Annotasiya

Kofeinlarning inson organizmidagi ahamiyatini o‘rganish dolzarb hisoblanadi, chunki zamonaviy dunyoda kofein tarkibidagi mahsulotlar (qahva, choy, energetik ichimliklar va boshqalar) inson hayotining ajralmas qismiga aylangan. Kofein iste’moli zamonaviy hayotda keng tarqalgan bo‘lsa-da, uning salomatlikka ta'siri haqida xabardorlik yetarli emas. Ushbu maqolani o‘rganish  insonlarning iste'mol odatlarini sog‘lom turmush tarziga moslashtirishda muhim o‘rin tutadi
