This article presents clinical, neurological and biochemical research methods in sick children with hereditary motorsensory neuropathy. It is known that some trace elements (Ca2 +, Mg2 +, P5 +) are characterized by high energy intensity and have a high penetrating ability into the bodies of neurons through ligand-mediated receptors and sites for the cooperation of these trace elements. Against the background of pathogenetic therapy and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation measures, it is possible to limit the severity of hereditary motor-sensory neuropathy, which is especially important in pediatric neurology.
Молоко и молочная продукция имеет огромное значение в пищевом рационе человека. Как известно молоко содержит необходимые для организма макро- и микроэлементы, белки, жиры и углеводы. Усвояемость питательных веществ молока оченьвысокая: белков – 96%, жира – 95%, углеводов – 98%. Более того молоко стимулирует усвоение питательных веществ из других пищевых продуктов. Молоко и молочные продукты относятся к группе скоропортящихся продуктов. Чтобы сохранить качество продукта на долго и улучшить его транспортировку была придумана технология распылительной сушки молока. Сухое молоко обладает теми же свойствами, что и молоко. Популярная на сегодняшний день молочная сыворотка тоже подвергается сушке, при этом она обладает большими питательными свойствами, чем сухое молоко. Данная статья рассматривает сравнительную оценку сухого молока и сухой молочной сыворотки и применение их в детском питании.
Abstract. The study aimed to study the content of toxic and essential microelements in the hair of children with cardiomyopathy living in areas with different climatic and geographical conditions. 96 hair samples of children with cardiomyopathy living in different environmental conditions were examined. The research results showed that the problem of microelements is typical not only for the Aral Sea region but also for other regions: deficit and/or deficiency of 2 or more vital microelements is found in 96% of children with CMP. The frequency of trace elements in children in all regions was high in Ca, Cr, Co, Cu, He and Zn.
Children living in the Aral Sea region were characterized by excessive levels of manganese, bromine, and iodine; children living in relatively advantaged regions were characterized by reliably high levels of potassium, chlorine, and iodine.
Connective tissue dysplasia is a unique ontogenetic anomaly in the development of the body, which is one of the complex, far from studied questions of modern medicine, and is the morphological basis of functional changes in cardiac activity. We studied 115 children of preschool and school age with connective tissue dysplasia and small heart development abnormalities. A high frequency of occurrence of external phenotypic markers was revealed for the syndrome of dysplasia of the connective tissue of the heart and stigma of embryogenesis. An increase in the average level of hydroxyproline in blood serum in children with small abnormalities of the development of the heart in combination with cardiovascular pathology and patterns characterizing the relationship of the clinical manifestations of the disease and mineral imbalance has been established. Some pathogenetic lines of development of the pathological process in children with diselementosis have been determined. It has been proven that the state of the elemental status is an important informative criterion for assessing the severity of the underlying disease.

Along with alkaloids (caffeine, theobromine and theophylline), which give the drink a stimulating effect, tea leaves contain biologically valuable substances: tannin, various vitamins, trace elements, essential oils, soluble nitrogenous compounds and all essential amino acids. It contains many different phenolic compounds that give the drink unique healing properties and the current level of knowledge about the composition of tea helps to find objective criteria for determining its quality and move from the categories of subjective organoleptic and aesthetic assessments to a short and dispassionate language of numbers.

Investigated 55 infants of mothers without anemia and with anemia, with normal and low birth weight, and their mother. Were identified the influence of the ratio of toxic microelements with antioxidants of the mothers on microelements exchange particularities in newborns and adaptation in the early neonatal period. Identified parameters of toxic microelements were estimated as aprerequisite for developmental disorders of fetus and newborn, and biochemical constants in the fetus and the child after birth from mothers with anemia during pregnancy.
