Object of research: The object of the thesis is the aspect of standard speech in the languages of mass media.
Subject of research: is the normative, communicative and ethic aspects of the speech standard of the language of mass media.
Methods of research: The following methods have been used in the thesis: the method of linguistic classification, methods of semantic and stylistic and componcntial analysis, comparative method, analysis of uttered speech on the radio and TV, and social poll.
The obtained and their novelty: The normative, communicative and ethic aspects of speech standard of mass media (newspaper, television and radio) were analysed for the first time as a monographic research; the principles of the problems of the language of the mass media and speech standard in linguistics were defined; modern concept of the speech standard have been covered and specific features of using speech standards in the language of the mass media have been pointed out; the language peculiarities of the language of the mass media have been analysed; national specific feature of the language of newspaper was covered; socio and psycholinguistic and functional and communicative peculiarities have been studied; expressiveness of the newspaper language and its speech and speech standard evaluation have been defined; the specific language features of newspaper, television and radio have been pointed out; speech the language of newspaper, television and radio have been analysed from speech standard point of view; the use of language in mass media have been analysed from standpoint of speech standard and normative aspect; speech standard of mass media have been analysed from communicative aspect; standard of speech was analysed from ethic aspect; interrelation between the aspects of speech standard in the language of mass media have been revealed
Practical value: The results of the research can be applied to doing scientific work in General Linguistics, Uzbek Linguistics, Speech Standard, Stylistics, Rhetoric and Journalism; it can used in conducting lectures and having seminars in the philology and journalism faculties in speech standard, stylistics, the language of Mass Media, and Rhetoric.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: The basic content of the work reflected in a monograph, in scientific articles published in foreign journals, scientific and theoretical conferences, and in more than 60 articles and abstracts.

The obtained results and their novelty: The necessity of using interdisciplinary links between methodology of teaching the Russian language and literature and subjects on specialty has been grounded; step by step system of teaching professional speech based on functional and stylistic and interdisciplinary orientation of didactic materials has been worked out; the causes of speech interference appeared in bilingual students’ speech while they deal with fictions have been cleared; new typology of academic language tasks for developing skills aimed at production of oral and written speech has been collaborated; methodology of teaching philology students’ professional speech based on the materials of fictions has been created and grounded scientifically and theoretically; pedagogical technologies for developing professional speech skills, principles of their construction, organization and applying have been created; special teaching complex has been organized for realization of created methodology.
Practical value: theoretical and practical materials may be used for creating new programs, textbooks, manuals and in practice of teaching theoretical and practical disciplines such as the Russian language and literature, the Uzbek language, and foreign languages.

This article is devoted to the study of Turkish phraseological units, special attention is paid to the study and analysis of phraseological units with the “baş” component. The main goal of the authors was to study somatic phraseological units, which include the “baş” component, study their semantics, and analyze their use in oral and written speech. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: the study of the scientific literature on phraseological units; the study of scientific works devoted to somatic phraseological units of the Turkish language; finding sources related to the topic of the study, and collecting material; semantic analysis of somatic phraseological units with the “Baş” component; formulation of conclusions based on the results of the analysis. The article uses lexical-semantic and conceptual-analytical research methods. In the part of the article that illuminates the degree of knowledge of the topic, a comment is given to a number of noteworthy scientific papers. The article notes that language is a means of communication between members of society, serves a person as a means of helping to express their thoughts and inner experiences verbally and in writing, that each person, when presenting his thoughts, uses a number of ways to make his speech more beautiful and more informatively, that among these methods the use of phraseological units is the most effective. The authors emphasize that phraseological units enrich written and oral speech, and provide a more complete and clear presentation of thoughts. The article carried out a study of 217 phraseological units in which the “baş” component functions, shows the difference in their content, structure and composition, analyzes the most frequent phraseological units with the “baş” component used in oral and written Turkish speech. As a result of the analysis, a conclusion was made about the use of phraseological units with the “baş” component in various situations. Most of these phraseological units are used in a problem situation, the number of such phraseological units is 65. Along with this, the author notes the cases of using phraseological units with the “baş” component in the following situations: physical condition (29), mutual respect (17), in the process of excitement (14), and leadership and leadership (14).
Currently, one of the actively developing directions in linguistics is language learning in a functional-stylistic aspect. Special attention is paid to the study of the use of language units in different functional styles. Publicist texts are studied according to the functional approach to linguistic analysis of newspaper texts, investigated based on semantics and form of language units, their function in text formation. In the implementation of this function, the semantics and form of the language unit are transformed into a means of generating newspaper text. Although the analysis of the application of parts of speech and their semantic groups within functional styles is particularly important in iranistics, there are no studies on this subject. The study of the newspaper-publicist style of Persian is the most important direction of modern iranistics.
The article is devoted to the study of the ethics of medical speech and its linguistic features. He defines words, phrases, linguistic and methodological features of speech in a doctor's speech and explains them with examples. The need for a scientific study of the volume, that is, pragmatics, of such words was discussed. The article is scientifically based on data relating to the communication of the doctor and the patient and his ethics. It emphasizes how strong the power of words is in our speech. In particular, the article reflects the importance of making an accurate and correct diagnosis based on the information provided by the patient to the doctor, or the correct use of medical euphemisms, paraphrases when the doctor provides information about the disease.

This article examines one of the types of transposition: modalation in the Russian and Uzbek languages. The transition of significant and auxiliary parts of speech to the category of modal words is analyzed. Modalation is the transition of other parts of speech into modal words. When modalating parts of speech, a change occurs not only in semantics, but also in the grammatical properties of the original word, which leads to its transition to a different lexical and grammatical class. This article may be useful for linguists studying comparative linguistics.

The need for non-nаtive speаkers of Аrаbic lаnguаge to identify these skills, their importаnce аnd the role of the teаcher in them аnd how they аre performed is no less thаn the need of Аrаbic lаnguаge leаrners from other speаkers, in this reseаrch we leаrn the lаnguаge skills of the lаnguаge Аrаbic аnd its importаnce аnd the role of the teаcher in her teаching, аs well аs the role of the leаrner in her leаrning, аs well аs how to develop this skill for the teаcher аnd the leаrnerَ. The reseаrcher hаs relied on his field studies through his work in the Depаrtment of Аrаbic Lаnguаge, Fаculty of Orientаl Lаnguаges, Tаshkent Stаte University for Orientаl Studies, аnd to identify some of the problems fаcing Аrаbic lаnguаge teаchers who аre not speаkers of it, аs well аs the difficulties fаcing Аrаbic lаnguаge leаrners аt the university аt their vаrious levels of beginner, intermediаte аnd upper Аnd аlso for grаduаte students; therefore we cаn sаy thаt fаmiliаrity with the lаnguаge skills of the Аrаbic lаnguаge аnd how to teаch аnd develop it is аn urgent necessity in building curriculа for teаching Аrаbic to non-speаkers аs well аs in progrаms for prepаring Аrаbic lаnguаge teаchers for non-speаkers. Аnd presenting them in а wаy thаt helps in the educаtionаl process by employing these skills effectively in the clаssroom, аnd not only thаt they аre merely knowledge informаtion provided to students аnd teаchers.
