To examine the relationship between the oral health behavior and perfectionism. Behavioral, socio-economic and clinical data were collected through questioning and clinical examination. Perfectionism was assessed using N. G. Garanyan and A. B. Kholmogorova Perfectionism questionnaire. Patients had low level of oral health knowledge. Patients who are striving for ideal, exemplary behavior, themselves, will lowly assess the health of the gums. Striving for their “inner ideal”, direct all their strength and attention to work, study or any other activity, and pay less attention to health, less watch for the condition of the teeth, compared to patients who have low scores on perfectionism.
Objects of researches were the professional sportsmen who are training in the sportcomplexes of Tashkent, experimental animals. A subject of researches: optimisation of a nutrition of professional sportsmen and protection of their health at the strengthened physical, mental and thermal influence.
The work purpose: development of scientific bases of a balanced diet of professional sportsmen in the conditions of the republic Uzbekistan.
Research methods: hygienic, medical and biologic, biochemical, chemical, statistical methods of researches and questioning are used.
The received results and their novelty: are defined requirements for the basic food substances and energy of professional sportsmen RUz depending on professional skill, puberty groups, kinds of sports, climatic conditions and national features of a food defined which have not been defined earlier. Factors of physical activity (FFA) for separate kinds of activity of sportsmen are established. Power expenses of sportsmen by sports kinds, features and professional skill on the basis of daily average timing are revealed. Features of a condition of an actual food and a drinking mode of members Olympic and the national teams of Uzbekistan connected with national habits in a food and a hot climate are studied. Are revealed additional necessity to the basic food of ways of correction micronutrient structure of food in the conditions of high physical and mental loading. Have been developed toxicological passports of BAS for sportsmen. Has been estimated efficiency of actions for rationalisation of a food of professional sportsmen.
Practical value of the work. National daily average norms of a food for professional sportsmen by all kinds of sports with the account of puberty features and level of professional skill confirmed MH RUz (SanPi Ni are developed and confirmed: № 0126-01; № 0140-03; № 0139-03).
Degree of introduction and their economic value: results of researches are introduced in GDSES MH RUz, in Committee on physical training and sports RUz and are used at catering services by national teams on wrestling kurash, to free-style wrestling, boxing, weightlifting, swimming, other kinds sports, and also in sports colleges of the republic.

This monograph contains the results of the implementation, within the framework of experimental training, of the methodology developed by the author in the process of studying the issue of linguodidactic features of consecutive two-way interpretation. The monograph describes the prerequisites for the study, options for interpreting the term "interpretation", as well as some psycholinguistic features and characteristics of the mechanisms of consecutive interpretation activity. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the fundamental changes taking place in various areas of our society have led to the need to improve the quality of professional training of qualified specialists - namely, competent consecutive interpreters. The purpose of the monograph is to show the effectiveness of the developed methodology by describing the results of experimental testing of students of senior (3-4) courses at translation faculties of language universities. Particular attention is paid to mathematical analysis and calculation of results. Theoretical methods used are as follows: the study and analysis of pedagogical, psychological psycholinguistic literature, literature on the issues of speech, creative and cognitive activity, literature on the theory and practice of translation, analysis of the content of teaching consecutive translation at the senior courses of a language university; empirical - observation of the educational process at the Faculty of Translation; student testing; questioning of teachers and students; conducting a teaching experiment, systematization and generalization of experimental data, their interpretation. The results of the study are that, to some extent, the specifics of consecutive two-way interpretation are disclosed, the mechanisms of memory work in the process of translation are described, the results of using the method of teaching consecutive interpretation developed by the author in conditions close to real by using it in teaching senior students (3- 4) at language universities. The author's view on teaching consecutive interpretation will be of interest to specialists both in the field of translation studies and in the field of methodology.

This article is devoted to the application of new teaching methods in medical universities in the context of distance learning. The events of 2019 - 2020 related to the COVID-19 pandemic turned out to be not only a test for the economy of our country and its healthcare system, but also a kind of stress test for the education system. The system of higher medical education is no exception, which, in comparison with universities in other areas, faced additional difficulties. The quarantine conditions necessary to preserve the health and life of the population touched and could not but affect the medical education system. Spring semester of 2020 from March 18, in connection with measures to prevent the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), training at universities in Uzbekistan was transferred to a distance format. During this period, a voluntary anonymous survey of 170 students was conducted. The distance form of the educational process is based on the principle of independent learning, in which students are distant from the teacher both in space and in time. At the same time, students have a constant opportunity to maintain constant information contact with teachers using modern Internet technologies. New forms of education are in demand at this time, as they form an extraordinary and effective approach to teaching in the subject of pharmacology. From the results of the survey it follows that the attitude to the possible use of elements of the distance learning system increases the independent training of students in pharmacology by 60 -70%. Distance learning in medical universities can be used as an alternative to traditional education in a pandemic.

The aim of this study was to study the interaction of red blood cells and the parameters of the immune system in adolescent athletes. Questioning and interviewing of 125 young athletes at the age of 11 - 17 years of the city of Samarkand was carried out. Among them there were 81 boys (65.1%), 44 girls (34.9%). In all study groups, there was a tendency to a decrease in the level of immunoglobulin G when comparing two study groups: incubation with saline and a sorbent immobilized with heparin. The obtained research results indicate the undoubted contribution of the components of the complement system to the pathogenesis of immunocomplex inflammation. The study of the activity of the classical complement pathway showed significant changes in the studied blood parameters.

The aim of the research: The periodical law of physics and the proof of the physical education according ot the law.
Methods of the research: To analyze literature regarding the research; to observe teaching process, conversation with the teacher and a pupil, to observe professional expricnce of school teachers, to prepare questionnaires, to conduct, to work out and analyse statistically the pedagogical experiment.
Scientific novelty of the research: Considering the periodic education law as a separate subject, the periods of physical education were methodically characterised, the diffcrcnciation was analyzed, the practical outcome of physical pcriodisation was reflected and the technology of governing physical education periodically at secondary schools and learning teaching materials were thoroughly established.
Practical importance of the research: the periodic technology of teaching physics which is the result of the research - can be widely used in teaching physics at secondary schools; in creation of teaching material; in working out new forms of independent and distance learning and in teachers’ training system. It can also be used in teaching other subjects at secondary schools and in other stages of education.
Efficiency and the implementation of the project: More than 30 articles, brochures and a monography were published on this dissertation. The results of the research were discussed and analyzed in the scientific conferences in foreign and local teachers and professors conferences and meetings at Bukhara State University and in another educational establishments. The degree of implementation: The results of the research can be used in teaching physics at secondary schools, in teachers training system, in the creation of text-books and other teaching materials and in condiction research works connected to this matter.
Соматический статус, культура жизни и уровень гигиенических знаний беременной женщины влияют на физиологическое формирование зубочелюстной системы ребѐнка. Своевременная санация, профилактика стоматологических заболеваний и санитарная просвещѐнность будущих мам является неотъемлемой частью антенатальной профилактики кариозной болезни у детей раннего возраста. С целью анализа уровня гигиенических знаний будущих матерей и оптимизации профилактики стоматологических заболеваний среди детского населения проведено стоматологическое обследование и анкетирование беременных женщин.
В статье рассматривается вопрос определения роли цифровой компетентности в процессе цифровой трансформации образования в Казахстане, освещена проблема формирования цифровых компетенций будущего педагога. программы Google Forms. В исследованиях цифровых компетенций педагогов можно выделить ряд научных подходов. В работе дан научный подход к вопросу оценки цифровой компетентности. В статье рассматривается вопрос определения роли цифровой компетентности в процессе цифровой трансформации образования в Казахстане, освещена проблема формирования цифровых компетенций будущего педагога.
Отмечено, что цифровая компетентность играет значительную роль в профессиональной компетентности педагога и развитии его профессионально-педагогической культуры. В исследовании было выделено 4 вида цифровой компетентности педагогов, которые реализовывается в различных видах деятельности в информационной среде: информационная и медиакомпетентность, коммуникативная компетентность, техническая компетентность, потребительская компетентность. Сделаны выводы о необходимости преодоления разрыва между уровнем цифровых компетенций необходимым для цифровой трансформации образования, путем развития цифровых компетенций педагогов, привлекая для этого новые технологии обучения.
