To evaluate the effectiveness of the use of a domestic production of Vinifer in the prevention of alveolitis after the removal of impacted and dystopic teeth. Material and methods: 72 patients aged 17 to 30 years and older, who applied from district polyclinics in Tashkent and other regions of Uzbekistan in 2019-2021, were under observation. Results: When using Vinifer to prevent alveolitis, the frequency of complications after tooth extraction decreased markedly. Treatment of alveolitis with the use of powder from the Vinifer preparation has reduced the number of visits to the dental surgeon. Conclusions: In terms of therapeutic and prophylactic properties, the drug showed positive results, while not inferior to imported counterparts.

A pre-clinical study of the general toxicity of the medication “Fitin-S” has shown that it is referred to class IV of low toxic compounds. The medication “Fitin-S” does not have aaccumulative and local irritant action. At multiple intramuscular administration to rats and rabbits it does not influence the behavior and the dynamics of animals growth, does not cause a toxic effect on the composition of peripheral blood, kidneys’ and liver’s function as well as on the pathomorphology of animals organs and tissues. There is a slowdown in the process of blood coagulation in rabbits at doses of 16 and 32 mg/kg during the whole study period. In 1 month of a recovery period all the indicators have been changing within physiological norm. All the aforementioned data allows us to make a conclusion that the medication does not cause a toxic effect on the organism of animals.
Male and female patients aged 18 years and older who gave written informed consent to participate in the study with Parkinson's disease, parkinsonism syndrome, were observed for 30 days. Patients of the main group received the drug "Pramipexol BIO" tablets of 0.25 mg. The drug was prescribed together with Madopar. Patients of the comparison group received Madopar for 30 days. The drug Pramipexole BIO 0.25 mg tablets in complex treatment with levodopa significantly expands the possibilities of anti-Parkinsonian therapy both in the early and late stages of PD and SP.

To identify possible SUCNR1-mediated mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual in the skin. Material and methods: For the study, patients were selected who were hospitalized in the department of adult oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2017-2019, of which 14 women aged 27 to 40 years and 18 men aged 25 to 44 years. We used a succinate-containing preparation Hyalual (preparation for a course procedure, injectable form; concentration of hyaluronic acid 1.1%, 1.8%, 2.2%; succinate content 1.6%), diprospan (injectable form, 1 mg/ml), saline 0.9% 1 ml). Results: Morphological studies indicate the implementation of SUCNR1-dependent mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual. Conclusions: The drug Hyalual has great potential for solving numerous problems of reparative medicine, cosmetology and plastic surgery, trichology.
The aim of the study was clinical and functional assessment of the effectiveness of the drug "Lutein Ophthalmo" in treatment of age-related macular degeneration . We observed 40 patients (80 eyes ) aged from 55 till 80 years , with the age- related macular degeneration , which were divided into 2 groups. The first group (control ) - 20 people (40 eyes) who received conventional therapy . The second group ( basic) - 20 people ( 40 eyes ) who received conventional treatment in addition to the preparation of 500 mg "Lutein Ophthalmo" leap x 2 times daily for 30 days. During the spent treatment in the basic group of patients visual acuity improvement, reduction relative scotomas and with preservation of a condition of a retina of stable effect is noted indicators. All of this allows us to recommend "Lutein Ophthalmo" in treatment age-related macular degeneration
The study aimed to investigate the protective mechanisms of substance Darmonal and phytin compounds in the experimental model of acute toxic drug-induced hepatitis caused by paracetamol in rats.
The material and methods The research was carried out on white outbred rats of both sexes weighing 140-200 g. Drug-in¬duced liver damage was reproduced by introduction of paracetamol into the stomach in dose 500 mg/kg for 2 days. The test compounds Darmonal, Fitin-C and reference drug Liv.52 were administered for 7 days after hepatitis reproduction in doses 100 mg/kg. The effectiveness and mechanism of action for selected supramolecular complexes in the model of toxic drug-induced hepatitis was made by paracetamol. It was researched that liver protein-synthesizing function was due to the content of total protein and albumin in the blood serum, the excretory and toxic function of the liver by the content of total and direct bilirubin as well as the endogenous intoxication were according to the content of urea in the blood serum, but cytolytic syndrome occurred because of the activity of indicator enzymes (alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in blood serum).
Research results. The study of specific activity of Darmonal in combination with Fitin-C and the reference drug Liv.52 on the model of paracetamol and carbon tetrachloride hepatitis showed that the drugs, being administered in dose 100 mg/kg, had a pronounced hepatoprotective effect.
The purpose of the study is to study the sensitivity of microbes to certain drugs in vitro! Material and Methods: to establish this research method, we have prepared 18-hour cultures of microbes - taking into account the most frequent inhabitants in the oral cavity. 1-2 ml of the studied microbes were applied to the surface of the dried nutrient medium by Mueller Hinton. The preparation sea buckthorn oil had an antibacterial effect on most microbes, although among them the most sensitive were such microbes as streptococci, proteas and pseudomonas. At the same time, the chlorhexidine drug had an effect on most microbes, but the effect was insignificant and only streptococci were the most sensitive and amounted to 18.0 ± 0.3 mm. Conclusions: the drugs used to treat sick children belonging to the group of traditional therapy have a weak antibacterial effect. At the same time, drugs from the special treatment group have a more pronounced antibacterial effect, especially on microbes of the genus streptococci.
В последнее время ведется интенсивный поиск альтернативы наркотическим аналгетикам по пути как нефармокологического воздействия, так и синтез новых препаратов лишенных недостатков наркотических аналгетиков. В этом ряду вызывают интерес препараты с агонист-антогонистическими свойствами по отношению к опиоидным препаратам. В этом отношении привлекает к себе внимание препарат Нубаин (нальбуфин) аналгезирующее свойство которого связано главным образом с агонистическим влиянием на альфа-рецепторы, но вместе с тем препарат является антогонистом гаммарецепторов, в связи с чем не оказывает выраженного эйфорического эффекта. Вместе с тем, в педиатрической анестезиологии недостаточно изучено влияние комбинированной анестезии с использованием Нубаина на состояние ЦНС, гемодинамики, гомеостаза и активности стресс-гормонов при хирургических вмешательствах.
This article presents the results of a study of the hepatoprotective properties of the herbal drug darmonal in combination with phytin compounds in experimental animals (rats) with experimental hepatitis caused by SS14 intoxication. The obtained research results showed that darmonal in combination with phytin compounds increases the synthesis of total protein and normalizes the composition of protein fractions of blood serum. Both studied drugs have a high level of hepatotropic effect. The combination of darmonal and fitin-C was the most effective. According to this effect, they were superior to the hepatoprotective drug LIV-52.
