In 1860, British Foreign Minister Lord Palmerston stated that after receiving the first telegraph message, “the end time of diplomacy was kcldi.” Over time, other technological innovations such as radio, telcfon, television and fax began to appear. L.Palmcrston had predicted the change by linking all of this discovery with diplomacy.
The article notes that although representatives of the social and humanitarian sciences have not yet sufficiently studied the processes of formation and development of diplomacy of the Central Asian states and territories, subordinate to them, as well as the history of the development of the Uzbek diplomacy, a comprehensive study of various periods in the history of the problem and issues of international cooperation mainly began in the years independence. The author on the basis of the problem-chronological method conditionally subdivides the conducted research into several directions.
In the article the author considers in detail the content and significance of the general and special international legal acts of the United Nations regulating state protection of participants in criminal proceedings. In conclusion, ideas were expressed on the implementation of the norms of international legal acts to ensure the safety
of victims, witnesses, and all other persons involved in criminal proceedings.
The article highlights methodological aspects of assessing the reliability of control environment in the audit process in accordance with international standards.

Использование этих правил позволяет избежать и сократить неопределенность различной интерпретации торговых терминов в различных странах, что способствует созданию более благоприятных условий для международной торговли. The ever-changing in the field of international cultural exchange in 1945–1991 occupy an important place in the sphere of the Uzbek theatre. Although the theatre art was influenced by the state ideology, the most remarkable examples of the theatre of Uzbekistan were shown on stage in foreign countries. This article analyzes the activities of the Uzbek theatre in the Soviet union years on the example of the history of international relations with Asian countries.

The Cold War was not only traditional in international relations next phase of the struggle for world domination, but also an ideological war aimed to impose on the opposing powers a certain value system, social structure, political regime, etc. As a result the ideological conflict of the opposing powers became an important component of the Cold War. With the end of the Cold War the problems of «end of history» and the “end of ideologies” were actualized on the West. It became about an axiom that the world politics lost its ideological dimension. In fact, however, ideological component is deeply integrated into the emerging «new» world order. Even the dominance of Western countries in the emerging system of international relations was legitimated by the postulates of neo-liberalism. The coming to power in the USA of president D. Trump and changes in American foreign policy stress a deep transformation in the modern system of international 51 relations. Unconditional dominance of the liberal paradigm in global scale is gradually coming to an end. This process is accelerated due to the completion of the «unipolar moment» in world politics and process of step by step formation of a polycentric world order. The world is entering to a turbulent era. And one of its main features will probably be decline of ideology influence and the strengthening of political realism as an intellectual dominant in making decisions in dynamic and unclear international environment.
This article is devoted to reforming the electoral system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The electoral system consists of all the voting rights of citizens, the existing procedure for the formation of state representative bodies and the procedure for involving citizens in elections, the organization of elections and the interaction of deputies with voters. The author considers the electoral legislation and identifies the main stages of its development, as well as the factors that contributed to its development.
