The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model of the process of geometric nonlinear deformation of thin magnetoelastic plates of a complex structural shape based on the Hamilton-Ostrogradsky variational principle, and conducting computational experiments. In this case, the three-dimensional mathematical model was transferred to a two-dimensional view using the Kirchhoff-Liav hypothesis. Cauchy's relationship, Hooke's law, Lawrence's force and Maxwell's electromagnetic tensor were used to determine kinetic and potential energy and work done by external forces. The effects of the electromagnetic field on the deformation stress state of the magnetoelastic plate were observed, as a result, a mathematical model was created in the form of a system of differential differential equations with initial and boundary conditions for displacement. To solve the equation, a calculation algorithm was developed using the R-function, Bubnov-Galerkin, Newmark, Gaussian, Gaussian squares, and Iteration number methods. Calculation experiments were carried out in various mechanical states of the magneto-elastic plate, its borders were tightly fixed, one side was hinged and the other side was free, and numerical results were obtained. A comparative analysis of the results of the calculations was presented.
To assess the clinical efficacy of the SRK II formula with a correction factor Rm in children with congenital cataracts who are at risk of pseudophakic myopia. Material and methods. A complex examination of 48 children (86 eyes) with congenital cataracts involved visometrics, tonometry, tonography, biomicroscopy, keratorefractometry, ophthalmoscopy, ultrasonography, and pachymetry. To determine the IOL power, we used the SRK II formula supplemented with the individual correction factor Rm, proposed by the authors. The examined children were divided into 2 groups. The main group 1 included 22 patients (42 eyes), for which the IOL power was calculated with the Rm factor. The control group 2 consisted of 26 patients (44 eyes) for which the IOL power was calculated according to the traditional SRK II formula using age-related hypocorrection of refraction but without the Rm coefficient. Results. The correction factor Rm, allowed us to achieve the targeted refraction in children who were at risk of developing pseudophakic myopia in 83.3 % of cases of the main group (versus 45.4 % of the control group cases) and reduce the development of high age-related refraction) by 37.9 %. In children of the main group, visual acuity reached, on average, 0.5 ± 0.001, while in the control group it was also higher but only reached 0.200 ± 0.001. Conclusion.The method of calculating the IOL optical power involving an individual correction factor Rm, according to the formula: SRK II – R – Rm can be recommended for clinical practice focused on children at risk of abnormal refractogenesis.

The article presents the results of the clinical efficacy of the calculation formula with the correction factor of the optical force of the intraocular lens in children with congenital cataracts at risk of development of pseudophakic myopia. Personalized Rm corrective coefficient in the formula for calculating the force of IOL in children with risk of development of pseudophakic myopia makes it possible to achieve target refraction in 83.3% cases and reduce the development of reduce myopic refraction.

The purpose of this article is to determine the orientation of schoolchildren in terms of grades in subjects and soft skills using machine learning methods. The article examined the difficulties of constructing a sigmoid function using multivariate linear regression, and also digitized grades obtained in selected subjects in the field of student education over 10 years and their various parameters, reasons and student capabilities. . Using these numbers, a training data set was created. As a result, a classification of subjects studied by schoolchildren over 10 years and their assessments was developed. Neural network architectures, modules, the most commonly used activation functions in machine learning algorithms, training methods and methods for constructing linear and logistic regression, disadvantages and opportunities are analyzed. Ways to simplify the gradient descent function for multivariate linear regression by vector calculation have been studied. Because there are many variables involved in this type of linear regression, vector calculations have proven to be more convenient. Methods for parallel calculation of gradient descent processes using vector calculations are also considered. In particular, the addition of training data table columns, transposition of coefficients - AT, vectorized representation of a linear function, hyperparameters for gradient descent (learning rate - , number of steps) were defined.
