High school students can demonstrate highly desirable activity for example the ability to persevere in achieving their goals against the backdrop of fatigue and exhaustion.Abstract
In this article, youth is characterized by the continuation of the growth and development process, which manifests itself in a calm and uniform direction relative to individual organs and systems. At the same time, the age limit expires. In this regard, sexual and individual differences become clearly visible in both the structure and functions of the body. At this age, the length and width of the body increase, while the increase in mass decreases. Differences in body size and shape between boys and girls reach their maximum. Boys and girls grow and gain weight. Boys (average) are 10-12 kg heavier than girls. The mass of muscles is 13% greater than the mass of the entire body, and the mass of subcutaneous adipose tissue is 10% less than in girls. Boys' bodies are slightly shorter, and their arms and legs are longer than girls'.References
