One of the unique genres of folklore is the proverb. The proverbs are examples of a brief, polished work that is based on the experiences of a nation over many centuries. It would take years for a public opinion to be proverbial, and it would be compact. It is also important that the idea you want to quote is conclusive. Because not every single thought is a proverb. To be proverbial, an event must be judged and summarized. Articles written in large volumes to date have been published in the “Devonu Lughati-t-Turk”, a work of the 11th century linguist and folklore scholar Mahmud Kashgari. In the work proverbs are used to express the meaning and meaning of a Turkic word. The author uses about three hundred proverbs in his work, some of which are repeated and some come in abbreviated form. Ancient Turkic proverbs have their own structure. In their structure, along with fiction, language phenomena and style are different. Especially, the combination of language and art plays an important role in influencing the meaning of the article. The allegory and confusion among such visual aids is found in many of the ancient Turkic proverbs. This article explores the role of these two events in ancient Turkic proverbs and their impact on the meaning of the article.
In this article the author has tried to disclose the contract of the carrier on compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier and its important conditions for the carriage. Also in the article types of compulsory insurance are considered. According to the research, the author made several conclusions.
Objects of research: educational process in the Institute of Pedagogy in the conditions of innovation changes in teaching based on the person-oriented paradigm.
Subject of research: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training as a complex of knowledge, conditions, and methods for realization of technology of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Objective of the work: comprehensive theoretical and practical study of the pedagogical monitoring as a scientific event and development of the system for its implementation in the paradigm of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Methods of research: study and analysis of the literature on the problem; questionnaire design and ranking, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
Obtained results and their novelty: has been developed and introduced: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training in the Pedagogical Institution; designed organizational model of the pedagogical monitorinr system; phenomenon of the pedagogical monitorinr has been considered in the context of the person-oriented educational process paradigm.
Practical significance: have been developed methodical guidelines for pedagogical monitorinr; individual curriculums, diagnostic methodic, and lesson scenarios; have been demonstrated ways, forms and methods of introduction of the pedagogical monitoring during person-oriented educational process in the Pedagogical Institution.
Degree of introduction: research findings have been reflected in 12 publications; basic conclusions and provisions have been discussed at the International, Republican and Inter institutional conferences.
Sphere of application: secondary school of general education, secondary specialized school, vocational schools (colleges and academic lyceums), and higher school.
The article explores the relationship between ancient Arab history, in particular, the political life of the caliphate and the Umayyads with the literature of that century. The author highlights how the political picture of the Umayyad era influenced literary life. It is well known, that the period of ruling of the Umayyad caliphs was full of endless wars, conflicts, instability, and yet, despite this, this is the era of great conquests in the history of the Arabs. At that time, when the unrest in the country was at its peak, as well as when the greatest things in the history of the Arabs took place, the Arab rulers themselves also made various speeches. The author of the article claims, that the appearance of numerous sects, groups, parties and other communities on the map of the political life of the Umayyads, constant wars and differences between them - inevitably led to the need for the art of public speaking. At the end of the article, the author carefully analyzes the speech of one of the governors of the Umayyads Ubaidullah bin Ziyad as an example of public speaking and literary heritage.
This article explores the work of Rashid al-Din Watwat “Gardens of Magic in the intricacies of poetry” as a classic poetic source. This topic is covered in scientific articles, dissertations in Russian and scientific literature in Persian. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2017 No. PP-2995 “On measures to further improve the system of preservation, research and popularization of ancient written sources” opens up great opportunities for studying many manuscript sources that have not yet been studied. The article contains interesting facts about the work of Rashiduddin Vatvat “Gardens of Magic in the intricacies of poetry”, the importance of the work from the XII century to the present, as well as literary works and examples. This work served as a source for all scientists who were engaged in "bade' science". The work has not lost its scientific and literary value to this day, and in this article from a literary point of view only a small number of copies are considered. As the main issue, the role and significance of the work in the source studies, in particular, the contribution of this work to the theory of literary and their using in various translations and studies are analyzed.
