A review of organizational literature reveals that more research is needed on communication in organizations in the context of developing countries. The following article describes communication in organizations from a strategic standpoint, and as the management of internal communications. This article posits that most state-owned organizations in Uzbekistan reduce communication due to the influence of the former Soviet Union and a lack of proper understanding of the importance of communication in organizations by higher-level managers.
The article concludes by proposing that managers of organizations be involved in understanding of the importance of communication, facilitate an open communication environment, and provide the necessary tools for an appropriate communication environment in organizations.
The article takes into account the fact that communication between people occurs verbally and non-verbally, and virtual communication takes the form of direct (PC, chat) and indirect (email, forum, teleconference). The virtual conversation consists in the following: mass communication; communication direction: from long to long; synchronous connection; average recipient notification rate; such features as the absence of strict requirements for the form and content of the message. Factors shaping the process of communication in virtual space, the analysis of Internet communication, the virtuality of computer communication, mediation, the computer form of speech, the integration of all kinds of sentences, specific computer ethics, the creativity of computer texts. The article emphasizes the need to study on the basis of a communicative-pragmatic approach to virtual communication.
В данной статье рассматриваются особенности интернета и интернет коммуникации, даются причины ценности интернета для студенчества. В настоящее время молодые люди предпочитают проводить свободное время наедине с компьютером и Интернетом. Для изучения роли общения в жизни современной молодежи было проведено социальный опрос среди студентов Каракалпакского государственного. Были выявлены наиболее популярные социальные сети общения среди студентов: Instagram, Facebook, Tik-tok, What’sApp, Viber, Telegram и другие. Среди причин обращения подростков к той или иной форме общения были выделены: общение, учеба, работа, любопытство, поиск и хранение информации и другие.
Intercultural communication is a dynamic process that occurs when individuals from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds interact. It is characterized by various challenges, one of which is the existence of interlinguistic lacunae. Interlinguistic lacunae refer to gaps or deficiencies in vocabulary, expressions, or cultural references that hinder effective communication between individuals who speak different languages. This article aims to explore the concept of interlinguistic lacunae as a phenomenon in intercultural communication, its impact on communication effectiveness, and strategies to mitigate its effects. The study draws on existing research and theoretical frameworks to shed light on the significance of interlinguistic lacunae in promoting better cross-cultural understanding.
В статье рассматривается необходимость понимания значимости особенностей коммуникативного поведения японцев, доминантные черты общения и особенности японского делового дискурса для достижения успешной коммуникации с японцами. Характерные специфические феномены японских внутрикорпоративных коммуникаций определяются в контексте национальной культуры в сфере японского бизнеса, а именно анализируется японское коммуникативное поведение, которое регламентируется различными нормами, ритуальным характером деловой коммуникации через дихотомии «ути-сото» (свой-чужой) и «амаэ» и «нэмаваси». На основе конверсационного анализа выявляются грамматические аспекты взаимосвязанные с экстра-лингвистическими факторами, такими как социальные (статус) и ситуационные факторы которые влияют на выбор языковых средств, организацию речи и подход к коммуникации в японском деловом дискурсе. Сделан вывод о том, что в японском деловом дискурсе важное место занимает многогранное пространство с учетом: норм и правил общения, социального статуса, возраста, принадлежности к своей или чужой группе (дихотомия «ути-сото»), устойчивых конструкций и форм учтивости-тайгу хёгэн. В которой коммуникант полностью меняет свой стиль дискурса, грамматическую структуру и формы учтивости-тайгу хёгэн в деловом дискурсе. Кроме того, определяется специфика учтивости-тайгу как средства общения и форма отражения уважения, в которые включаются подчеркивающая официальность и формальность деловых отношений и ситуации общения.
The article considers the attitude of pragmatics to linguistics, its source of research, the unification of individual elements into a single system - a system of communication, which is necessary for the conditions of speech. The structure of the discursive system and its differences from the structural (paradigmatic) system are also considered on the methodological basis of the system's multi-dimensionality, and a new concept of isosignes is introduced to graphically designate the relevant components of speech communication as a system of a particular kind. In many cases, the use of any method is usually considered a specific feature of the author's creative approach. Therefore, the form of representation of the artistic image of speech communication is proposed to be divided into 8 types. The article studies the connection between central and district relations, subordination of district elements by primary elements, unification of language and non-linguistic, internal and external factors of the RA in the SPS, employment of the centre of the system by language verbal means. Practical examples of the SPS isosaints have also been developed and given; it has been substantiated that, like other different SPS systems, the SPS has a structure of a central structure that consists of verbal and non-verbal language means of communication, as well as on each floor of this structure different other means of social character play an important role.
As it is known, the social status of occupation in the communication is determined, compared to the
participants-curry, relationship status, position and role in the family. Speech communication is an important tool for providing information about the social status of the participants. For example, the speech units selected by the owner, the speech etiquette forms can transport information about the social status of the speaker. In particular, the participants' concluding remarks in the life of society are received great attention in the communication culture of Uzbekistan. In this article deixis theory in linguistics, deixis of the social condition, its representatives are discussed. In communication gestural units they are mainly used to express participants' social condition. The social status of linguistics in the speech of the participants of the dialogue is pointed as social deixis, we used terminology of social condition deixis. After all, the social status (social further status) of speech participants is provided in terms of social deixis. The speech units that
express social status deixis not only explain speaker and social condition of other participants, but also inform about its subjective evaluation. Linguistic and also extralinguistic units are used to make deixis of social status in the Uzbek language. Language units of deixis of social status language include pronouns, contact units, social lexic units and some supplements. Personal pronoun organize complicated deictic character as a tool to form of social status and person's deixis. They indicate participants of the speech which makes clear individual's deixis and determine social status deixis via showing their relations and
social factors in the same time. Supplement -s which indicates grammar meaning of possession, personal
suffixes, respect does a task of clarifying social status deixis too. Also, one of active language units that could explain speech participants' social status is reference units. Reference units' have a special duty of not only grabbing attention of listener in the speech, but also defining social relationship between speech participants. Communication units are actively used as a tool of indicating speech participants' social status in our speech. Even spelling name incorrectly to the listener indicates disrespectfulness, lowness of listener's social status or using words that mean relativity with strangers’ services as a respect. In speech deictic points which have social symbol are used in lexical field too. This include socially specialized lexic units. In
the conversion of speech participants practicing certain field's representatives' special words, slangs indicate that they are in a one group and they are socially equal. Character (right) which was formed by human's job, position, adorenes identifies not only that person's duty (responsibility), but also his position along communicative act. Overall, in Uzbek language expression units of the social condition deixis are various, therefore when each of them are analysed deeply they could obviously give intriguing informations about not only pragmalinguistics, but also sociolinguistics of Uzbek linguistics' researches
