Precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa are an urgent problem of modern dentistry. Precancerous is an atrophic, persistent growth that has not yet become cancerous. Thus, pre-cancer is a dynamic, not a static concept. Being an unstable pathological form, precancerous tumors do not have their own clinical manifestations and reflect the clinic of previous pathology.
Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a lentivirus that infects domestic cats and other feline species, leading to an immunodeficiency syndrome similar to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in humans. The management and treatment of FIV are essential to improve the quality of life and longevity of infected cats. Antiviral drugs have been investigated as potential treatment options for FIV, aiming to inhibit viral replication and disease progression. This study aims to assess the efficacy of antiviral drugs against FIV through in vitro and in vivo experiments. In vitro studies involved testing the antiviral activity of various drugs against FIV-infected feline cell cultures. In vivo evaluations were performed using FIV-infected cats, administering the selected antiviral drugs and monitoring viral load, clinical symptoms, and immunological parameters. The results offer critical insights into the effectiveness of different antiviral drugs and their potential for managing FIV in domestic cats.
Currently, the most effective method of treating chronic purulent middle otitis is tympanoplasty surgery. In our clinic, the introduction of laser radiation into the vein is used to improve the effectiveness of tympanoplasty. With the help of the method of irradiation of blood in the vein to the reparative processes of blood in the postoperative area, the increase in microcirculation of the mucous membrane under the influence of laser irradiation of blood was studied.
The results obtained will be discussed and published in the international and regional conferences, symposiums, congresses; published in periodicals of near and far abroad countries, republican editions. The results of the dissertation work will be implemented in the practical work of the department of therapeutic dentistry of the clinic of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, as well as in the process of teaching students of the Tashkent State Dental Institute.
Determine the indicators of intraocular pressure (IOP) tonometry, taking into account the parameters of the central thickness of the cornea (CTC) in children with congenital infantile glaucoma (CIG). Clinical studies were conducted in the eye department of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute's clinic. A total of 14 patients (26 eyes) aged 3 to 10 years with a diagnosis of CG were examined. All patients underwent basic ophthalmologic examination prior to surgical and conservative treatment. In addition to basic methods, the axial length of the eyeball was determined, and the CTC was determined on an automatic non-contact tonometer - Reichert pachymeter (USA). An analysis of the data showed: IOP in 39% of cases was considered subnormal, after correction taking into account the CTC in 11% of cases, the IOP was high. This group (11% of cases) was composed of children with a “thin” cornea at the terminal stage of CIG and high myopia. The correct interpretation of IOP indicators will help in choosing an adequate treatment and monitoring the glaucoma process. The used indicator of the central nervous system has practical significance in the interpretation of tonometry according to Maklakov 5 gr.
Immunological mechanisms play the leading role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory destructive processes in periodontium. That's why clinical manifestations of chronic generalized periodontitis depend not so much on pathogenicity and virulence of corresponding microflora but on the character of bacterial-gostal interrelations, that is, in many respects - on the degree of macroorganism reactivity, which is determined by the functional state of immune system. Consequently, an important step in understanding the nature of inflammatory periodontal diseases is the study of those immunological factors (cytokines and antibodies) as well as enzymes that can cause shifts in the morpho-functional state of the supporting apparatus of the tooth, as well as cause the corresponding clinic of the indicated pathology.
Depressive disorders are of interest to most researchers because of their prevalence and the fact that they are considered high-level psychosocial disorders. In modern psychiatry, the clinic of the adynamic component of depressive disorders is still not fully studied. Adynamic depression often has a long, chronic course. Psychopathological analysis of adynamic depression, identification of various variants of its course, helps to choose therapeutic tactics. Among patients with phase depressive disorder, mild and moderate depressive episodes in the form of mood unipolar, recurrent or bipolar disorder predominate, which are phenomenologically normal or panic subdepressions, seasonal depressions observed with loss of activity, agrippnik disorders, and included in apathy. The duration of these cases can be from several weeks to several months. The motivation for the use of drugs is consistent with the desire to improve the mental state of patients.
The research paper presents the results of diagnosis and treatment of 82 patients with focal thyroid masses. Based on a complex study of patients, main specific diagnostic criteria were determined, the use of which allows to detect thyroid cancer in their early stages. It was educed, that multiself-reactance ultrasonic research, including В-mode, EDC, DDC, spectral Doppler and elastography assist upgrading of research in the early exposure of chasse of thyroid.
The purpose of the study. To compare the effects of the traditional inhalation method and VIMA (Volatile Induction and Maintenance Anesthesia) anesthesia and the new VIMA technique in two-bolus induction with sevoflurane on the frequency of development of agitation, bradycardia and agitation in children. Materials and styles. Studies were conducted at the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. The studies are retrospective and prospective. A clinical analysis of 245 anesthesiological practices with sevoflurane (traditional VIMA technique) in children with neurological symptoms of various urological, surgical and ophthalmosurgical pathologies was conducted. Results. The VIMA technique of double-bolus sevoflurane induction of anesthesia provides a preconditioned result and minimizes the frequency of bradycardia development, as well as excitability and agitation in children. In our opinion, this inhalation anesthesia application of the method is promising, it is necessary to continue its research.
Trigeminal neuropathy is more common in the elderly. In 43% of cases, the pain is localized in the innervation zone of the second and third branch of the trigeminal nerve, in 22% of cases the innervation zone of the second branch is involved. Depending on the presence or absence of stenosis, all patients were divided into 2 groups. The article details the features of cerebral hemodynamics in trigeminal neuropathy.
The clinical, functional and biomechanical properties of the fibrous membrane of the eye in children with
primary congenital glaucoma were studied using the method of elastotonometry. The results of a study of the
clinical, functional and biomechanical properties of the eyes in 57 children with primary congenital glaucoma and
in 11 healthy children aged 8 days to 7 years in the eye department of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical
Institute are analyzed. Research methods included clinical and functional methods and special (to determine the
rigidity of the membranes of the eye). The results of the study showed that with an increase in elastopod values,
the indicators of corneal deformation decrease as a result of pronounced corneal edema; the level of IOP in the
advanced and terminal stages indicates the weak rigid properties of the fibrous membrane of the eye. Thus, the
elastotonometry method is an objective quantitative diagnostic criterion for assessing the biomechanical proper-
ties of the fibrous membrane of the eye in children with congenital glaucoma.
In this review, the authors performed an overview of the literature on early diagnosis, treatment and methods for predicting the outcomes of the disease. According to regional endocrinological dispensaries, for 2020 registered SD for RUZ 277 926., Of these, type 1 type 18178, SD 2 type 259,748 patients. At the same time, the number of patients with DR was 2020 g of 83,632 persons, of which 73690 persons with di type 2. The real number of patients exceeds a registered 10 times, over the past 18 years, the number of patients with a rope in Uzbekistan increased by 2.4 times (according to the Ministry of Health of RUZ).
The prevalence of others among patients of the CD is 10-90%, according to some specialists, up to 97-98.5%. For example, the frequency of development dr in India is lower than among Europeans and Americans, and among the black population more frequent than among the white. According to the WHO research group, it was revealed that the highest frequency of DR was detected in Oklahoma (76.4%), Zagreb (73.1%) and Hong Kong (58.1%). The lowest frequency was observed in Tokyo (29.7%). The prevalence of DR in patients in China amounted to 47.4%, and the frequency of DR in Poland was 31.4%.
