This article analyzes the determinants of crimes in the field of information technology and security. Based on the study of foreign experience and scientific and theoretical views, the causes and conditions of cybercrime, the identity of the criminal were investigated. Based on the results of the analysis, relevant conclusions were drawn and proposals were developed.
In the introductory part of the article the author
characterizes a criminal direction of victim.
In the basic part the victim and its role in the
mechanism of commission of crime are considered. In the conclusion the author comes to a conclusion that one of important conditions of decrease in level of victim potential victims is also their legal training.

The article analyzes that in the process of socialization of youth, social relations are influenced by the provision of appropriate moral and legal education of citizens, and as a result, the spiritual image, worldview, ideas of a person, as well as how human qualities change. New criteria in family education represent the essence of independence, the spirit of the times and the prospect of independence. These criteria are reflected in the works of the President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, government decisions, the Law "On Education". The main goal arising from them is to educate a comprehensively developed personality. Achieving this goal requires the cooperation of the family, mahalla, school and community. To fulfill this requirement, it is necessary to widely apply the education system and the spiritual, legal and moral teachings of our ancestors about the perfect person in modern conditions. The cooperation of the family and the community is especially important. Because from long ago the Uzbek people lived in harmony with their neighbors. The definition of innovative methods of family, public and neighborly cooperation in ensuring the moral and legal education of student youth is one of the most pressing issues today.
Личность, как и все специфически человеческое в психике, формируется и раскрывается в ходе активного взаимодействия со средой внешней и предметной, путем усвоения или присвоения индивидом общественно выработанного опыта.
Формирование личности - это процесс освоения специальной сферы общественного опыта, но совершенно особый, отличный от освоения знаний, умений и пр. Ведь в результате этого освоения происходит формирование новых мотивов и потребностей, их преобразование и соподчинение. Достичь этого простым усвоением невозможно - это были бы мотивы знаемые, но не реально действующие. Новые потребности и мотивы, их соподчинение возникают не при усвоении, а при переживании или проживании: этот процесс происходит только в реальной жизни, всегда - эмоционально насыщенный, часто - субъективно творческий.
Subject of research: literary dialogue as a verbalizor of linguistic personality
Aim of research: to define the model of linguistic personality, proceeding from its cognitive and discourse peculiarities in literary dialogues.
Methods of research: descriptive, stylistic, communicative-pragmatic analysis, method of cognitive modeling, method of parameterization, method of inference, cross-cultural analysis.
The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the model of linguistic personality consisting of its semantic, stylistic, linguocognitive, linguocultural levels, has been defined; 2) semantic, stylistic and pragmatic peculiarities of linguistic personality promoting the cognitive principles of foregrounding in literary discourse have been studied; 3) the cognitive model of linguistic personality based on the correlation of language and mental activities has been discussed; 4) the analysis of linguocultural level of linguistic personality reflecting the peculiarities of cultural concepts and national-cultural specificity, has been done.
Practical value: the material of the research can be used in teaching theoretical and practical courses on Text linguistics, Cognitive Linguistics, Stylistics, Linguocultural Studies, in writing research works, textbooks and manuals.
Degree of embed: the results of the research have been applied in the course of teaching the following disciplines: “Text Interpretation”, “Stylistics”, “Comparative Stylistics” “Cognitive Linguistics” in the higher educational establishments.

Using the example of ancient Indian fairy tales, this article reveals the role of a historical person acting as the protagonist of fairy tales, which are based on a fictional plot depicting the eternal struggle between good and evil, where the dreams and aspirations of ordinary people are intertwined, through the images of people, animals, even the speech able nature tell about supernatural events, magical powers, incredible phenomena of the human mind. Вased on the analysis of fairy tales, the article makes an attempt substantiate how a historical person who entered the content of fairy tales became a folk hero, as well as it examines what character traits made him the main character of these fairy tales. It is well known that, in terms of its content, a fairy tale reflects events and phenomena that are far from real life. However, in ancient India there were such kings who really became famous among the people for their justice, humanity, valor and wisdom, which led to the creation of fairy tales that perpetuate their names. The historical person who is mentioned in the tales Vikram (Vikrmaditya) was the king of the Ujjain state, located in the western part of India. The people of India recognize him as the fairest, most intelligent and most humane king after King Rama. He even founded a new era. The era of Vikram begins from 57 BC. India currently has two calendars. If according to the current calendar it is 2021, then according to the Vikram calendar it is 2078. King Vikram ruled around the 1st century BC.
In the Sufi historiography of Central Asia, most of the problems are studied in the context of the teachings of Naqshbandiya and Yassaviya orders. According to the history and historiography of these two teachings of spiritual improvement, the works of both foreign and local researchers can be shown. However, we cannot say that these reflections have left a strong sense in the socio-spiritual life of the region like other teachings, including the Kubraviya order. For example, there are very few scientific works that give analytical conclusions and summarize the scientific views on the personality and spiritual heritage of Najmiddin Kubra’s famous followers as Sayfiddin Bokharzi (1190-1262), Kamal Zhandi (672/1273) and Husayn Khorezmi (836/1433) who played an important role in the dissemination of this discipline in the region. Considering this aspect of the problem in the present article, we tried to carry out a historiographical analysis of the particular problems associated with the personality of Sayfiddin Bokharzi. The study of the identity of the Bokharzy also continues after independence. It would not be an exaggeration if we say that conducting an analysis after in-depth study of it and free examination on the basis of documents, analysis as one of the followers of Sufism, is a requirement of the present. This person is known to many local specialists by O.D.Chekhovic's researches, which devoted to waqf properties in Bukhara. Today, Sayfiddin Bokharzi, whose grave is in Bukhara, is remembered in Uzbekistan as a representative of Sufism, a religious leader who owns pious endowments in the past. Is it really so? What else do we know about Sayfiddin Bokharzi and his activities? This article is devoted especially to the disclosure of Sayfiddin Bokharzi’s relation with the his preceptor Najmiddin Kubro, the personal life, generations and disciples of Sayfiddin Bokharzi, the relations of Bokharzi with the Berka Khan the ruler of Golden Horde and his written heritage in the base of published works of foreign researchers. We hope that in the future wide attention will be paid to the personality of Bokharzy, and his bright personality and spiritual legacy will receive wide recognition.
Khaldun Taner is one of the most famous figures in Turkish literature of the 20th century. He made a great contribution to the development of modern Turkish drama and introduced it to the world. The author's works have been translated into Uzbek, Russian, English, German, Czech, Yugoslav, Kazakh, Azerbaijani and Georgian. The
article provides a general analysis of the translations of the playwright's works. Russian
and Uzbek translations of the stories "The Stork from Iznik" and "Four on a boat" are considered and compared with the original text, their spiritual closeness and stylistic commonality are emphasized in literary translation. Also, Russian and Uzbek translations of phraseological units in Taner's works are analyzed using examples.
The creative merit of Khaldun Taner lies not in depicting supernatural situations, events and people, but in depicting the lives of ordinary, small people. He changes the course of the story in such a way that the reader forgets the personality of the writer and plunges into the events. The writer places his wishes, opinions, decisions and criticism on the main characters of the story. Thus, the main characters of the story act as the narrator. Sometimes animals, sometimes symbols, sometimes objects give ideas to the work and reflect the personality of the writer. The translators who translated his works also took into account these features of the writer's style. As it turned out, the translators skillfully tried to preserve the spirit and nationality of the original work. The work "The Stork from Iznik" was translated into Uzbek by P. Kenzhaeva and into Russian by N. Pirverdyan with great skill and brought to the Uzbek and Russian readers. N. Golubeva skillfully translated the story "Four on a
Boat" into Russian.

The article discusses the importance of studying the cultural heritage of the ancient Nakhchivan region, which made invaluable contributions to the oral and written wing of our literature, no matter how much the literary and cultural environment is analyzed horizontally and vertically. The author once again draws attention to the fact that the essence of his analysis, carried out on the example of the national poet Ululu Karim, who lived and worked in Nakhchivan, is deeply rooted, and what image he formed at the environmental level. He emphasizes the vitality of the tradition, the mission of transmission and protection in the person of the Great Karim, the content of which has been (perhaps even earlier) since the face of Dada Gorgud, this environment, which is connected with the tradition of gopuz, saz. The article tells about the creativity of Ululu Karim Zang, one of the most talented figures of Nakhchivan ashugs, who was born in Zangazur district of Nakhchivan and settled in Shahbuz region of Nakhchivan. The author explains that the poems of the national poet Ululu Karim have been published in several collections and books, and his poems are related to the literary heritage of other poets and do not provide information about his life and work. The article talks about the work done by the research scientist Ali Shamil in this field, who for the first time clarified the life and work of the Great Karim. Here, along with the study of the life and work of the Great Karim, the issue of the true ashug of the artist has not been forgotten, and its main direction has been identified. The article notes that the literary heritage of the Great Karim has a great value as a person who contributed to the development of Azerbaijani ashug art and the development of ashug poetry. The article shows that the activities and poetry of the Great Karim are an example and source for the ashugs and folk poets who came after him.
