The aim of this research is to study child population morbidity in Azerbaijan by results of obligatory medical examinations for 2014-2019yy. In recent years, Azerbaijan has made progress in improving the quality of medical services. In order to improve the health status of the child population and provide it with high-quality medical care, the Law “On compulsory clinical examination of children” was approved in 2013. In pursuance of this law, the material and technical base of children's outpatient clinics providing medical services to children has been strengthened, their provision of medicines and medical equipment has been improved, preventive medical examinations are carried out, the quality of clinical observations and new forms of medical and rehabilitation measures are worked out. Despite this, it is necessary to understand the feasibility of an integrated, systematic approach to the implementation of tasks to preserve, strengthen and improve the health status of the child population based on the study of child health indicators, the most important of which is morbidity.
This article discusses the main goal is to socialize the child, that is, the parents instill in the child the values and behaviors that are appropriate for a member of society. If the child resists attempts to change the behavior of the parents, this process of socialization often leads to conflicts, which is a fact of conflict between parents and children. First of all, disagreement between parent and child is an inevitable reality.
The study of the issue of child socialization is one of the current problems of ethnology. Because through the upbringing of children, one can learn a lot about the lifestyle, spiritual outlook, psychological image and socio-economic history of the people. This article aims to study the features of child socialization in a modern Uzbek village on the example of a village. The information in the article was collected during the author's expeditions to the village of Mindon in 2012-2014.
Research methods: direct observation, in-depth interview-based interviews and questionnaires. Theoretically, it was based on T. Parsons' structural functional theory on the study of socialization [26, p.58.]. In this theory, the family is shown as the first major stage of socialization.
The study shows that the traditional method of upbringing in the family depends on the lifestyle of the people and is based on the experience of the people in child psychology, taking into account the mental and physical aspects of the mother from pregnancy to childbirth and adulthood.
The data presented in the study can be used to study the culture, ethnography, spiritual and moral characteristics of the Uzbek people and to theoretically enrich such areas as ethnopsychology, ethnopedagogy, gender socialization, sociology of education.

Thus, social pediatrics includes medical treatment, health promotion, disease prevention, and rehabilitation of children. Among these diseases are ophthalmic we can not do without the introduction of diseases. If a child has vision problems from an early age, it can lead to a delay in the development of the child in the future. Ophthalmic diseases the main part: eye injuries, glaucoma, cataracts, glaucoma, retinopathy, myopia, cataract diseases, etc. More than 20% of diseases in ophthalmological practice, depending on the injury, damage the orbit and the eyeball. From an eye injury, then in 13% of cases, subatrophy of the eye develops, in 25% anophthalmos may occur. As for the characteristics of injuries, 10% of children suffer from damage to the organ of vision. This leads to various pathologies of the eye, in 30-60% of cases it can lead to one- or two-sided blindness. The most important traumatic factors in children are: knives, bullets, stones and clubs, hockey sticks, spears, nails, wire, etc. Glaucoma is one of these diseases. The disease also requires special attention. Reason: Prevalence of glaucoma in children Occurs in 1:10,000-1:12,000 cases. Its share in eye pathology is 0.1%. enough. In addition, the genres of songs have a long history and have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. The origins, stages of development and features of the song genre "Alla" are discussed. Many aspects are analyzed, such as the fact that the genre of Alla's singing is based on folklore, the uniqueness of this type of song, its narration in simple and understandable language. The article systematically describes the history of the song genre, its artistic features, philosophical and spiritual features. The stages of the genre of the song "Alla", the features of each stage, the role of children in the spiritual and aesthetic education of the cradle are scientifically substantiated. The text of the article summarizes the opinions of various experts in the field of the song genre "Alla". In conclusion, the article reveals the importance of the development of the song genre in the conditions of new thinking, the relationship between mother and child. Approaches to the question of the genre of the song differ, and it was analyzed that discussions on this issue continued both during the years of Soviet power and during the years of independence. Purpose of the study. Assess the effectiveness of reforms in the field of pediatric anesthesiology and resuscitation and identify reserves for further reduction of child mortality in this area. Materials and methods. In order to assess the effectiveness of the reforms carried out in the healthcare system in the segment of the pediatric anesthesiology and resuscitation (DAR) service, statistical, archival data, as well as the results of a survey of the heads of the departments of anesthesiology and resuscitation of the Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Centers, regional branches of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care (RSCEMC) were studied. ), as well as regional perinatal centers. Results. The positive effect of the optimization and regionalization of the pediatric surgical and perinatal services has been established; the technological equipment and staffing of the DAR have significantly improved. It is shown that the reserves for further reduction of infant mortality are the rejuvenation and advanced training of DAR doctors, the introduction of modern technologies for nursing low-birth-weight newborns and seriously ill and injured children.
The article presents a clinical case of intensive care of a child with the main diagnosis: Bronchiectasis, surgical sepsis (>10 points on the p SOFA scale); with complications: HDN 2 degrees, CSHF 2B degrees, protein-energy deficiency, hypercatabolism-hypermetabolism syndrome, toxic infectious encephalopathy, purulent fibrous endobronchitis; with concomitant Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Upon admission to the intensive care unit, the child was diagnosed with BDL pulmonary form, bacterial sepsis, respiratory failure of the 2nd degree. The diagnosis was confirmed on the basis of instrumental research methods. Complex intensive therapy was carried out: respiratory and nutritional support, antibacterial and infusion therapy, sanitation bronchoscopy. Due to the defeat of more than 11 segments of the lungs - in carrying out surgical treatment was refused. A good example of the outcome of late diagnosis of bronchiectasis, which led to systemic irreversible processes, is presented.

The article presents characteristic peculiarities of herpetic stomatitis in children. It describes differential diagnostic symptoms. The treatment approaches are given depending on the severity degree of the disease.
The Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has been committed by almost all countries of the world, provides for the implementation of a wide range of legislative and administrative measures to ensure the interests of children, and, first of all, in the field of protecting their health. The health of children and adolescents is of exceptional importance in preserving the gene pool of the nation, the labor and defense potential of the country. In this regard, the reduction of infant and child mortality in the Republic of Uzbekistan is a national task. In children, due to anatomical and physiological features and rather significant differences in the nature of pathological processes, critical conditions occur much more often than in adults. Accidents (drowning, injuries, overheating, poisoning, bites, etc.), critical conditions and decompensation of chronic diseases in children and adolescents require timely specialized resuscitation care. The availability and quality of medical care at the resuscitation stage of treatment, regardless of the location of the patient, largely determines the outcome of the underlying disease. Therefore, the decisive role in reducing child mortality belongs to the resuscitation service.
