Russia and China are connected not only by a three-and-a-half-thousand-kilometer-long border, but also by mutually beneficial cooperation: political, economic, and cultural. Every year there is a growing interest in the Chinese language, respectively, and Chinese culture. A precedent phenomenon is an integral part of the culture of any country, creating an expressive characterization of a character or situation. Knowledge of precedent phenomena is an indicator of the literacy of a language personality. In this article, we will answer the question of what is a precedent phenomenon, and what is its significance in the language culture of a particular country. Consider the precedent phenomena from Chinese fairy tales, it is the fairy tale that helps to update the knowledge about the five-thousand-year-old culture of China. Let's analyze Chinese fairy tales for the presence of precedent phenomena. We will also analyze the jokes used in oral speech by modern Chinese, which contain precedent phenomena from the fairy tales, legends, and legends. Understanding fairy-tale stories, characters and situations helps to understand the way of thinking, beliefs, and values of the people. The fairy tale reflects the national specifics peculiar to the people. The value of a fairy tale lies in the fact that it, a fairy tale, is a carrier of national memory. Knowledge of the precedent phenomena of Chinese culture will help to study the culture of the middle state more deeply; it will facilitate communication. In the article, we give examples of precedent phenomena specific to the people of China, which reflect the national character. The analysis can be useful both in the study of Chinese culture, and to improve the quality of speech communication between native Chinese speakers and foreigners, as well as the effectiveness of learning Chinese by forming an understanding of precedent phenomena and ways of using them. Using the example of ancient Indian fairy tales, this article reveals the role of a historical person acting as the protagonist of fairy tales, which are based on a fictional plot depicting the eternal struggle between good and evil, where the dreams and aspirations of ordinary people are intertwined, through the images of people, animals, even the speech able nature tell about supernatural events, magical powers, incredible phenomena of the human mind. Вased on the analysis of fairy tales, the article makes an attempt substantiate how a historical person who entered the content of fairy tales became a folk hero, as well as it examines what character traits made him the main character of these fairy tales. It is well known that, in terms of its content, a fairy tale reflects events and phenomena that are far from real life. However, in ancient India there were such kings who really became famous among the people for their justice, humanity, valor and wisdom, which led to the creation of fairy tales that perpetuate their names. The historical person who is mentioned in the tales Vikram (Vikrmaditya) was the king of the Ujjain state, located in the western part of India. The people of India recognize him as the fairest, most intelligent and most humane king after King Rama. He even founded a new era. The era of Vikram begins from 57 BC. India currently has two calendars. If according to the current calendar it is 2021, then according to the Vikram calendar it is 2078. King Vikram ruled around the 1st century BC.

In all languages, but notably in English, phraseological combinations are a form of folk art that express the culture's linguistic sophistication and wisdom. The traditions, habits, and beliefs of the English people, as well as historical truths and facts about English history that we are aware of and are not aware of, are reflected in several phraseological units. Many phraseological structures have their origins in business communication. Changes in the meanings of words that are related to one another are the primary source of phraseological combinations. Many English expressions have their origins in literary and artistic works. In terms of the amount of phraseological combinations used in English, the Bible comes in first place after literary sources, while Shakespearean phraseology comes in second. Phraseology may also be found in literary works, children's poetry, fairy tales, and caricatures. Phraseological fusions, phraseological units, and phraseological collocations or combinations are the three categories into which V.V. Vinogradov divides phraseology. Components of phraseological fusion are phraseologies that are unrelated to the meaning of the entire phrase. Words with a certain valence compose phraseological units.
This study is an analysis of the educationalcurriculum of teaching English language in medical high schools. In the beginning of 21st century, English has become as integral partof educational curriculum in the medical high schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Generally speaking, the process of teaching and learning English as a foreign language in the Republic of Uzbekistan has get high levels. But there are still some problems and different local specificities that involved in this process. The researcher in the aim makes a contrastive view of the possibly existing problems of teaching English in the medical
institutes to elicit possible factors and to suggests that learning problems provided to students are influenced by a teacher’s short-term pedagogical experience, his or her evolving more theoretical than practical approach, routinized behaviors.
The article discusses the most significant groups of epithets from English, Kazakh and Russian fairy tales. The groups determine the appearance, age, social position, positive and negative features and peculiarities of heroes. Peculiarities are united during many years of conveying fairy tales, which was fixed as a tradition and thus appeared to be most stable and important for British, Kazakh and Russian national cultures.
The present article considers of current military vocabulary borrowed from English to Urdu. The data for the research were collected from authentic materials of popular newspapers such as Daily Pakistan, Daily Jang and the official magazine of Pakistan Armed Forces Hilal. The newspapers and magazine were chosen as a source because its language considered simple communication language of society. As English and Urdu languages have been in close contact during the British colonization of the sub-continent, the present study also outlines factors involved in borrowing from English to Urdu and shows the influence of English on Urdu. This article attempts to study the main features of the military terminology of Urdu language. The collected authentic materials were divided into the following semantic groups: terms for military positions, terms for military organizations, abbreviations related to the military sphere, weapons, clothing, words expressing military action and equipment. English loanwords of military terms are used not only in the military, but also in common literary language. Such words have special meaning when they are used in the military. Analysis of English loanwords in semantic groups showed that a lot of words were borrowed in military positions, names of military organizations and abbreviations. We can see that military operations and uniforms semantic group use less English loanwords than other groups. Based on analysis, we can predict with a high degree of certainty that it is no coincidence that these borrowings are used in the press. They are available in both bilingual and monolingual dictionaries.
The specificities and the basic directions of English language organization in the lingual high schools are stated and covered in the thesis. The three module system of teaching in account with linguistic skills and professional competence of English language during studying process is presented in the thesis. The research in the thesis showed and proved that lingual specificities of studying English language in the department of English language in the Uzbek State World Languages University is effective version of development of theoretical and practical skills of English language in written and oral types of communication. Actuality and importance of the thesis is consisted that the lingual high schools have
differentiation on levels of English language and lingual abilities of students help them not only freely speak on English but also create unique communicative situation and increase motivation at students.
