human interests”, “Support for active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technologies” in the country. It indicates that in the third stage of the reform strategy, the importance of social development as a priority of state policy increases. According to the author, increasing the economic potential of the country by attracting investment will inevitably lead to the development of social spheres. The article focuses on the development of the social sphere. The author reveals the essence of the concept of “social development”. As noted, “social development” is a change that contributes to the emergence of new social relations, institutions, norms and values in society. In this regard, features and criteria of social development are shown. The article outlines the main tasks for the further development of the social sphere in 2019, as defined in the Presidential Address. In particular, comments were given to initiatives and conceptual ideas for further improvement of science, modern and continuing education, further strengthening of state social support for young people, and the development of a national idea. The article widely describes the concept of “investment in human capital” and the article notes that investments in human capital include expenditures on health care, general and special education, employment, vocational training, raising children and others. The effectiveness of such investments is reflected in the pace of development of society in all areas. The article shows how the issues of modern education and upbringing of young people and their social support are important in the social development of the country. The article analyzes important practical steps taken to ensure that the sphere of education and training directly serves further human improvement.
