The relevance of the analysis of the experience of implementing the blockchain technology is determined by the provisions and the need to form the basis for the prospective assessment of the consequences of the implementation of this technology, both nationally and internationally. In this article, we study the international experience of applying this technology in the supply chain of logistics processes and give the necessary recommendations.

The scientific study of the legal status of the token as an object of civil rights allows to introduce the practice of working with the token and its effective use in all areas of the digital economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the defined scientific problem of civil law, it is urgent to carry out research on the issues of determining the theoretical and legal nature of the token as an object of civil rights and determining the characteristics of civil treatment in modern macroeconomic conditions. In this article, the author made proposals for the future development of the legislation of Uzbekistan in this area, focusing on the tokenization process and its legal regulation.
